I feel that I have to warn people. This is my very worst experience in a hotel and I travel a lot.
I wasn’t feeling well as I had got a chill and wanted to have a shower to warm up. But there was no hot water in my room. I was told that it took a while to warm up but I explained that I’d checked in more than two hours earlier and not used any water yet. I had to go out without being able to have a shower.
The heating in my room also wasn’t working and I was also told that “it takes a while”. After returning, and after three hours of being told that it would work (it wouldn’t. It was broken), I asked to change rooms at 08pm. I expected that to not be a problem. Heating in the rooms is advertised and it was clearly not working.
I was still cold from the chill as the water had still not warmed up. Despite all of this, I was told that I couldn’t move despite the majority of rooms in the hotel being empty.
The receptionist told me that I had already changed rooms. When I told him that this wasn’t true and that this was my first room (I’d kindly been offered a choice of two rooms when I checked in and I’d chosen this one), I asked to speak to a manager and was told no.
An incredibly upsetting experience. It was genuinely shocking to me that people in hospitality can behave like this and not want to ensure the basic service is advertised.
I wouldn’t want anyone else to have an experience like this.

This is a maximum of 2 stars. The good stuff is a beautiful area, three swimming pools, there are tennis courts and close to the beach. Everything else is negative. 1) everything is old and unkempt. The room has a worn mirror and a dirty chair. 2)Breakfast is absolutely the same and tasteless every day, all products are from cheap stores - cheese, sausages, bread, eggs, beans. The only fruit was green bananas, which in 4 days turned half black. For dessert, store-bought buns and a muffin, which ran out 10 minutes after the start of breakfast and were no longer brought. Coffee is instant or very poor quality. I recommend the hotel to those who do not plan to “stay at home” but come to the hotel only to spend the night.

I agree with other reviews for this hotel. It is very outdated, the food is not great and is left sat out it doesn’t seem fresh. I actually had the worst sleep I have ever had in any other hotel I have stayed in. The pillows are awful.
We booked b&b, there is a fridge in the room but no kitchen area to make anything, in hindsight we would have been better looking for self catering.
The cleaners were great, but in general the rooms have a dirty feel to them but old dirt, cobwebs at the windows, musty smell in the wardrobe, stains in the toilet and on the shower curtain. This place has so much potential to be wonderful but it needs a big revamp.
Pool looked grimey, we didn’t use it.

This is a very poor hotel, it must have 1 star not 4.
There is food for breakfast and dinners. Dinners are awful, several times the food was rotten and stank!! when we pointed it out, we were told it was because of mushrooms in it. Ridiculous! During dinners we were offered drinks and always chose water or Cola and at the end of the stay we were charged for 40€, we had never received info about the extra price for water. When we tried to argue, personnel started screaming at us and calling names and saying they would claim us to the police! Unbearable!
Quality of the food at breakfast couldn't be lower!
Rooms were old, smelly without any proper cleaning - they just made bad with same sheets and add toilet paper. By the end of 2 weeks stay the room was full of sand. Air conditioning did not work, windows looked like never cleaned.
Smell everywhere is terrible, all the facilities in hotel area were absolutely abandoned.
We chose this place due to best in the area reviews at Booking.com and 4 stars.
Do not repeat our terrible mistake - NEVER stay in this hotel.

Very nice hotel, rooms are very clean and nice, 3 pool's and very close to the beach, highly recommended.
