DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. the price is cheap for a reason. No hot water….when I complained they didn’t do anything about it. Next to a club….Not possible sleep. Has seagulls nesting on the roof all day and night making noises. A unheated pool that closes at 6pm😂 because the hotel won’t pay staff/lifeguard to work extra hours. No A/c in the rooms. humid all night…can’t sleep. Cleaning Staff go in your room even tho you have left the sign that says do not make my room. The hotel Ruined my holiday.
If you don’t believe this review go book it and find out for yourself.

Very, very bad.
No sense of customer service especially the chap with round glasses, he is need of training or trying an alternative profession such as looking in the mirror. The rooms are dirty and non- functional, the hotel layout is a mess. I wouldn't stay again even if it was FREE. Good luck if you consider this hole.

We highly advise against staying at this hotel for the sake of your health. Despite its convenient location, the staff is unfriendly and it is evident that the hotel has seen better days, especially before the Covid pandemic. I regret not checking the reviews beforehand. The first room I was given was incredibly unclean, with a dirty toilet, bug-infested beds, and dirty towels. Even after complaining and being moved to a second room, there was still a lack of cleanliness. Unfortunately, my friend and I are now experiencing an allergic reaction due to bed bug bites.

Where to start... It's objectively a very bad hotel, there's just a feeling of unwholesomeness all around. It's located near the party street so it's very loud all night long. The rooms feel (and probably are) dirty as hell, and very humid (not in the cooling way, more like asfixiating?). The staff is a hit or miss, the first guy that attended us was very tired it seemed and just responded angry to everything, didn't explain much and when we asked some basic things (parking and breakfast) he just said nothing's included and to call our booking agency if we're unhappy (we were just asking not even arguing 😂). Another guy came after and he was friendlier so like I said, hit or miss.
There's cats all around the place, but that's very common in Morroco. The rooms were said to include towels stuff like that, which weren't actually there. But there's a private bathroom, and kitchen in your room.
So basically, it's a cheap hotel, where you might wanna go just to sleep for a night if you don't find anything else, and if you don't mind not having the best quality, but I don't recommend it to any families or if you're looking for a long stay holiday. Salam

Very bad experience - Got room based on my race and ethnicity
From the beginning
Got room A with a faulty toilet flush - which didn't work
Then I was given room B - in these two things were faulty, one was a broken window and another one was heating - no heating at all
Complained to the reception - I told them i couldn't sleep in this cold. Their response was, "Sleep in cold and die."
The hotel manager will be here in the morning and speak to him, not us.
I had to wear two hoodies and a winter jacket to keep myself barely warm throughout the night
Next morning- I barged straight to the managers room and requested a room cha get, which he did immediately. Later on, while I was sitting in the reception area, I was indirectly told by the security guard that i shouldn't sit in the reception lobby as it's not safe - reason - Because of my complaint to the managers.
