Appart Hotel Tagadirt – Agadir, Morocco
I had a truly wonderful stay at Appart Hotel Tagadirt. The hotel is very clean, well maintained, and offers a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.
The level of professionalism shown by all members of staff was exceptional. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The restaurant, kitchen, and reception teams deserve special recognition for their high standards of service and genuine hospitality.
I would like to extend particular thanks to Younes from security, who was consistently professional, respectful, and helpful, and to Hichem the lifeguard, whose friendly manner and professionalism were greatly appreciated.
Reception staffs was very professional and helpful 👏
My sincere compliments go to the chef and his team for the excellent quality of food. The Moroccan dishes were delicious and authentic, and the burgers and pizzas were also very well prepared.
I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return without hesitation.

I don’t know why this hotel has bad reviews. It really saddens me. Yes the rooms are a little basic but they are cleaned throughout every day. I wanted some extra smalls towels and was obliged immediately. Our bags were taken to are room with full joy from staff every day. The night staff are truly lovely and always willing to have a chat and recommend places to go. I wanted to walk and eat something late one night and was accompanied out of nothing but a pure gentleman gesture. It’s a quiet hotel also and the beds are comfy. Many mirrors and plug sockets if you ladies want to get ready in peace. Location is amazing too and the pool is clean with a friendly lifeguard daily. Will definitely go back here. Thank you to Hamza and all the staff

In line with most hotels in Agadir.... Clean, comfy bed and good shower and pool.
Nice location and plenty around as in shops, bars etc... Beach only a short walk.
Nice staff.... They're all upgrading it just now to freshen it up which is always an improvement in Agadir but for £21 for a night.... Brilliant price and hotel.
No TV either 👍

The hotel is situated just a short walk from the beach. There are a few shops and takeaways in the vicinity also.
The staff are ok, me and my partner had an issue staying in the same room at first, as they told me we can only be together in the bar or reception. I spoke to the receptionist explained the reservation had both our names on it, to which they then allowed us to stay in the same room.
The rooms... where do I start.. there's hairs from previous people all over the floor, in the fridge, on the bed, in the shower, basically everywhere you look, you will find someone's hair. The shower has a serious leakage issue, I had a shower on the first night, when I get out I walked into a swimming pool near my bed. If you leave the windows open, you will probably end up waking up with a few cats cuddling up to you or at the bottom of the bed.

Absolutely Horrible Stay – Left After 10 Minutes
This was hands-down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I entered the room, it was clear this place was completely unacceptable. The room smelled terrible, and to make matters worse, the toilet didn’t even have a door—zero privacy.
There was no air conditioning, which made the place stuffy and unbearable. Bugs and spider webs were everywhere, clearly showing the room hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. There was no safe, no fridge, and the lighting was terrible. The bedding was dirty, and the floors were filthy.
The overall access to the room was poor and felt unsafe. Within 10 minutes of arriving—at night, no less—I had no choice but to leave. That’s how bad it was. I strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs.
