Good reception, nice bar, clean restaurant, but average food. 10 minute walk to beach, 15 minute walk to the bus station. Budget friendly but the thin walls in the rooms let's it down as you can hear every word from neighbours.

Very clean hotel, great choice at breakfast, good location. Downside had triple on which was basically a double with extra bed which made it very cramped. Pool was absolutely freezing

Stayed for a week, wonderful hotel close to the tram, regional bus station and attractions in benidorm itself. Next to two play parks so great for keeping the kids entertained. Any issues were dealt with straight away by staff, packed lunches available if you want them and just could not fault the service at any point during our stay.

Stayed here for one week in roon 701 from the 6th of September, 2023. Staff at the reception were fantastic and very helpful 100% (the Scottish lady with glasses +10% extra) The outside of the hotel looks good, but a bit old and sits by a large park. The location of the hotel is not bad, just a 20-minute walk from the town. There is also a large supermarket nearby. The reception looks nice and fresh compared to the outside. This looks like it has been down up recently a long with the bar and restaurant parts of the hotel. The room 701 was a good size, but a bit shabby in places. The food was ok and got you by , but it was much the same thing every day. Was let down by lots of chipped crockery, glassware and even one evening food still stuck to a plate that was just put out (as I'd just seen them put out) The bar staff were lovely and friendly also not to expensive at the bar. The swimming pool is a bit small, but it is adequate enough and lights in multi colours at night. Overall, great staff ok food and reasonably good location, but let by the repetitive restaurant food

Food poor to average. Not possible to live on cold food or salads for 28 days. Rooms clean and tidy. I could not recommend this Hotel.
