Prince Park is an amazing hotel. The hotel has a very beautiful bar where you can sit outdoor or indoor. It's very spacious with only super nice people behind the bar. Especially Fernando! Fernando is an amazing person! The drinks are always great. Me and my colleague love to sit here and work. I would definetely recommend it! 10/10!☺️🤗🫶🏽

I absolutely loved the hotel. We were off to a rocky start because of the room but it awesome regardless. I loved the staff, they were very friendly and helpful. I had a half board , and it was good value for money!!! They had activities to keep the guests entertained each day, honestly well thought out. There was fully functional pool and gym that were very lovely. I would stay there again whenever I’m in Benidorm . Overall I enjoyed my stay there.

The hotel room was very clean and maintained. All the staff I came in to contact with were very polite and helpful and looked as though they enjoyed there job
Excellent location in-between the new and old town
I was on full board plus and only cost a few euros more so worth the money if on a budget however the food wasn't good at all and definitely needs improvement as lacked taste and also variety
Stayed here a few years ago but had alot better experience this time and would probably stay here again but as room only

I stayed in Feb. My comments below have to be taken into context that the price was really good.
The location is convenient for wider travel as it's close to a main road and also cuts down walking distance to get to the train station, as compared with a hotel by the sea.
As with most hotels, you can only enjoy the sunshine by the pool at certain times of the day due to shade (in this case the afternoon).
The room was fine but the walls were thing. I could literally hear the words of the tedious guy next door droning on with this WhatsApp calls. Also - very important - the ground floor room is partly below the ground, so you look out of the window at the pavement at foot level, and the windows are barred. It would be nice for this to be made clear on the hotel website as it's like staying in a prison cell.
I didn't use the gym as I was ill. It was very small. Really just good for walking/running and some basic arm weights.
I thought the food was good for the price. I don't expect infinite choice given the hotel size and the price paid.
The real negative was a) the timing of the meals - too late, b) the system of having to order drinks from the queue as you enter (creates massive queues), c) the lack of a system to MAKE people queue in a line. Good people form a line and end up queuing up the stairs. Meanwhile ignorant people arrive from lower floors or by lift and just head straight to the front of the queue.
This is is both extremely annoying and genuinely brought people close to fights and definitely created verbal aggravation and insults.

Went there with my parner for a few years before he passed away always had a good time. the room was clean
And staff frendly. Always enjoyed the walk up to the hotel and going into the big super market and buying our water and crisps etc. Only problem was the food was a hit or miss bit bland at times.
