What an absolute fabulous hotel. Second time staying here and Terri and other staff remembered from 6 years ago. All staff are courteous and always greet you with a smile. Around 15/20 minute walk down to the beach if you like walking and out of the hustle and bustle of the night life. Situated right opposite Benidorm palace which is a must to see one of their shows. We went half board as like to explore. The food is plentiful and always nice and hot. Very reasonably priced for drinks too. We would highly recommend staying at this beautiful family oriented hotel 👌

Treated ourselves to a 4 night break, for four girls on the 23rd March to 27th March 24. We loved the food, were able to book the spa every day, used the gym and enjoyed the bar and terrace areas. The hotel was clean and the rooms where nice. First trip to Benidorm for all of us. The hotel and staff made our stay. Special thanks from Teresa, Nicola, Julie and Nicola to Terri (Teresa) fantastic member of the bar staff team and a total credit to the hotel!!!!! Thank you for the tips on Altea, lovely day.

Currently staying here for a family getaway first impressions was it looks better than the pictures do it justice . It’s extremely clean and well maintained. The rooms are decent and have plenty of space and the bathrooms are what you would expect from a 4* accommodation . So I was thinking this may just get a 5* review from me . However there’s some bad points . The food is decadent but at times a little cold and not a gr8 choice. The all inclusive system is totaly rubbish it’s the worst Iv ever experienced and would definitely put me off staying here again . It’s a card system and you can only get 1 drink at a time so the queue for the bar can be long and annoying. You also cannot poor your own drinks at meal times and the snack sections is a total waste of time so we did end up paying to eat out at times . On all our other all inclusive holidays we are you to just having everything readily available with no limits so if this is something you’re use to this is something to think about. The pool was absolutely freezing and nobody used it ( it was January so understandable) There was a power cut today in the hotel so this left most things unusable for a good few hours. Then as a result the tvs now don’t work so that’s off until tomorrow at least . The family rooms we had was also directly above the bar so if you wanted to get to sleep early there was no chance with how noisy the music was. But overall it’s a nice hotel with decent staff but I won’t return here in a hurry

Service from staff is decent, they are kind and like cracking jokes. But service in general is horrid. TV's are constantly going down due to aerials being broken, the lifts are always out of order and people are getting stuck in them. Bedsheets weren't changed at all throughout the week- although we were promised they would. Cleaners didn't do their job. The hotel isn't in an ideal place. It's quite a walk to decent shops and places to eat. The food at the hotel is ok, but it is usually cold if you don't take it as soon as they put it out. The 'hot desserts' are mostly cold. Bacon on a morning isn't cooked properly, and it made me sick. The view was covered by palm trees and buildings, but you could still see the mountains so it's fine.Just a warning, the pools are freezing cold. There isn't always a good selection of food, as there isn't everything for everyone. There are kids choices, but they rarely get put out so they're always cold. When you go to the bar, (if you're all inclusive) you are only able to get one drink at a time with your card. On a night, if you and your partner fancy a drink, be prepared to bring 2 cards. If you only bring 1 card, you will have to make 2 trips. Floors are constantly mopped, but they don't dry fast enough, so you always hear squeaking and people slipping. Music from downstairs entertainment plays until midnight, causing me to not be able to fall asleep until around 12ish. Bar closes at 1am. Any drinks from midnight to 1am (even if you have an all inclusive card) you will get charged for.

The place is a great value for money. Everything is well run and on time, clean and neat! The food was amazing and a lot of variety. Lots of activities and games for kids during the day. The room was clean and well taken care of. The only thing I will give 3 stars is the interior design. The room furniture, though is super clean and neat, it needs a revamp. The hotel interior design and room furniture looks out of date.
