Me and my girlfriend stayed in this hotel in June 2023 for 10 nights. The staff are the highlight, excellent service and very helpful throughout. All workers always had a smile on their faces and always seemed happy to assist. The drinks and the snack bar by the pool were great with some lovely options. The room was spacious and clean and came with all the expected amenities so no complaints there. The hotel has 2 pools, both decent but nothing special. The location is amazing, being located in the town centre it’s close to everything.
However, the breakfast and dinner buffet are not great. The breakfast buffet is pretty average but the dinner buffet is very below average. €20 per person for food alone plus the cost of drinks- and the choices for both are just not good. There were minimal options available so we were unhappy in that regard.
Overall, we had an amazing time in Playa de Muro. The room and the staff were great but I would recommend going out for meals.

We are so pleased with my family that we chose to stay here on our holiday. From the beginning of our stay the receptionists were really friendly and professional. They made us feel welcomed and they were always there to help. Our accommodation was comfortable and we had a big space to move around with our toddler. The rooms facilities were well equipped, we had everything what we needed for a comfortable stay. The cleaners did an excellent job, we always returned to spotless rooms, they did give attention for the smallest bits. The pool is nice and the animations were enjoyable!
No complaints about anything, really!
The beautiful Muro beach was 4-5 min on foot with our young toddler from our accommodation. On the way to the beach there were many restaurants and gelato shops to choose from.
Overall we had a great stay and experience with HSM Lago Park. If we wish to return to the island in the future we definitely will come back here!

We did like it a lot. It's good place for both family and adult. In apartments you've got everything you need:fridge, hair dryer,kettle, toster, plates etc. Its only few steps from sea. We were going to see sunrise almost every morning. Staff very nice and helpfull. There was bag with tosts, water and fruits waiting for us in a room as we get there late evening. Also after check out we still get access to shower. We highly recomend it.

Perfect location, close to the beach with some bar, restaurant and shops around. No problem to park or with noise.
The room was very clean and they came everyday to tidy and refresh it.
The people were very kind and caring.
The amenities are perfect for a relaxing stay.
Strongly recommend.

READ IF YOU WANT TO SLEEP! Sadly we were put into a room 2112 (old part) which is first floor right above the pub that is open until 2am with loud music with slot machine (such as punching machine right below window) that has music on 24 hour loop, on top of that right at main road where you can hear motorcycles engines & engines all night long. Windows does not isolate loud noise from the outside and also there is an compressor sound every 4 minutes whole day and night that sucks air inside (maybe for pool system or for air conditioning) and every time it stops after 30 seconds, it shakens and hits the wall so vibrations and sound travels through the walls. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! We were complaining at reception but there were no available rooms to move us to. Thankfully you can buy ear plugs in SPAR shop, its a only way to get some sleep, other than that you are really screwed!!! As far as i know and it was told to me - hotel is in open conflict with pub owner. Next time bring a laser pointer and shine to people eyes in a pub so they leave and you won't hear voices lol.
Breakfast is same each day, it was an average, what annoyed me was no mustard or ketchup for your sausage, you have to ask for it and they give you.
Dinner was pretty good with variety of foods and lots of options.
Best thing about this hotel is a staff, they are very nice, professional and they come to your table to joke with you, say hello to them, welcome them, thank them and they will be talking with out, don't be like other idiots coming into the tables not even saying hello to the staff - learn your manners people ffs.
Long story short, i did not look forward to arrive at hotel each night cus i knew sleep will be tricky to get, but i looked forward to go to dinner tables.
