The furniture is worn. The air conditioning is too weak. The cleaning staff is too loud. The bathroom is outdated. In some rooms, the exhaust air smells unbearable. Although a superior room was booked, every year we receive a room that differs in size and furnishings (double bed, 2 single beds). Some rooms are half the size of others but come with an unnecessary roof terrace. However, a different price is charged. It was a good hotel 20 years ago. Not recommended.

Myself and my fiancé stayed here for 5 nights on the morning of check out we loved it so much we booked an extra 3 nights!
We could not recommend this is hotel enough the location was perfect the city is just by the main entrance and the main strip/beach is just a walk down the footpath from the hotels own downstairs exit

I can not thank Angela in the reception enough as she was so kind to us on our stay she was so genuine and helpful overall
we met Angela when we were checking in and she helped us with any query’s that we had during our stay. It was so nice to see someone who really enjoys their job and takes pride in what they do and took the time to talk and makes sure we were always happy with everything
She went above and beyond to do what she could for us
The hotel was fabulous and spotless
We will definitely stay here again and look forward to our return

The hotel’s location is excellent, and the rooms are spacious, with the added bonus of a small balcony where you can enjoy coffee and a snack. The breakfast was generous, and the chef made omelettes to order, just for you. However, the breakfast attendant tried every morning to charge us again for our breakfast, even though we explained each time that it had already been paid for. He did not listen and was rude every single time. There were three of us staying at the hotel, and this happened every morning, which ruined the atmosphere of breakfast for us. The service was otherwise consistent throughout our stay.

Great spot and would definitely come again, it's extremely good value for money with excellent service. The staff bent backwards to help.
The location is absolutely lovely, set back slightly from the beach you have a 30s walk to the promenade and beach and the reception floor exits to the main town area with lots of lovely spots for breakfast, shops and bars.
The decor is slightly dated but I really liked it, it's a bit of a blast from the past and everything is very functional and surprisingly all in very good condition.
The clientele are around 50+ and it's very quiet when we went.

Super well located, easy access to the beach from the bottom entrance, quite small pool area, but still quite nice.
Really friendly helpful staff, they helped me a few times and I also saw them dealing with other customers in a very professional and friendly manner.
Well priced considering the service aspect, location and nice room.
