While the hotel staff was friendly, my stay was disappointing due to several issues. Despite the promise of daily room cleaning, only the towels were changed, and the sheets were not replaced upon request. The floor remained dirty, and the bathroom and toilets were not cleaned adequately. Additionally, many utensils provided during breakfast were dirty. Furthermore, the hotel charges for various amenities, including a fee for the room safe and a deposit for the iron, which was missing its accompanying ironing board. Although the location was convenient, these shortcomings significantly impacted my overall experience.

The only positive review about this hotel is it's location.
We stayed there at this hotel for one week. The check in process at the reception is taking half an hour time for processing one room booking. They are living in 1950s with the working model.
I chose the half board option (breakfast + dinner).
What is disgusting is the fact that I found cockroach in the coffee which I took. When i reported it to the kitchen responsible and i asked him to open the coffee machine, to my SHOCK, i found 10 cockroaches in the coffee machine. When i reported this to the dining hall lead (he says he is not responsible for this and that I inform kitchen lead). I informed the kitchen lead and he get's irritated because I found this problem. He doesn't respond to my questions about food quality. I complained this to the lady at the reception. He comes to the kitchen and now this gets interesting, rather than they making me understand the situation by explaining in English, they start discussing something in Spanish (because i do not understand). What i was afraid and concerned was, my 2 year old son drank hot milk from the same coffee machine. At the end, they did not provide me a proper feedback on how to correct that.
The next day i thought they fixed it by cleaning or disinfecting the place. To my shock, i saw cockroach again near to the dessert area. Then i thought, they have serious problems with the kitchen management. I did not eat food at this location from then onwards.
The rooms were pretty Ok. But when i pay money additionally for food here and get this quality, its disgusting. The presentation of food items is really good, but the quality now i the big QUESTION to me!
They are scamming people here with the price they charge!

No drinking water in a 4 star hotel..? Everywhere else we had stayed, even in lower rated hotels, there was always a water bottle or purified water dispenser, in most we also got welcome drinks. In the pictures it also showed espresso machines in the rooms. In reality - nothing, not even a kettle. It says in the welcome sheet to ask for one in the reception, but when I did that, they refused. Very disappointed.

Stayed for a week, and it was quite alright. Good size rooms, good beds but ours was facing the front of the hotel with a lot of noise in the mornings- lorys and trash can beeing emptied. Hotel is placed quite good. Close to beach and busses. So you can access just about everything. Great morning buffet in the hotel. Didn’t try their evening serving.

This is my favorite hotel in the Palma and airport area of Mallorca. Lovely bright spacious rooms with large windows, simple but well designed. Good beds, everything is very clean, convenient, just 1 minute from the sea. Comfortable and cozy area around the hotel. Not to mention the staff who work are very nice people at the reception: Natalia, Brigitte, Maria & Heiko helped and made my travels in Mallorca easier!
