We have just returned from a week long stay and wish we had made it a longer visit. Staff extremely friendly and efficient. Room was spotless and bigger than I thought so a nice surprise. It was also beside the pool which we loved. We were doing B&B. There was a great selection of fresh food every morning and plenty of it. The location was perfect for us. Great selection of restaurants 10 mins walk. 6 min taxi ride (5eur) into the port area. I would absolutely recommend the hotel especially for families.

I have just returned from our stay at this fantastic hotel (19-26 March 2026) This place is outstanding. I went with my husband, daughter, son in law and 3yr old granddaughter. The staff are excellent and put their holiday makers first and foremost. They were lovely with my granddaughter and made her feel so special. Food was a buffet style with great variety to cover all tastes. The complex was clean. The apartments comfortable and well equipped. I can't praised this place enough. On my way home I booked again for march next year and can't wait

We have only been here 2 days but I felt as though I had to review the service due to its excellent response and delivery.
We arrived to find our room smelling slightly of cigarettes (which is unfortunate, and originally asked to move rooms to which we were told the hotel is fully booked, again, understandable).
To rectify this however, they sent someone out within the hour to take down our curtains, have them washed and reinstalled, thoroughly cleaned the apartment, ridding the smell of smoke throughout the room.
This service was absolutely brilliant, and the hotel did what they could to assist with our issue.

Had a recent stay in this beautiful hotel. We enjoyed our time here, it's on a ideal location near to Airport and Bus, Taxi stand just out side the hotel. The hotel have a shop as well. Rooms are clean and spacious with Bay view. The staff are friendly and very Helpful. Thank you so much Paulina at the Front Desk. There is a shopping centre with Lots of Bars & Restaurants nearby And lovely seaside walk also. The breakfast is very good with lots of choices. 2 large pools there, we enjoyed and will be back soon.

Second visit in just over 1 year, still a great hotel however what is going on with the dining!!. On arrival in November stay, offered buffet dinner for half price and advised to book- why?, At dinner, granted 6 30pm but we were only people there!, told to go up to buffet as often as you want. I understand that restaurant is still being run separately from hotel and it appears to be still not working and no evening entertainment.
However, cannot fault staff, reception staff very friendly, helpful and efficient. Cleaning staff work very hard and always friendly. Hotel is very clean and room overlooking pool was a great bonus, was requested and we appreciated the hotel accommodating us.
