Great for families with young kids, but could be better organized
We spent a wonderful week at this hotel with our family and left with many fond memories. It’s definitely a great spot for families with young children, with a friendly atmosphere and a generally relaxed vibe.
That said, compared to other Iberostar hotels we’ve stayed at, the organization wasn’t quite up to the same standard. The daily activities are only announced via the app and usually just a day or two in advance. It would be much more convenient if there were physical boards or announcements, especially since using the app constantly isn’t always practical.
Another surprise was having to pre-select specific time slots for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It seems that during high season, the hotel’s single restaurant can't accommodate all guests at once. While understandable, it felt a bit restrictive and different from our past experiences with the Iberostar chain.
As for the beach, it’s worth noting that it's not immediately accessible. You have to walk about 10 minutes downhill, which can be a bit challenging, especially with small kids or gear. We were aware of this beforehand, but it still complicated our beach plans a little. Also, like most Spanish coasts, beach services are not included: renting two sunbeds and an umbrella costs €15 per day, cash only, paid directly on the beach.
Despite these minor inconveniences, we had a fantastic time together and truly enjoyed our stay. The staff were kind, and the overall experience was positive.

I stayed here in May 2023, and I forgot to leave a review. The place was great. the animation team was fantastic. When I first arrived, reception staff gave us a good greeting and offered us all a drink (wife and 2 young kids). The food was amazing. They had theme nights with theme food. We even had a Japanese night, with sushi, and a sushi chef was brought in to supervise. Snacks available during the day, at the pool house restaurant/ bar. They did this fantastic slushy, which was non-alcoholic pina colada. They had some great activities during the day, including having an inflatable bridge for children to run across. The evening entertainment was good too, some was in-House, other times they got an entertainer in I.e. magician, dancers, bubble magic, etc. For some reason, they did face painting for kids, but late in the evening (8-9 ish); it would have been better to do it in the evening. The hotel is quite isolated without your own transportation, for some would be a bad feature, for us a positive. Small book borrow area as well, mostly in Spanish and German.

We have had a fabulous family holiday. We love the Iberostar chain and this is the second Iberostar hotel we have stayed in. The staff are what make this hotel really special. All the staff we found extremely helpful and they work so hard to make your stay a great experience. A big shout out to Tania, Pepi, Kati and Javi from the entertainment team who we found to be so genuinely lovely.
The beach is a short stroll downhill and is beautiful. A short taxi ride or around 45 minute to an hour walk in to Morro Jable which is the nearest town and worth a visit. Car hire can be arranged through the hotel if you wish to travel further.
The food in the main is good but some nights we found the food combinations a little odd but we always found something to eat. There is food available from breakfast until late in the lobby bar. The drinks choice is excellent and you can serve yourself during the day to both soft and alcoholic drinks. There is bar service in the lobby bar and entertainment room on an evening. Soft drinks, tea and coffee are available self service in the hotel 24 hours.
The hotel is extremely clean, in particular in the rooms and in the main part of the hotel. There is 1 area where this could be improved, in the whole of our stay the sunbeds and sunbed tables were not cleaned which we found surprising given the cleanliness elsewhere.
The live music was good in the lobby bar. The children’s entertainment room we found too hot and dark so we didn’t go back after the first night. It would be good to have some outside entertainment, possibly in the pool bar on an evening.
Overall we have had an amazing time and would definitely return to either this hotel or another in the Iberostar family.

Fantastic family resort and a amazing place for kids. The family room are awesome, pools very kids friendly. Buffet change everyday and they try to do little specials. Third time we are in a Iberostar with always having a good time but this was the best.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the receptionist Elina made us feel incredibly welcome—so friendly and helpful. All the staff were equally kind and always had a smile on their faces. A special shoutout to the amazing animator Pepi, who brought so much fun and energy to our stay. Great atmosphere, clean rooms, and excellent service all around. Highly recommend!
