Not a place I'd choose to stay in again. Room's were not cleaned well and had to ask for more toilet rolls, just 1 given. Bed's were basic and linen was stained. Although the hotel entrance looked good the rest of the hotel was in need of improvements. Found staff unresponsive, all seemed to be tired and not interested. Dinning staff though worked really hard and were responsive. Food was a bit hit and miss. Best to get there early. 1 request before we arrived was totally ignored! All inclusive drinks at the bar were awful. Snack bar closed at the same time as restaurant so if you missed lunch there's no other option and only burgers or hot dogs available. Disappointed overall.

ABSOLUTELY FILTHY DIRTY PLACE ! Staff very rude, plastic utensils melting in the food and other times food was barley warm, cutlery was always dirty my dogs bowl is cleaner. My wife came down with a stomach bug vomiting for 2 days. We had to clean our room on the 2nd day as we couldn't stand it no more it was so sticky and dirty and the towels stank. Absolutely will not be returning felt a total waste of good money

I'd highly recommend not coming here to any potential visitors. A large group of us visited recently, and 4 people were sick whilst staying here, which was likely from the buffet. Speaking of which, the food isn't particularly varied which was disappointing. The rooms had a fair few issues from lots of ants, rock solid beds and sofas, towels which always smelt musty and damp even when fresh from the cleaner, and mildew covered shower heads. Other members of my party encountered toilet water leaking through the ceiling and room keys that stopped working randomly. Although an issue for the whole resort, the WiFi connection is essentially non-functioning and so you can't treat it as a working option. Looking at the wider resort, the entertainment is pretty loud and finishes at 11pm, with people often staying up past midnight, which you can clearly hear in the rooms. The pools are unheated, which means it's freezing the moment there's any wind, which is almost all the time on Lanzarote. The slides were shut over the Easter half-term, but and one of the remaining pool sections was roped off as the flooring started to break. There was no apology. The rest of the resort was in a sorry state, with things not being properly maintained meaning new fixtures were being left to ruin. It's about a 30 minute walk to the town/beach and so you'll likely need a taxi to get anywhere, but luckily these are relatively cheap. The hotel also offers one shuttle bus in the morning and afternoon to the beach.

Rooms are not very nice but basic. Air con leaks beds are like boards. Pool is good but freezing but probably OK in the hot summer months. About 20 minute walk to town. Entertainment is OK for kids but bit like being in a bad pub. Staff miserable. Food is average but there is a selection. Better places for the money paid so worth spending a little bit more. Booked it for the waterpark but it's old and dated.

Staff were kind and restaurant staff worked VERY hard however the hotel was generally quite run down and not maintained. Emergency repair works to 1 pool seemed to be taking place whilst we stayed with no further information/apologies from hotel. Buffet was okay but had to be vigilant about what you were eating.
