We just returned from a 7-day all-inclusive family holiday and had a brilliant time. It is a much smaller hotel than we have previously stayed, but nevertheless it had everything we needed as a family. There was always a sunbed available regardless of the time of day, food in the restaurant or snack bar was good.

The location of the hotel I feel is perfect. It's a 2 minute walk to the beach and shops whilst being away from the centre area which is more lively, hotter etc.
The staff were fantastic and were very helpful and accommodating and were very polite . The food had lots of variety and tasted great with so much food available. With 3 main meals available per day and a snack bar accessible in between lunch/dinner etc you'll definitely not go hungry. Drinks where available too with self service soft drinks and slushies next to the pool which the children loved. The main bar was always clean and tidy with no waiting to be served whatsoever.
At first glance I thought the pool was too small. However, I quickly realised it's ideal for the size of the hotel and it's surprisingly deep!. The rooms are in good working order but may need a bit of modernising in the future but did not impact our stay and had AC, TV, fridge and balcony.
The only minor negative point is the entertainment was a bit lacking. However we were with a group so we didn't have to rely on it.
I think the hotel is just the right size and never felt hectic. We loved staying here and very glad we did.

I can honestly say that some of the reviews I have read couldn't be further from the truth. We had a fabulous 10 day holiday at this hotel, the staff were so helpful and always polite, approachable and smiling. The rooms although yes they are extremely dated, are just perfect for what you need, nice and clean, with comfortable beds, a good sized bathroom with a bath, plus shower over it. A TV with plenty to watch if you just want a break night in. We were on the 7th floor and we had a great view from the balcony over Can Picafort and the sea and there were two lifts so easy to get up to the rooms and down to the main area.
We didn't use the spa/gym etc, but we did have a look and it looked a nice and relaxing area to be in if you wanted to be away from the sun. The bar and pool area were not chaotic at all, plenty of room for all guests even when the hotel is full and they were nice and clean and comfortable to be in. They had snacks available from burgers and hotdogs to pizzas and salad and fruit. Drinks of course were available and there is an outside machine for slushies, fizzy drinks and other soft drinks.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner I felt had plenty of variety, even for the most fussy and offered healthy and indulgent food every time. My favourite had to be the pancakes and chocolate spread for breakfast. Also plenty of my absolute favourite watermelon.
The entertainment was great also, Pedro is constantly working to get people engaged in games, dancing, singing, art, quizzes and much more in the day/evenings. Plus he does do Yoga and Pilates in the mornings and aqua aerobics when people wanted it. He just has the most amazing positivity and brings a smile to your face with his energy. He is also full of knowledge, so if you need anything do ask him (or at reception as they are full of information also) and he will help anyone if needed.
The hotel is in a great position, only a 5 min walk to the beach and shops, but a decent amount away from the chaos of holiday makers.
The only down side for me was the lack of plug sockets in the rooms given the amount of chargeable items people have, so I would recommend that you take a multi socket.
I would definitely go back in a heartbeat and my children didn't want to leave and have begged to go back.
I want to thank all the wonderful staff there each and every one made our holiday just perfect.
Gracias a todos ustedes.❤️

We’ve just had a week at this hotel and it was amazing, staff was really friendly and helpful. (even offered a cuppa early in the morning when we checked out) the new entertainment guy Michael is such a lovely person. He made us feel very welcome! If I had to say 1 negative, I would say maybe label the food more clearly for vegetarians.
The cleanliness of this hotel was outstanding inside and out! Great facilities hairdryer etc and a balcony overlooking the beautiful beach which is less than 5 min walk!
Thank you for our lovely stay!

Lovely hotel, a short walk from the beach. Staff were amazing and very attentive to your needs. Rooms were dated but extremely clean. Shower/bath was quite old and in need of replacing. We had a lovely room with a sea view facing terrace. Pool area was okay, lots of space to relax. Bar staff were great and lots of drinks all included if you're all inclusive - even slush puppies! We booked a double room but our room was 2 singles pushed together, which isn't ideal as a couple. Very decent price for all inclusive!
