Very nice hotel. I had wonderful time with my family. There’s some things that can be fixed. Food is nice but not that varied. Big thanks to waiters from pool bar. They do very good job. Entertainment team 10/10 they love their job. Especially Julia - nice girl. We had a lot of fun during Bingo and other activities.

We had a wonderful stay at this all-inclusive hotel! The variety of food was fantastic, there was always something delicious for everyone, and the quality was consistently great. The entertainment for kids was excellent too, with plenty of activities that kept them happy and engaged throughout the day.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. A special mention to Julio, who was especially kind and helpful, he really made us feel at home. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the cleaning staff did a great job keeping everything spotless and tidy.
Overall, it was a great experience for the whole family. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun all-inclusive vacation!

Dreadful from start to finish , rooms need updating and the bathroom was awful , dirty grouting and rust stains . The food was the same at lunchtime and Teatime , every day , very limited choice and undercooked and lukewarm . The hotel is 8 euros away in a taxi 🚖 from any other restaurants or bars . So you had nothing else to choose from .
The room was only cleaned 3 times during our 7 day stay , and that was only the bed made and the towels replaced .
The only holiday I have been on and lost half a stone . I lived on cheese sandwiches from the local spar .This hotel is definitely not worthy of 4 stars 🌟 .Thankfully we enjoyed a week of beautiful sunshine in December ☀️ and the staff where friendly and polite . .
Unfortunately you can't win them all , I wish I had read the reviews before before I booked the holiday .

The first day after landing, we went to the hotel. We were given a room for four people: two adults and two children. The room was only prepared for two people because the bed in the bedroom was made and there were only two towels in the bathroom. The children's sofas were unlined. We reported this at reception, so we received two extra towels and they brought us children's bedding. A moment later, we saw three cockroaches running around the room, and the children were so scared that they slept in the room with us that night. Behind toilet some dirty toilet paper. The second day, the cleaner came in for literally two minutes because we were close to the room, so we could see them. She didn't even move the children's beds to make them. The entire hotel, from the restaurant to the pools, reeked of cat urine. We've never eaten worse food in our lives. We're not picky because we've stayed in hotels with even three stars in the Canary Islands and it was great. Here, my wife and kids were simply terrified, so we changed hotels the second day. It was a great choice because there was nothing to complain about in the new hotel; everything was great. In my opinion, the Koala Garden Hotel shouldn't even have three stars.

On first arrival the hotel was a bit of a letdown from the pictures that were advertised, on checking in we had been allocated the wrong room types which was rectified. The all inclusive meals were decent but very repetitive and without taking a bus or taxi into Mas Palomas there was nowhere to eat nearby. The rooms were decent although problematic as the toilet needed fixed twice and the power went out to the room multiple times, Saved the worst for last while we were enjoying the sun by the pool with our doors locked my son's iPad was stolen from the room while on charge the only people who could have accessed the room were staff. After reporting to reception we were told "it's not our problem" get in touch with the police which we phoned to be told no you have to come into the police station to report crime, and the hotel won't answer the phone to Jet2 after we reported it to them as well seems a bit suss. Avoid!
