I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone. It's a two minute walk from the beach; close to bars and restaurants and they have the best breakfast choice I have ever experienced as you can have an array of healthy smoothies every day. The rooms are comfortable and the beds are also very comfortable. The animation team are great especially during aqua fit. I have absolutely no complaints about this hotel and would definitely return.

Mixed Experience – Pleasant Stay Disrupted by Large Group of Children
We arrived on Monday, 14th April. The hotel itself was clean and tidy, though the rooms felt a little dated in places. That said, we only used the room to sleep in, so it wasn’t a major issue. Unfortunately, the air conditioning wasn’t yet operational in the rooms.
The staff were friendly and attentive, with quick service at both the lounge and pool bars. The all-inclusive drink options were good, and there was always something available. The buffet food was fairly average for an all-inclusive, with a decent range but nothing particularly standout. We preferred the lunch options at the patio restaurant, which were noticeably better.
The pool area was clean, though the main pool was a bit chilly for the time of year. It was good to see staff regularly checking water quality in all three pools.
The biggest downside of our stay came on the 15th, when over 70 children arrived for a nearby football tournament. Unfortunately, their presence was extremely disruptive. From 7:30am they were running around the hotel grounds, making noise, and later flooding the buffet in large, unruly groups. Their behaviour made it difficult for other guests to relax and enjoy meals, often pushing others aside and creating chaos.
Throughout the day and into the evening, they were seen running around communal areas, using lifts for fun, knocking on doors, and generally creating a lot of noise and disturbance. It appeared the adults meant to supervise them were more interested in enjoying their own break than managing the group.
It’s clear that the hotel prioritized filling rooms over guest experience during this time. We feel strongly that guests should have been informed in advance about such a large group booking. Nearly everyone we spoke to who wasn’t part of the football group shared our frustration. What was meant to be a peaceful getaway turned into quite the opposite

The food was great, service great and rooms lovely. The staff couldn’t have been more pleasant and obliging.
The down side however are the ‘paper thin’ walls, for example the woman in the next room talked on her phone incessantly and I could hear every word of her conversation like she was sitting on my bed. She talked into the early hours of the morning and I had sleepless nights. You maybe lucky and have quiet people next to you.
Further the hotel took in groups of teenagers on some sports trip. They took great delight in running up and down the corridors into the early hours and knocking on residents doors and running away.
My family had enquired about rooms for over 20 women on a hen / bachelorette long weekend. We were informed the hotel wouldn’t accept booking for this type of event. The same women attended this hotel for another occasion and we caused no issues. It’s strange that responsible adults are rejected but wild teenage behaviour is accepted.

Just left breakfast feeling like I’ve intentionally poisoning myself. Breakfast is all coated with sunflower seed oil & they refuse to let you take any glass to your room, plastic only. If you’re looking for a not so homely English home away from home, you’ve struck gold. Reception guys are nice, no shade, just poor by design. The sister hotel Zafiro Palace Andratx is great however, so it’s not like they don’t know how to do a quality job.
* my room was cleaned one day and not refilled, that one day, I return to my room to find my laptop screen black on one half..

A great 12 day holiday. First of all I want to say what a wonderful hotel with amazing staff! Having disabled access in and around the hotel, makes a good place to stay for all abilities, including cyclists, golfers and other sports enthusiasts. All the staff are superb and really seem to take pride in the work/role and hotel. The entire hotel, including the room was kept very clean. Our room was really good and had a lovely balcony which got the sun on for the majority of the day. There's an indoor pool was quite cool, lovely jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. The roof top pool is really nice and is for 18+ years only. There was some great entertainment for all age ranges during the holiday.
I need to mention some extremely special people who went above and beyond to make our holiday perfect. There are three fantastic managers there; Victor, Josè and Enrique. They do their jobs wonderfully and translated for me as I'm not very good at speaking Spanish. I really couldn't have got the necessary help without them. I really appreciated the time and support they gave me. The chefs were amazing! Tomas, Raul and Dani prepared and served my food specially due to serious food allergies. Every meal really was amazing and I can't thank them enough for looking after me so well. They are extremely talented chefs. The food that was available to everyone looked and tasted just as amazing too, apparently. Manuel is fantastic and makes people smile. He is friendly and brilliant at cooking flipped fried eggs that have soft yolks amongstotherthings. He taught me some Spanish too 😊. I missed seeing him on the last 2 days. Then there are the lovely Petra and Nieves, who work in the restaurant. Always smiling and ready to help you in any way they can.
There were many more amazing staff who I can't name but were just as hard working and kind. Sorry if I haven't mentioned you but a huge thank you to you all. Every day I saw both the director and sub-director walking around the hotel, who were also very friendly and professional in their roles.
Last but not least was our wonderful Jet 2 rep Stephenie. What a brilliant lady you are. Stephenie has a wealth of knowledge about where to go and when to go. I definitely recommend anyone pop and see her as soon as possible to get any trips booked. I was sad that I missed saying goodbye to her.
The Block House restaurant (steak house) is a short walk away from the hotel and does fantastic steaks. Service is great but it's a bit expensive.
If you go on the Soller island trip please be aware that food isn't included in the cost of the day trip. The trip to Valldemossa is a half-day trip. It's a bit expensive for the trip as it doesn't include the entry fees to go in the museum to see Choppins piano and accommodation/garden.
