Great hotel and amazing service. The hotel has been beautifully designed, the rooms are spotless (I can be a clean freak too!) with the most amazing sea view. Have been back to the hotel a few times and always have the best experience. It is a true 5* luxury experience from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave.

I cannot say enough positive things about this hotel. From the moment we step foot on property until we were walking out the door the hotel staff were AMAZING. When we arrived our luggage was taken for us and we were handed a wonderful glass of champagne. We waited a short bit to be personally checked in and explained the property and amenities. Our junior suit was spacious and immaculate. With a perfect view of the sea. From top to bottom the staff was AMAZING. Breakfast buffet every morning was beautiful and so delicious. We enjoyed the beautiful pool everyday, that would be my only advice to the property, to have more poolside staff to place ordered for food/drinks poolside. If you are contemplating this property- I HIGHLY recommend, it will not disappoint. We look forward to our next stay.

What a treasure to find, booked our stay through TUI and the photos do not do this Hotel justice. It is a stunning building which underwent a major refurbished up to 2021. The hotel and rooms are fresh and bright with lovely local touches. The best bit is the staff who are a delight and genuinely want to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible! We came for a birthday treat and the staff found out it was my birthday and left me a delicious chocolate cake. Food and drink all up to 5 star standards with a generously stocked breakfast and lunch buffet station catering for all tastes and dietary needs. Pools area is tiered down to the private beach and there is no shortage of loungers. Cannot recommend this hotel enough for location, accommodation and genuinely top tier service. Thank you Team Fariones, we’ll be back! Update; we have booked Fariones for a stay in 2025!

We used the wellness centre for the lovers secret massage and was not disappointed. The hotel is beautiful and well equipped, very well set out and furnished. There are beautiful views of the sea from its many set out loungers and nooks. The wellness team were fantastic and very welcoming and accommodating. The massage itself took place outside in a set out area where all you could hear was the breeze and the waves of the sea. Our massage included champagne and chocolate which we were able to have in a beautiful location next to the massage area. We definitely recommend and will be back

The location of the hotel is perfect, in the middle of Old and New town, with easy access to both. The hotel is spotless and decorated tastefully. The staff are amazing, every one greets you with a smile and they all try to look after you. Javier on reception was excellent; the hotel hadn't received my request via email prior to my visit but he got it arranged immediately. Our room was spotless and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was fine and they even had sourdough bread which was good. Quick refills with the coffee which I liked. Just a couple of gripes; It's the first time ever where we've booked a suite and not had a sun lounger on the balcony. I bought a yoga mat to lay on but it was uncomfortable. The experience manager said she would get something sorted but I never heard anymore from her. Also, it's the first time in a suite where we've not had pool towels in the room, now you might think this is petty but my next part will make it clear why they're needed. We went up to the roof terrace to sun bathe and swim, the roof terrace was not manned and there were no pool towels anywhere. None of the sun loungers had covers, so again we couldn't lay down anywhere. We sat down on chairs for a bit but then decided it was no better than our balcony. We also thought it was quite dangerous for the pool not to be manned, luckily we're both ok at swimming not so lucky was having no towels and having to go back to our room dripping wet. We would also say that the bar in the evening was seriously short staffed and one evening there was an argument at the bar; we quickly left and went back to our room. We did mention this to reception. Also, the evening entertainment was awful, I've heard better karaoke singers! Plus, they were just singing in the dark which was rather strange; I do believe improvements need to be made. We visited the Asian restaurant within the hotel twice because it was so good! I would 100% recommend anyone to try the restaurant it was so good and Alex and his team were wonderful. If I go back to Puerto Del Carmen I would definitely stay here again and it would be good if the feedback was taken on board. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
