This hotel is lovely and modern with 10/10 facilities for both kids and adults. The welcome at reception was great all staff were beyond helpful. The pool area is really good for kids our son loved the kids slides and pool and you can easily keep them occupied here. The adult pool is also really nice and the aesthetic of it. The room is very nice, modern, large and spacious. Air con is great keeps you nice and cool (some places doesn’t work). The balcony is great with a lovely view of the sea. The food and restaurant is honestly really good a strong 9/10 there’s so much to choose from it’s all fresh lots of variety. Even a fussy child can find dinner pleasant.

Initially came bed and breakfast- upgraded to all inclusive. Glad we did as there are no facilities in the rooms for preparing your own food. Other than that - this hotel is exceptional. The food is amazing! Plentiful and well presented. Pool area requires a little attention, never had to fight for a sunbed. All the staff are friendly and cannot help enough. The hotel is 5minutes from the beach - in the middle of many shops and restaurants. Is definitely one to add to the list for returning to.

I could write a dissertation on how good this hotel is. The location is excellent, the food in wonderful and caters for every taste, the hotel is spotless and the swimming pools are fantastic.
However, rather than write a long review I believe the most important aspect is that the staff are attentive, helpful, considerate and very friendly.
The wonderful staff are the most important part of this hotel. From the very moment you check-in you know you have made an excellent choice. From restaurant, to bar, to swimming pools, to the crepe maker, the staff are wonderful. The most important asset of this hotel is the staff
I travelled with my eight year old daughter.
I strongly recommend this hotel if you visit Tenerife.

We recently stayed at this 4-star hotel and had a generally positive experience. Julio the porter greeted us with a smile and was incredibly attentive and welcoming. The rest of the staff were also very good, friendly and professional throughout our stay.
While the standard rooms felt more like a 3-star level unless you opted for an upgrade, the excellent food more than made up for it. Juliet, one of the chefs, was a breath of fresh air, her positive attitude and warm presence made a real difference and she’s truly an asset to the hotel.
The hotel facilities were well-maintained and added to the overall experience. With a few tweaks to the standard rooms, this would be a solid 4-star stay all around.

Highly disappointed with the hotel after so much hype around it. It certainly does not feel like a 4 star hotel. Rooms are old, worn down, many things broken such as bathroom door, shower door, fridge, little amenities in room - no iron, kettle or phone directory for phone to ring reception etc. Extra cost for safe & no towels provided without €20 deposit per towel.
Check in staff not very helpful. Provided zero information regarding our stay such as no information on breakfast times, checkout times, where facilities are etc.
Biggest complaint is NOISE. It is 2am as I write the review as I am kept awake with the noise from the bars outside. It is extremely difficult to sleep with it. The noise in the corridors is also awful, there is no sound proofing from the doors.
The lifts are also a complete nightmare. I have spent far to much time waiting on lifts (we have a biggie so we had no choice to wait) - there are only 3 lifts working out of the 4 for the entire hotel serving peoples bedrooms. It’s not fit for purpose.
Breakfast is also nothing special. A lot of items not replenished if you go for the later sitting.
Also had issue with house keeping & had received bad attitude from reception when I reported it & problem was not rectified after reporting it twice. Completely unacceptable for 4 star.
The pool bar also sells no lunch items which was annoying for B&B basis if wanting an odd bite to eat on a pool day.
We will not be returning as cannot get a nights rest with the noise and service is not good.
