To all the wonderful staff: please keep up the good work!
Because even if the hotel is definitely a bit outdated: the services that guests receive in this 3-star house after Corona at this price is unparalleled and outstanding.
If you look at the map, the hotel is not that far from the beach. But it is deceptive, because it is built on a slope, the way back to the hotel can be exhausting at 36°C +. Unfortunately no shuttle service.
Exquisite staffing at the bar, highly professional reception staff who attended to our concerns immediately. Breakfast was highly varied, dinner was solid and good, room clean and functionally furnished - there is indeed potential for improvement here. Pool always clean, sunbeds fully functional.
Prices and quality at the bar & pool unrivalled.
Despite the proximity to the party stronghold, rather quiet - and the reception thankfully and emphatically ensures that private parties are stopped in the room.
In summary, it was a lovely stay in high season. We will certainly come again!

Although the hotel staff tried to help us, every request (even a simple one like calling a taxi) took ages. The staff improved towards the end of our stay.
the hotel is quite dated and lacks charm. the rooms are clean but not soundproof at all. you can hear everything. bring ear plugs.
The breakfast experience was... mediocre. The juice tastes like plastic and the coffee is bad.
Generally, I'd advise against this hotel unless you're on a budget or have really low standards.

Superb 3-star hotel, with 5 stars food! 5-6min walk from the beach, Nice hotel, spacious rooms, clean and comfy. Beds could be better. Service is perfect! Always smiley , helping and very friendly! Food is amazing, multiple choices everyday, from meat, fish, paellas, fruits, desserts, vegetables ect! delicious. Laura and Gabriel on the restaurant are very friendly, cheerful and always helping :) they need a raise for sure for their devotion at work.

We were offered a room here as a substitute for the holiday we had booked on Rhodes (impossible due to the tragic wildfires on that island) and had to make a decision quickly or lose everything, and we had to pay a substantial difference, for much lower quality accommodation. That probably coloured our perceptions. The pool was small, but adequate, though sadly had to be closed for disinfecting three times as small children without nappies were permitted to use it, with foreseeable consequences. The beach was a ten-minute walk away, though the constant yelling of vendors made it impossible to relax and it too was closed for two days due to a sewage leak. The area is rundown and shabby. The cleaning of both the room and the public areas left a lot to be desired. The breakfasts were excellent, the dinners OK though prices for drinks, even water, seemed steep and normal tap water is not an option on Mallorca apparently. Most of the guests were young German or Scandinavian men who although boisterous were in the main well-behaved. The staff at reception were unfailingly helpful and courteous.

Room had everything we need (except hairdryer) and it was nice and clean. Air conditioning could be better but it was just enough. Staff were really nice, helpful and reception was stately and cool. Food was pretty decent, there were always 2 or 3 meat kinds to choose, various of vegetables and fruits and menu was different on every day. Big minus is taste of cakes - not worth eating. Also, prices for drinks during dinner could be lower (1l of regular water was 3€).
