Clean & Informal with Friendly Staff :-)
Our second visit as a family of 4 has been very enjoyable (previous visit in April 24)
Rooms spacious & clean, food extensive & staff very friendly.
Some people talk of the 4* rating being too high however we have been pleased on both occasions at the overall experience.
No silly rules, staff are in the background & there if you need them... Always food available, drinks plentiful, entertainment enjoyable.
Our 5 & 7 year old daughters enjoyed 'kids club' at least once each day, the 'mini disco' on the main stage in the evening & were in the main/centre pool for hours each day.
On one day when it rained, the entertainment staff were flexible enough to move the mini disco indoors (which my daughters really appreciated)
If your expectations are for a chilled out family holiday that is mid level (not high end) you shouldn't be disappointed!

The rooms are very spacious and clean. All the staff are friendly and very helpful. Any issues with the accommodation are rectified very quickly. Great choices of foods in the restaurant. Pools are warm and clean with a good supply of pool towels. I would definitely book this hotel again when I will return to Maspalomas.

A fabulous trip made better by Claudia and Luke two outstanding animation team members. All animation team were brilliant and build a great rapport with the children.
Drinks were brilliant. Entertainment each evening was good and the heated pools meant we could enjoy the pool even on cloudy days.
Our second visit and we hope to come back!

The food and choice of food was excellent, always well cooked and we were spoilt for choice every day. The room was very clean and quite near the resteraunt. Plenty of pools to choose from and lots of free sun loungers. A nice takeaway counter for pizza, hot dogs and drinks. Pool bar with hot and cold drinks and snacks. You had to get up early to beat the professional sunbatheres, their towels were always clipped on the chairs as we went for breakfast. The staff were very hepful and attentive. We got the free bus down to the beach at 09:30 and then got a taxi back for seven euro's. The bus did not return until threeish, so we got the taxi. We also got the bus to Puerto De Mogan from near the hotel, it was sixteen euros return on the express route, took about 40mins. Not much to see around the hotel but an empty shopping centre, and there is a Spar just over the road. We had a really nice and quite few days here.

Rooms clean and spacious, food is lovely and good selection. The entertainment staff are absolutely fantastic can’t fault them at all, they make the holiday, brilliant with all and get the children involved, would definitely recommend here for families x
