Spent 5 days at this hotel and cannot fault it!! Loved our stay there!! The cost was super reasonable for all inclusive too!! Food was great, always found something delicious to eat, especially Mexican night with the nachos and BBQ ribs!! Rooms had everything you need and wine and water in our superior room were very welcome. The view was to die for too, straight into the ocean with the most amazing sunrises that I could watch from the comfort of my bed, bliss!! Staff were super friendly, special mention going to Walter and Dillon at the restaurant bar, super guys, very professional, efficient, helpful and funny! We arrived at the hotel from the airport in only 12 minutes, which was a bonus! Shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk. The animation staff worked so hard to entertain everyone of all ages and never stopped being cheerful and energetic!! I will definitely be back again and will recommend to anyone that will listen

Great hotel with very pleasant front of house staff. They couldn’t do enough to help out with anything. Had a 7 night stay. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Housekeeping was superb. Coming back after a day out and the room was immaculate clean. Well done to them!!👏. Food was lovely every night with themed dishes most evenings. Lifts weren’t brilliant seeing as there’s 4 but it’s not something to gripe about. Entertainment was fantastic. Something going on all the time. Bingo in the sun, you can’t fault that. Overall I would definitely recommend and come back to hotel Puente Real. Well done all staff and entertainment.

Just come back from staying at this hotel. We had a great time. The hotel is clean and the room was clean and spacious. The entertainment was very good and the team were very friendly and worked hard to keep everyone entertained. All the staff were friendly in the hotel, the food was of a good standard and we found something easily to eat every meal, there was a theme night in an area of the buffet nearly everyday which was good 😊 we would definitely return to the hotel without a doubt.

We had lovely 2 weeks holiday in this hotel. All staff we encountered were hardworking and very friendly. A special mention to the girl who works the snack bar. . She is amazing if I was faced with queues like that I'd run . She smiled took orders and worked like I've never seen anyone work as hard. 3 great pools one massive beside children's pool and daytime entertainment. The other pool is in a quieter part of hotel. It's quite deep and our first week we though it was adults only as a lot of older people using it for lengths
Our 2nd wee coincided with English half term. The smaller pool was took over by children jumping in and out so all adult swimming stopped as it was impossible. I think if this was made an adult only it would enhance the experience for adult guests as maim pool enormous plenty of room for jumping and playing.

Hotel is generally good. We stayed in the bungalows at the back, our room was clean & spacious. Cleaning service and reception are of good standard and responsive. There are only 2 swimming pools (3 if you count in toddler one), but area beside swimming pools is a bit constricted, with music banging from the speaker for most of the day. If you after bit of pace & quiet, it’s better to go to the beach which is directly opposite the hotel. Food lacks a bit of variety, it’s ok, but nothing amazing. Wi-Fi is free, EDIT: safe is free as well, but you need to pay returnable €30 cash deposit.
