Rooms are a bit dated, tv in the room no bigger than a hand held tablet. Room is on the smaller side however great views of the sea and house keeping are super stars. Service here is 5 star, all staff friendly, approachable and willing to help regardless of how small or silly the questions are. Personally I enjoyed the location, however it is a good 20 minute walk to the town centre, literally 40 metres from the beach. Food is good, good variety. Hotel is clean. Only downside for us was the lifts. One lift works fine, the other 3 are giving off final destination vibes

Great hotel and location, lots of bars, restaurants and beach bars nearby.
Didn't try the pool but the beach was a stones throw away.
Breakfast was plentiful and good selection.
My only critics would be the check in time, we got there at 15.00 only to have one very good but busy worker seeing all the check ins, maybe a second person at peak times could be helpful.
The air con in our room also didn't work.

This all-inclusive was rather exceptional considering the price. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and our suite was very spacious. The bathrooms were big, but the shower wasn't adjustable. The food was decent, the hotel does themed nights each day, I recommend eating out on Saturday however since the selection of food was rather poor, and my friend received what may have been raw chicken (unconfirmed). However none of us got ill from the food, and on the other days we stayed it was fabulous. The drinks selection was good, but long queues regularly formed at the pool bar. The hotel is opposite the beach where sun loungers can be rented for 8€ a day each, which is reasonable. The location is the best part of this hotel, being right on the beach and within walking distance of multiple clubs and restaurants. However there was a lack of tourist shops/supermarkets nearby. I am removing a star since we did not have towels in the hotel room on the first night. Other than that, a flawless experience, and I would happily stay here again.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Although the location was good, the hotel itself was terrible.
Food served was abysmal. We both had food poisoning from eating in the restaurant. Undercooked/raw pork and chicken, and lukewarm or cold in the middle dishes.
Alloted times were given to eat in the restaurant. Massive queues going out of the doors that often took half an hour to be seated. We ended up surviving on bread rolls.
The 4 lifts took ages to come and would only hold 4 people max.
Key card entry to rooms, which only worked a couple of times, so constantly going back to reception.
Do not sit on the stained and dirty sofas or chairs in the lobby, especially if you are allergic to cats. On 1 occasion a dark sofa was covered in cat hair and a pile of cat faeces on the corner!!
Totally ruined our holiday

Just spent a week here, 2 adults, a 15 year old lad and 12 year old girl.
1. Having Gold Inclusive is an absolute priority at this hotel, there is a veranda in the main restaurant to eat which makes it a much more pleasant experience as the main restaurant is absolutely rammed and very loud. We hated getting the food but sitting and eating outside was so nice. You also get 3 a la carte meals with gold and they were all fantastic and worth that on its own.
There is a separate section in the pool bar which is quiet and also get served quicker.
It also comes with a free horse ride for 12 and under, a nice touch
2. Very close to the beach, sun loungers are 8euros. Sand is lovely and soft, sea was calm most of the time. this is the best bit of the hotel, such a beautiful location. The sunrise is a bonus.
3. We opted for a superior room as wanted proper beds for the kids and it was fine, a bit dated but cleaned every day with fresh towels if we needed them.
4. Ubers are quick and easy here. We went to Torremolinos one day and couldn't be bothered to walk so grabbed a uber to the shopping section and then walked back.
5. Get the train to Malaga and a book a walking tour, best thing we did, great day out. Antonio from the pool bar recommended this day out and he wasn't wrong, it was great. Train station is close, turn left up the side of the hotel and then right and La Alamos train is about 7 minutes straight up the road.
6. Restaurant food has been commented a lot on reviews. So, it can become a bit samey however there are different themes each night. We started making meat and salad rolls for lunch which made the evening meal better as felt like it was different.
7. Sunbeds...bit of an issue for the last few days, people putting towels down early however as the main pool is on the shade a bit at this time of the year we started using the quiet pool which was so much nicer, easy to get a bed and has the sun on it all day.
8. Entertainment. Worst part, awful, dire, I could have done better myself but luckily we didn't go for the entertainment, the location and a relax.
Overall this is a good hotel for what we paid. All the staff are amazing, Antonio and Miliea in the pool bar were our favourites.
Your on holiday, take things as they are and just enjoy being in the sun.
