There was a large selection of water slides and a great children’s play area. There was also very good entertainment for children in the evenings🌇. Staff were very helpful especially the receptionists and the bar staff, Madeline and Jasmina. Cleaners came every day and the whole area was kept spotless. Our apartment was very pleasant. My family and I had an upstairs apartment with two single beds and one couch bed. The water pressure on the shower was excellent. We also had a spacious balcony with a great view of the water slides 🛝😊. There were a few onsite photographers who took amazing family photographs 📸 New Year’s Eve was an incredible night. Each person was given a party bag with party hats, streamers etc. The fireworks were fantastic and the experience overall was one to be remembered 🎉.

Just came back from there nothing like the picture. In my experience is not the worst nor the best either. Hotel: I give a 3/5 need some more improvement door wasn’t close properly blankets in room smell like pee(get it sorted). Don’t get clean towels or clean room even you ask to do. Food:3/5 it’s okay but on day 4 it’s start getting a bit boring as it the same things day in day out. Kids: slide was good kids entertainment was good mini games after entertainment was good. Can’t give review on kids club as daughter didn’t go. Pool: 3/5 it’s ice cold(could be heater) unless the sun is out and 22degress can’t be in the pool. You definitely need a car as everything is far from the hotel. Sun bed dirty and broken Overall it’s okay you can do your own experience. Will I go back. No for me Staff was lovely Lifeguard very rude.

The rooms were clean and had plenty of storage. The cleaners were friendly. The staff at the front desk are slow and not very helpful (the door to the apartment wouldn't lock and couldn't be fixed despite a toddler easily escaping and almost falling down the steps, we asked for extra blankets which never came, gave food allergy information in Spanish to them to deal with the meals and they were unable to help me). The food was bland and greasy. Even the Christmas meal was nothing special, just a three or four new items added to the usual assortment. Half the group had food poisoning during their stay. Shops, restaurants and beaches are within walking distance..

Where do I begin.. let's start positive... 1. Nice location,cheap taxi's, about 40 minutes from the airport 2. Food was really good, better than the average all inclusive considering the price.. Variety and thought went into the food That's where it ends Rooms were dirty dirty, as soon as we got there our sink needed plunging...gross... They had to come back atleast 4 times until it was resolved...when we asked to move rooms, it was denied, we were told let's try to fix the sink.... like that was our problem.. There was also a prominent sewage smell in the room. Resigned to it ..We asked to be where it was quietest, they assured us we were. We got put next to the loudest people who had 100 feral children. Annoying! Also typical Brits getting wasted and making a whole lot of noise in the night.... 😑 Beds were AWFUL... sofa beds were more like dog beds .. I literally felt like a grown adult sleeping in a dog bed... Smh... Sheets were so dirty covered in hair et al.... We asked for more sheets and pillows , all came dirty...stain marks ...left to the imagination 🤢 Shower 🚿 pressure was stressful.... Tried not to think about it, but every shower was painful.... Cleaners took ages to kind of clean, when they did finally come, my daughter's hoodie was stolen. I expect she was annoyed that we asked her to clean properly (don't worry we aren't animals,we were most polite) I guess she couldn't handle being asked. She was rude and so was her replacement .. Sorry I was a cleaner, SO I get it .. but if you're a cleaner CLEAN! When I told the front desk my daughter's hoodie was stolen, the first question was do you need it? BIZARRE..After barely trying to find it, I got "oh sorry about that" from the incompetent girl with the glasses. Maybe it was her first day because she acted like she was lost. We paid for extra internet which kept cutting out so we had to keep going to reception to get it sorted... 2024.... That's annoying.... Snacks were trash... Bfast, lunch,dinner great. There were soooooo many children, so loud so beware of peak times. All in all it was a grubby hotel with good food. Drinks were gnats pee... Vile... Kidz club was good my daughter liked it. Pools were ok but we went in December so got cold after while. I didn't even bother to go in.... NGL I felt like it was a good PGL but the holiday version...without obstacles ... I don't understand also why getting decent towels was such a problem, like they had to make them at the back 🤦🏿‍♀️ .... Strange... All in all I would not return but the food was a delight... They need to really focus on being more clean .. and we weren't being persnickety...other guests had the same view.... Dirty!

Great family holiday. Not posh and fancy but everything you need for a good time. Rooms spacious but basic, good variety of meals every night, with theme nights. The flambe bananas were amazing. polite staff. Good location to different trips/experiences. Kids splash park is everything you need to keep the little ones entertained. Kids entertainment is repetitive but they enjoy it though. Some of the beds are ridiculously hard, which has meant I've had minimal sleep. We've had 1 cockroach in the room, but look at the environment we're in, it's to be expected. Overall if you're looking for a nice family get away, this is for you. If you want loads of entertainment and luxury, this isn't for you.
