We had a fantastic stay at Occidental Puerto Banús.
The location couldn’t be better, just a few steps from the marina, the main square, and El Corte Inglés, which made everything incredibly convenient.
The hotel feels modern, fresh, and very clean. Our room was new, spotless, and comfortable for the whole family. We stayed with our two children and it worked perfectly.
The kids especially loved the breakfast! There were so many great options (including warm gluten-free baguettes and croissants!), plus delicious churros with melted chocolate. Such a nice touch.
The service was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.
We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this hotel to families visiting Puerto Banús.

Beautiful hotel with nice clean and cozy rooms. Our room had a huge bed and everything was clean and modern. The staff at the reception, the breakfast restaurant and the La Dolce Vita restaurant were great, super professional and polite. Me and my wife had a great vacation here. There is a lot of places to visit and see nearby, many restaurants, the beautiful and luxury port and a lot of shopping options as well.

I love staying at the Occidental! I am here. Ffor 16 nights for work. I am being made so welcome by all the staff - the breakfast is delicious and plentiful and today Fransisco has looked after me very well and helped me practise my Spanish! I am very happy here in my honesty for a couple of weeks!

I don't write reviews but everything has been wonderful! I came to stay at Occidental Puerto Banus for my bday, firstly let me say the hotel is stunning. Newly refurbished and the decor is very artsy😍 Rooms were lovely too everything in perfect working order. Breakfast was made extremely lovely when Francisco made the effort to surprise me with a mini cake and candle for my bday. He was very friendly and helpful great guy. I was pleasantly surprised when I came back to the room on the afternoon of my birthday to find a birthday card, a bottle of Cava chilling on an ice bucket, a slice of luxury cheese cake topped with strawberrys and sauce and a gift card for a mini makeover at Givenchy!😳😍😋 Omg I was blown away. I went downstairs to thank them and Antonio on the desk was very helpful and friendly. He told me where to go to get the makeover done (Luxury mall 5 mins walk) and he kept wishing me a happy birthday 🥰 All in all my stay was short and sweet, but the hotel and staff made it very special. I am actually thinking of going there once a year for my bday. Thank you guys great job keep up the good work 👍🏽

We enjoyed our honeymoon stay in early December at this lovely hotel.
Marina and Isabella the two lovely girls on reception were especially welcoming 😍 and all the staff were helpful and friendly.
The hotel was quiet in December and a perfect location as a base for sightseeing.
I especially enjoyed breakfasts, which had a wide variety of options perfectly prepared everyday!
