Took my family for a 5 night 6 day all inclusive. All we wanted was hot sunny weather, a pool for my toddler and access to the beach. This resort delivered.
When booking, it is a 3 star, the building is dated but clean. The dining hall is loud but there is outdoor seating and if you go at the end of meal times it is quieter. There was plenty of options for meals with enough fresh fruit and veggies with fresh cooked protein. The pizza was amazing!
Drinks were straight forward, No different then most all-inclusive. And there were hot dogs and burgers pool side which was fine for lunch.
The room was clean and had a massive balcony which got afternoon and evening sun. Again nothing fancy, but that's ok because we were comfortable in the evenings but didn't need to spend a whole load of time there.
The pool was excellent for our needs. Warm enough and gradually got deeper so even the big kids could jump in.
With your stay you have access to the local water park, it is salt water, FYI, but we had a great day playing and enjoying the waterside. There is something for everyone.
The beach is a 3 min walk down the promenade. It is beautiful and the water was warm. It is busy as it is only small and there are 5 major hotels plus local people who access it. It could use a daily rake because people can't use a bin, but it was still nice.
Overall, we knew we were booking a budget 3 star. Some of the reviews are really unfair. Yes, this area has been affected by a down turn in tourism and is dated.
However, the staff were amazing and kind, the children's entertainment was good and energetic. The sun was beautiful, we all laughed and had a great time just hanging out together.
If your looking for 5 star here, look elsewhere. But if you want to get away for a few days, enjoy a sun lounger and the pool, you are not fussed about going far from the resort this did the trick.

Had a lovely family holiday at this hotel. The service in this hotel is phenomenal! (Bar staff, waiting staff and entertainment) Reception could do with some work.
My room was great, air con stated on even with the balcony door open. But other family members rooms not so much.
The hotel was kept immaculate - even saw lifts being cleaned. Although the lifts in the hotel were slow, stopped on random floors and only 2 in the whole hotel!
Bar and waiting staff are amazing, very attentive and friendly.
Entertainment staff at this hotel are great, very friendly and try to get EVERYONE involved, not just the children - we love Maria!
Facilities surrounding the hotel could do with an upgrade as there's really only gift shops around, one little supermarket and a short walk down to the beach with a few bars/restaurants.

We’ve just come back from a 10-day all-inclusive holiday at Valle Taurito and had a really enjoyable stay.
The hotel is in a fantastic location — just a short walk to the beach, with shops and family-friendly attractions nearby. Guests also get free access to the nearby water park, which is a nice bonus. However, the all-inclusive package doesn’t apply there, which wasn’t clearly communicated. It didn’t bother us much, but it’s something to be aware of.
The rooms are spacious and come with large balconies. While the hotel isn’t brand new, it’s tastefully decorated and very clean. One detail that stood out (in a negative way) was the worn carpet in the hallway — it detracts from the otherwise pleasant decor. A small suggestion to management: it might be time for a refresh.
The food was fresh, tasty, and had a good variety. It’s not fine dining, but for a hotel buffet, it exceeded our expectations. The selection seemed geared mostly toward British guests — understandable given they make up the majority — but we would have appreciated more local flavors, especially at breakfast. That said, there were still plenty of options available.
There was no kettle or tea/coffee facilities in the room, which was a slight downside, but not a major issue. The snack bar, on the other hand, could use some improvement — it was definitely the weakest point in terms of food.
What really stood out was how clean the hotel was and how genuinely kind and friendly the staff were. The evening entertainment wasn’t particularly strong, but the animation team gave it their all and tried hard to engage the guests — again, with a focus mostly on the British audience.
All in all, it was a lovely, relaxing holiday in a clean and well-run hotel with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Thank you for a great stay!

I shared a room with my family and ended up on the pull out bed. It wasn't the most comfortable, was hard and old but otherwise we had a fabulous time. Rooms were clean and well maintained (other than the pull out bed). Buffet food was nice and a wide range of options, both child friendly and good for adults. The pool was nice and enjoyed the use of the waterpark. Although it is frustrating, you have to pay extra for the drinks at the water park as not included in all inclusive price. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had kids running up and down corridors and making noise right through the night but that's not staffa fault so can't really complain. Had a nice time and would recommend for families looking for a stunning place for a fun holiday.

Located a bit in a rural area, too many hotels around, the rooms themselves are not worth 4 stars unfortunately, food ok, but mainly similar everyday, opposite hotel food served better, accurate and more colourful, nice to watch the layout. Not much entertainment around.. just a shared waterpark, mini golf and disco place, shared with other hotels as well. Too crowdy.
