Just returned from a great stay here in April. It's a 3 star hotel so there are compromises but we felt it was great value. We are a family of 4 with 2 early teenagers. Things it was hard to find out but would have been good to know:
- Rooms are a bit dated but very clean and there was plenty of hot water etc and also plenty of space for us as a family of 4.
- You can hear music in the rooms coming from the parks outside up to 10pm but it went quiet after that. We didn't have any problems with noise from other guests while we were there until the last night when we could hear quite a lot from one room nearby (A group of younger English people - most people there were families). I would take earplugs just in case... Apparently there is refurbishment work going on at the Princess across the park but we didn't hear or see anything and I don't think you would be disturbed by it.
- The kitchen and especially the fridge was very handy to have in the the family room, however there is absolutely NO equipment in the kitchen (apart from fridge, microwave, sink) - just 4 glasses, not even a teaspoon. If you think you might want to boil a pan of water or actually cook something, bring your own equipment.
- Take your own towels for the beach/ pool (or you can buy them at the various tourist shops). You can't take the hotel towels out of your room. They are supposed to be changed every 2 days but ours were only changed once in the week, and then only because we asked. It's 3 euros a day for the safe.
- The wifi reaches into the rooms and is slow but adequate.
- The food at the buffet is OK. There was always pasta, chips, pizza and chicken nuggets so the kids were happy. The salads were fantastic and often there was freshly grilled fish and meats. There were times when it felt a bit cheap and cheerful - cuts of meat weren't always the best quality, and the wine was just about drinkable, but there was always plenty of it and we never went hungry.
- Jet 2 were amazing - super helpful and great service from start to finish, as were the staff in the hotel.
- The waterpark was great. Probably not the biggest one ever but it was very clean, had 7 scary slides for anyone over 120cm and 4 or 5 for the younger ones. There was loads of room when we went - presumably it gets a lot busier in the summer. There are a very small handful of shady places but otherwise you can hire and umbrella (4 euros a day). We got there when it opened at 10am each day and managed to get a shady spot. You have to pay for food and drinks in the water park but you can nip out to the hotel easily enough to get your free ones.
- We didn't go to the beach but it is very close, You have to pay for sunloungers and umbrellas and the sand is dark and therefore quite mucky. It was lifeguarded.
- If any of you are into serious cycling you can hire bikes and cycle up ridiculous mountains - well it kept my hubby happy!
- You can book excursions from the resort. They are quite pricey I thought (looking at about £25 each) but if that's what you like... There was also mini golf and tennis etc that you could pay for.
- No idea of the kids club was any good - we saw them having fun playing water polo in the pool and there were quite a few there so presumably it's worth going to.
- All in all a great value family holiday, we would recommend going at Easter time. I think in the summer it could be extremely hot, much more busy and much noisier, but I might be wrong...

Rooms are very old and dated. The pool is small for the number of guests. Entertainment is outside, and it gets cold on an evening. Seating is wooden picknic benches and very uncomfortable.
Food is OK, very repetative each day. Drinks are served in paper Pepsi cups everywhere, so wine beer cocktails all in paper cups. You only get a glass if you pay. all inclusive guests no glass.
Water Park is free if your all inclusive but food and drink are not included.
Shops are pricey and have no prices on goods they seem to just make a price up when you ask.
Lifts always get stuck or out of order.
Entertainment is quite good, and reps work hard.

The hotel is between two mountains and there are many good hiking roads along the way. The rooms are good, but if there are 4 of you the couch will be one of the beds and it is pretty loud. From (almost) every room it will be a good wive of the sea. Loud music till 23.00 almost every night so you might wanna get those noise cancelling things you can put in your ears.

We have stay in this hotel with family and friends. The first experience is quite nice. Staff are very helpful and friendly. We also loved the aquapark which is a huge advantage of this place.
Unfortunately the food is not very good. Low quality and not much choice. Also during our stay there was no good show to enjoy and having 3 hotels together and so many people it is quite unfortunate that no good show is not organised.
My son had a birthday and he was happy to received plate of sweets in the room. Thank you.
Also the roof of the SPA could be repaired.
