The only good thing about this hotel during our stay was the view from the balcony!
My bed had a relatively good mattress, but my husband's was arched (
And then the most deplorable thing!
The staff in the restaurant and at the reception do not respond to guests, during our stay they greeted us at the reception once, in the restaurant they wished us a good evening probably twice! The employees behave like robots, without a smile, without elementary moments in communication, but they try to sell orange juice for 1 euro for breakfast, and wine and Coca-Cola in the evening, blocking at the same time the vending machines where you can get drinks, which are already included in the price of dinner!
And that's not the worst! The food, it's without comments, without taste, without seasoning and salt, breakfast in the 2nd week of stay was not possible to eat at all, dried cheese and sausage, unwashed apples, hard and dry rolls!
And when we once asked for a small portion of soup for our little one for lunch son, we were told the price of 20 euros for lunch, and you can't take this soup with you, only in the restaurant!
During our 2 weeks of stay, our bed sheets were never changed, the bathroom was not cleaned properly, and in general the bathroom is full of mold and quite old and needs repair!
Parking is an additional fee, the gym is 20 euros per visit, a safe in the room is an additional fee, and the positioning of the hotel as 4 stars and its relationship to the chain does not justify itself in any way! And only guests from France are welcome here!
The hotel management needs to seriously think about this style of management!

We had a lovely welcome. The hotel was perfect. We loved the Adults only pool. The pool with slides is also fabulous. The food was plentiful and a great choice there are also Themed nights.when we arrived we were overlooking trees. But on the 3rd Day we was upgraded to the main building room no 608 overlooking the pool and sea. Excellent view. The room was lovely. Maids work really well hard.didn't see much of the evening entertainment as travelled as a couple and went out exploring.

The staff are amazing here 👌 cleaners kept our room clean all week and work very hard entertainers are great also and activities staff. The staff are what makes this place great we found something to eat every night but I do feel food could be better but appreciate it’s hard to cater for so many people…. Thankyou Marbella park for a great holiday we might be coming back 😉

The grounds of the hotel are beautiful and very well maintained. The pools are clean and great for the kids.
Upon arrival it was clear our booking wasn't looked at thoroughly. Well over a year ago we requested rooms close to eachother and a cot in one room but we got neither. They did turn up with a cot eventually but I don't think it would fit in the room. The rooms are very small with a small balcony. But very clean. The cleaners came in every day and were so pleasant.
The reception staff were extremely pleasant too.
We had breakfast and evening meals, the food wasn't even like warm. It was cold every day no matter what time. Unfortunately if you have a fussy toddler like me there really isn't much choice for them. I ended up bringing my daughter's food down with us as there was next to nothing she would eat. Most of the waitresses cleaners were extremely friendly apart from one woman who would practically snatch your plate from under your nose even if you weren't finished. She even leant across someone on our table to collect a plate when none of us had finished our dinner. That is poor etiquette and down right rude.
Unfortunately the hotel seems to attract quite rude clientele. You will fight for a sunbed in the morning once the gates open and fight in the dinner hall with people thinking they can push in the queues.
The entertainment team were fantastic.
The location of the hotel, right next to a busy high way that you have to walk along to get to a supermarket next door to the hotel.
All in all the hotel is lovely, the food really does let it down.

Stayed here with my 5 year old daughter. The highlight for her was undoubtedly the water slides which she went on again and again. At the time of our stay the blue slide was showing signs of wear and tear and kids were actually avoiding it because they said they were being hurt at the bottom, I tried it myself and the slides surface has worn which slowed me down. Nothing major. There is a kids club which my daughter enjoyed and the staff are very friendly. The landscaping is very well maintained and looks nice. Plenty of choice at breakfast. If you’re looking to venture out then the nearest towns Marbella and Fuengirola are a fair taxi journey away. Staff were very helpful and friendly
