I recently had the pleasure of staying at Navegadores Hotel in Monte Gordo, and I can't express enough how delightful my experience was. The rooms were spotless, reflecting a high standard of cleanliness that truly impressed me. The staff was incredibly helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay. One of the standout highlights was the excellent breakfast offered at the hotel. A wide variety of delicious options catered to different tastes, and the quality of the food was exceptional. The inviting ambiance of the breakfast area added to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend Navegadores Hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch accommodation in Monte Gordo. Unfortunately I got quite sick during my stay in Monte gordo which made me spend most of the time in the hotel. The personnel helped me through the whole fever/sickness moments. available to help and provide what needed (once you asked). Room is also provided by anything you could need :) did not manage to use swimming pool or spa but I would have loved to try them.

Breakfast not really good - tomatos had no flavor at all. Coffee was just horrible. There was only tap water - you have to pay for real water. As we went there as two young couples i have to say this was not really for us as there were only old people and families. Our rooms were okay but nothing special. The best thing is the bar and its personell, they all have been very skilled - recommending the Cocktails!

2-star hotel with worst service you can find in Monte Gordo. - breakfast doesn’t have any food variety and quality is not the best (it’s better to have breakfast on a local coffeeshop) - emergency bottom from the rooms are broken; - no room service after midnight. If you want to drink a glass of water you will need to pull up some tap water because they don’t even sell you a bottle of water; - as we arrived we asked for the trolley and the employee said to us that we need to try and find it around the hotel because some customer took and didn’t bring back to front door. - woke up every night ate 8:30 with the cleaning lady moving beds from upper Floor; - cleaning lady entered two time in our room when I was asleep without knocking on the door. IMo this hotel should have two stars and I will never comeback in my whole life. Connot recommend this hotel and tbh the hotel should close for some work in order to get 3 stars
