Me and my friend had a lovely holiday for the easter bank holiday weekend .. the food was lovely, room was clean, and some staff very very nice. We arrived on Friday and stayed there till Monday, and as we checked out on Monday morning we stayed around the pool for the day due to our flight only being late on at night.
However, at 7:00pm we asked at reception if we could please get our bags from the luggage room as our transfer to the airport was collecting us at 7:30pm. The man then asked what room we had been in which was 128 and he said that there is a problem with the room and the TV is broken which we had never used the TV and we are 2 young girls on holiday, why would we need a TV? Anyway we asked him to please show us this TV, and there was a crack in it which you can only see when you turn it on. So then we said sorry no, we haven’t done that, he then said i’ve still got the box, and your the only people stayed here and that we had to pay him €250-€300 for a new one. Once we said we are not paying for damage we haven’t done, he then threatened us with calling the police. So we just sat outside near the pool waiting for our bags so we could leave. He then several times said we have to pay or leave, so we asked can we have our bags (which had my passport in), and the man then replied no, leave now. So we continued to stay waiting, and at 9:00pm he told us to get our stuff and leave, calling us a b*tch, making us miss our transfer, and have 2 hours to be on our flight. Thankfully we made it to the airport, and didn’t pay a penny!
Other than this, the hotel, bar/restaurant/entertainment staff, the pool, the rooms were amazing and we had the best time. Just be careful when it comes to TV scam! :)

Nah, those low reviews are delusional, it almost had me worried before our trip, but they couldn't be more off. We stayed for a week, and it was great! The location is convenient, the rooms have everything you need, and the food is good with plenty of variety. What stood out most was the staff—they were amazing.
We were a lively group (sorry for the noise!), and the staff was super understanding and friendly. Room service cleaned our room daily without disturbing any of our belongings. The bartenders were fun, always engaging, and quick to keep our drinks coming. Reception was also helpful and friendly, solving our problems or gently reminding us of the rules when needed.
Whether we spent the day out exploring or relaxing on the nearby beach, the hotel was always a nice place to come back to. For a hotel at this price, sure, it is not a 5 star resort, but you know that going in. Overall, it exceeded our expectations, and I’d happily recommend it.

The hotel wasn't probably the best, but for me, it was more than sufficient. I enjoyed staying here, especially due to the great atmosphere and the very friendly staff.
The rooms were way too small, but they were good enough for me. The food was very varied, which I liked since I usually eat worse things. Only the Italian pasta sauces were not really tasty, in my opinion. But the main reason I was having a good time was the friendly staff. I've met many nice waiters, and I was really enjoying myself with the animators from the "Talía Espectáculos" company. I also got permission to mention the kind receptionist Tomas and the entertaining animator Pablo. Therefore, I hope you will also have a great vacation with these guys. :D

Recently stayed here between 30/09/24 - 04/10/24
We stayed here for 4 days and to be fair can’t fault the place , people were lovely , staff were friendly, rooms were clean with comfy beds .
Location is just perfect ..
Pool area was nice and at any point in the day you could get loungers .
All inclusive was absolutely fine , free flowing drinks , food all you can eat and a selected choice , will stay here again.

Really nice and family friendly hotel. Nice and helpful staff. Very good location, close to the beach, shops and promenade. The hotel is generally clean, room service comes every day, but the rooms need renovation and the bathrooms are very damaged. Often lukewarm water, no clothes dryer. The food was good but often repetitive, with a small selection of fruit. The pool area and bar are great, great service. Overall we had a nice stay here, we would come back again.
