If you want unforgettable views, therme like very warm pool and sunsets to die for at a budget price - this hotel is for you. If you fly 4 hours+ to spend in the room, drink expensive alcohol and have mobility issues this hotel is probably not for you. The service is very courteous, the food is fresh and tastes nice. Over 4 days there we had tuna steaks, calamari, octopus salads, ice cream, very yummy grilled veggies etc. Drinks were offered promptly and with a smile. Afterwards we went to 5* Radisson in PM and I would say the food is comparable (probably because Radisson doesn't deliver on this front and all hotels struggle at the moment). Overall, yes, facilities are somewhat tired and you can feel that they are struggling post double whammy of the COVID lockdowns and costs increase. But, you can still have a fantastic vacation there with the right attitude and remembering how much you paid for the room.

Absolutely amazing location, closer to the town and the beach. You had to walk 900 stairs to the beach. It's called healthy steps. The standard apartment is a very nice, good balcony, amazing view and they are clean. The buffet is not good enough. Sorry (personal opinion). Not variable food and not very tasty. The breakfast it's Absolutely fine . I enjoy it. The hotel is recommended, but I can't say the same for the buffet, we were in half board thanks to god for that!!!

Beautiful Hotel, near all the shops. Pubs, restaurants, taxi service (very reasonable and quick service). The lift does take getting use too. Plenty of exercise if U wish it. The hotel has crazy golf, tennis, play areas, big beautiful swimming pool. Staff very helpful, well worth a visit.

Arrived for a 10 day break over Christmas. Shown to a shabby 2 bedroom apartment at the rear of the hotel with bathrooms riddled with mould, and filthy grout. Doors were unable to be secured and lights weren’t working. We refused to stay there and were reallocated, after some lengthy discussion and after being told no other rooms were available, to a one bedroom apartment. Much nicer but not ideal with a 16 year old and no bedding for the sofa bed. First cold shower of the holiday, and first time complaining of this issue. Had a relatively comfy night, two to a single bed but were told the next day we had to move to the previous unacceptable apartment. I refused and was told they would call the police. They didn’t but allowed us to stay one more night( three people in one bedroom apartment).this night we encountered rain and found out the ceiling was leaking, leaving puddles in the floors and worktops, and running down the walls. Then we moved to our 2 bed apartment and things started to improve. Overriding theme was that there was seemingly no hot water in the hotel at all. In our ten day stay, we managed to time the showers right to have two showers each with hot water.All other days we showered in cold water. By this point I had grown tired of complaining and almost felt sorry for the reception team dealing with an onslaught of similar complaints from other residents. They would feign surprise at the hot water issue but it soon became apparent their was a bigger problem with the hot water supply as a whole and they were aware of this. Rather than face this issue head on, they misled us and many other residents. Management and owners need to take a long hard look at their business and invest in it. They are banking on demand, and this will seriously dwindle if they continue to provide substandard accommodation and utilities to residents. Really disappointed with the hotel but tried not to let it destroy our holiday. Wasn’t easy.

It was an amazing trip! Breakfast was 5/5 and the pool was stunning. I have nothing but positive things to say about Riosol, but it was one thing that made the stay even better. Kevin the server! What a great and humble man! His contagious smile and humorous responses were very charming and he became the best highlight of my days. Gracias Kevin
