The hotel’s location is excellent, and the rooms are spacious, with the added bonus of a small balcony where you can enjoy coffee and a snack. The breakfast was generous, and the chef made omelettes to order, just for you. However, the breakfast attendant tried every morning to charge us again for our breakfast, even though we explained each time that it had already been paid for. He did not listen and was rude every single time. There were three of us staying at the hotel, and this happened every morning, which ruined the atmosphere of breakfast for us. The service was otherwise consistent throughout our stay.

Great spot and would definitely come again, it's extremely good value for money with excellent service. The staff bent backwards to help.
The location is absolutely lovely, set back slightly from the beach you have a 30s walk to the promenade and beach and the reception floor exits to the main town area with lots of lovely spots for breakfast, shops and bars.
The decor is slightly dated but I really liked it, it's a bit of a blast from the past and everything is very functional and surprisingly all in very good condition.
The clientele are around 50+ and it's very quiet when we went.

This was our fourth stay at the Fenix Hotel and like all previous stays it was very successful.
From the moment we arrived we felt very welcome. The hotel has a wonderful, warm charm, which is largely due to the staff. Everyone is amazing and very friendly. They give the hotel a special family atmosphere.
My wife and I would like to thank the lovely Angela at the reception, who as always was helpful and hospitable to us, which is a plus for the hotel.
The food was really fantastic, different every day, fresh and of course prepared with great attention to detail.
The cleaning and maintenance staff are polite and helpful and are always on the move, keeping things tidy.
The location is great, beach, trains, buses and the old town a few minutes walk away. All in all, a fantastic break and relaxation. Thank you to all the staff. We will definitely be back next year.

First ever stay at the Fenix Torremolinos, just two nights unfortunately, it was a great experience in every way. We loved the facilities, bar areas, food exceptional. The location was superb in heart of the town but just metres from beachfront. Above everything else though the staff were wonderful, friendly, attentive, kind and helpful. We will definitely be back every time we visit this are.

From the minute we arrived we were made to feel so welcome. The hotel runs like clockwork, as the staff (who have all worked there for a long time) are such a wonderful team. Nothing is too much trouble. José Miguel, José, Angela, Fernando, Paco and Barbara were just amazing. They give the hotel a special family atmosphere.
We opted for half board and the food was really fantastic, different everyday, fresh and obviously made with great attention to detail.
There were many Spanish guests, which speaks volumes. Cleaning and maintenance staff are always on the go, keeping everything in order.
Location is great, beach, trains, buses and old town a few minutes walk. The pool is heated, great in the cooler months. All in all a fantastic break to rest and relax. Thank-you to the entire staff team. ♥️
