Loved our stay. Rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Great mini fridge, shower and balcony view is amazing. Breakfasts are really good and very slick operation no matter how busy (we were there 12 nights so varied occupancy). Mini negatives are a chaotic pool bar (not as slick as rest) and lack of iron in room/hotel. We bought our travel iron but should not have need in a four star. Location makes for a wonderful walk and view but we did almost 20000 steps a day and used many taxis. So worth thinking about. But wonderful stay!

i stayed at ipv palace & spa for 9 days, and honestly the hotel was great, but the best part was gloria and lucas! they made every single day so much fun with things like aquagym, bingo, karaoke, etc.
gloria is literally the sweetest person i’ve ever met, and lucas is super fun and always cheering people on. they were both so warm and friendly.
the pool area was gorgeous, the food was really good, and the views from the hotel were amazing.
i honestly didn’t want to leave, and they really made the whole trip unforgettable.

Great beach front location. Good breakfast options, rooms were a decent size. Excellent sea view balcony.
Went here for a break with the ladies and we were not disappointed! Most of the staff were excellent and happy to help.
Special mentions go to 3 members of staff. Nicola on the front desk who was professional, friendly, and really helpful. Lucas on entertainment, dancing in the pool was a lot of fun. He was so engaging, definitely in the right job. And Alberto from the restaurant, excellent service and great omelettes.

Our stay at Hotel IPV Palace & Spa is amazing. We were welcomed with champagne and big smiles from the staff, the buffet had many tasty options, and the cafe is just as good. Room service makes it feel like we had a brand new room every day, and on my mom’s birthday they even surprised us with champagne and a note. There is also an entertainment program for every day except Sunday. We also loved the beautiful beach (though waves get aggressive some days) and the warm, clean pool. The only bad thing is that we have to leave in two days :(

The hotel and room itself was at a good location. We arrived a bit early and were asked to wait because the previous guest had not left (checkout time is 12). We waited since our check in was at 2 and the guests had still not left. The receptionist had asked us to wait to which we had to remind about our time as well and no way they could clean the room in 10 minutes for us. After a discussion with her manager she gave us another room. I feel they she could have done better at asking. When we asked for kettle in room we got it but for coffee it wa as if I asked them for something soo precious, again had to take permission from the manager. Ah and they claim to have a lot of spa massages but the old woman there is very rude and lazy. Doesn't want to massage more than 30 minutes for 60 euro but keeps selling spa circuit. And also kind of body shaming way of speaking by the old woman. Overall location wise is good but wouldn't want to go there as there are many other places with better friendly services. We majorly booked for the spa which we couldn't.
