We have been here for 7 nights and it seemed like forever. Essentially there is very little entertainment available in the evening, nothing at the hotel, there is a shared arena between 3-4 surrounding hotels, always very crowded and more suitable for kids under 8. There are bowling, arcade and mini golf however you need to pay separately.
Food and drinks in all inclusive range are very limited, anything different and you need to pay extra, don’t think drinks have any alcohol in them and are very syrupy and overly sweet. Food is terrible, feels like they have no idea how to cook, everything not used during one meal gets somehow incorporated in your next meal, bland, not very fresh and I think chefs do not know basic food hygiene protocols as using same utensils for raw meat and cooked meat. All week we have eaten chips and pizza! Staff is friendly and do try to look after you.
Accommodation is dated, all looks great from outside however rooms could do with updating, feels like hotel was built 18 years ago and this is how things were left. Rooms and balconies are quite spacious which is nice.
All in all we will not be back to this establishment.

I do not recommend this hotel.
The food is poor – the selection never changes, and the meals are usually cold. Snacks at the bar are very limited: only burgers or hot dogs are available, and there are basically no options for younger children.
The pool is dirty, and the water is not clear, which looks unhygienic.
You constantly have to wait a long time at the bar, and there is also a limit on how many drinks you can order at once.
The water park is separate, although this was not clearly stated when booking. Entry to the park is free, but nothing inside is included – not even water; everything must be paid for, and the all-inclusive (AI) does not apply there.
Room cleaning is very poor – I had to repeatedly ask for towels to be changed.
There is basically no entertainment, not even music playing.
Would I recommend it? Definitely not. Is it worth 4 stars? Absolutely not.

me and my partner stayed at this hotel for a week 26th may- 2nd june, online it was described to be a lovely hotel in a great location and a lot of activities to do, we arrived and the reception was a lovely man however once we had checked in we thought we would take a walk round the area see what was around, we then got followed back to the hotel by a drug dealer, we told the receptionist that we was being followed and he did nothing but smile laugh and say “it’s normal we get these sort of complaints all the time”. we went back to our room too scared to leave for the rest of that night, then on thursday me myself was spiked now i don’t know who did it but the only person that makes sense and that was near my drinks without my eyes on it was the bartender. Our room didn’t get cleaned for 4 days i had to complain 3 times just for them to bring fresh towels and the didn’t do that until 23:20, the food was dry and tasteless, the waterpark is saltwater which then out me and my partner off going!
I was a bit gutted when i arrived and it was nothing that it looked like or was described like online!

Hello,
I am writing to you regarding our trip to your hotel from March 21st to 28th, 2025, for 3 adults.
I wish to express my concern about the situations in which, as a wheelchair user, I was repeatedly trapped in my room for several hours due to elevator malfunctions. In such a scenario, the question of evacuation in case of fire is a critical one.
(Given that the elevators were out of service, including the staff elevators)
Furthermore, I would also like to draw your attention to other inconveniences we encountered, such as missed meals, evenings spent in our rooms without being able to fully enjoy the all-inclusive services, and the presence of pests.
We paid €1500 for an all-inclusive hotel for three people. It is completely unacceptable that one person in our group was stranded several times during the week due to their disability.
If there had been a fire, what would we have done? Do you think fire safety standards were met in this situation? It's 2026, after all!
Sincerely
Silva Kilčiauskienė
Yes, the view was beautiful, but that was almost everything. The room was quite good, large, and the balcony was spacious as well. The sofa bed was comfortable enough for the children to sleep on. The room was cleaned whenever we requested it (we had to select this option when we arrived). However, there were quite a lot of ants in our room. Our friends stayed on the 4th floor while we were on the 6th, and they did not have this problem.
There was no kettle or coffee in the room. When we arrived, there was only one bottle of water in the fridge and it was never replenished. The only drinking water available was from a dispenser at reception. Fortunately, we had our own refillable bottles.
The pool was nice and suitable for children, but it was too small. There were enough sunbeds, and the surrounding area was pleasant, convenient, and attractive.
The food by the pool was very limited – mainly burgers and hot dogs, and they were not particularly tasty.
The spa pool was excellent, with many different massage jets. The two saunas were clean and well maintained, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. I booked a massage which I enjoyed, but €70 was far too expensive.
The alcohol was not very good. The cocktails were overly sweet, with too much syrup and very little variety. The beer was weak, and drinks were filled with so much ice that you could finish them in just a couple of sips.
The food in the main restaurant was not terrible, but it was repetitive and there was very little choice. It became especially noticeable at weekends when more guests arrived. The fruit was disappointing, and so was the coffee. For some reason, the water from the coffee machine tasted salty, which made the coffee taste salty as well.
It was difficult to find suitable food for younger children. There were not even chicken nuggets available. The desserts were terrible – just a few simple cream cakes that were all very similar, plus a few types of basic biscuits. The vegetable selection was good, and the fish was tasty. None of us suffered from food poisoning.
There was no entertainment in the evenings within the hotel itself. Everything took place outside the hotel in a shared entertainment area used by several hotels. It was always crowded and difficult to find a table. There were activities for children, but everything cost extra.
There was a kids' club, but it was located at another hotel. Twice a day, staff would collect children from the pool area and take them there. My daughter enjoyed it and attended twice. However, one day the animator accidentally mentioned that she had been alone with 16 children. She was also about 15 minutes late returning them. In my opinion, that raises serious concerns about safety.
The evening entertainment was weak, short, and not enjoyable. There was simply nothing to do in the hotel after dark. Even the all-inclusive drinks were only included until 11:00 pm. The bar remained open until midnight, but drinks had to be paid for during the last hour.
Overall, there was very little entertainment during either the day or the evening.
We chose this hotel mainly because of the water park, which is shared between all the hotels in the area as well as external visitors. Unfortunately, it was very disappointing. The surroundings felt unattractive, the slides were not exciting, the water was dirty and extremely salty, and the ground became so hot that it was impossible to walk barefoot. Children had to wear flip-flops everywhere and leave them at the bottom of the slides, where anyone could take them. One pair of our shoes was stolen.
We stayed for a week, and the children only spent one day at the water park before refusing to return. I think that says everything. Sunbeds were free, but umbrellas and cushions for the hard sunbeds had to be paid for separately.
If you do not have a car, there is very little to do in the area because nowhere is within comfortable walking distance. The beach was also disappointing, with black sand that left you feeling dirty.
If you are considering staying here, I recommend not doing that.
