We had a wonderful stay. The room was fantastic views amazing and the food selection was lovely. We went all inclusive and found it to be worth every cent. There is areas for family's where parents and kids can enjoy the sun and activities and an adult only area. We with no young children spent most of the time in the adult section, where we could enjoy a child free environment. Both sections have plenty of loungers and even though there were queues for both sections there were always spots available after opening of the pool areas. Breakfast, lunch and dinner saw a wide variety of food which would please even the most fussy eaters. The food was a mix of local and Irish/English cuisine. If there was any downside to the stay it was the AC (or lack thereof), even on its lowest setting it wasn't enough to keep the room cool. It was cooler than outside, but sometimes you need real coolness. We went at the end of May temperatures reached about 29 degrees, I can only imagine how warm the rooms would be in July or August. Staff were wonderful, friendly and all very helpful. We have booked back in for next year.

Absolutely love staying at this hotel! First & foremost must be the staff. Everyone in every department go to extremes to make your stay the best. Food & drinks were tasty & enjoyable! Only slight was a smell that was really noticeable in floor zero particularly around reception & bar area. But it won’t stop us staying again

It's a nice enough hotel that looks like a typical Spanish facility. It has two towers which can become disorientating as we found out. It's a lot of stairs, up and downs, lots of lifts to get to places.
It's definitely more geared towards french/Spanish clients as it was made aware at times British people wasn't welcome. I'd understand if we Brits abroad but we certainly aren't.
The All Inclusive was dull, repetitive and frankly laughable, when you compare other countries. It's not difficult to cook food well. The bar staff, when questioned about the premium drinks we were allowed, got quite argumentative and said we had to pay supplements! Did check with Jet2 but they just kept saying they'll keep asking what is going on. (Basically nothing happened.)
Our room was a 'suite', it had a good awful smell and it every day I complained, they said I could move to a smaller room with no refund but not until we were due to leave. So on the end had to put wet towels over the drains, toilet and sink. They did give me a fruit basket as an apology!
The pools are very small for the size, 3 large adult pools, 2 small family pools that are freezing. Be aware this hotel is on the headland, so you are battered by the wind off of the sea. It's not a pleasant place to relax.
You also cannot eat by the pool as the life guards will come and remove your food.
The entertainment was ok, just singers, kids disco lack lustre. Again not really geared towards English speakers as such. There is very little for children to do here.
The area around is run down, not a lot of shops, some bars. We did venture further afield. It is not somewhere we would ever return to again. It's not our kind of place, it's got nice enough walks along the front but lacking any type of museums/decent restaurants to eat at. The old town was lovely albeit small, lots of tourist shops but nothing of worth. Lidl is across the road and a small supermarket 10 mins away. A taxi to the marina will.clst you €25 one way.
Avoid the water parks if your little ones can't swim and look over 7. They won't let them play in the small pools.
Overall, the staff were kind and helpful, our housekeeping lady was brilliant. It just was let down by the above and for myself picking the wrong area.

The food was amazing. Amazing so many choices and very high quality. We absolutely loved it.
Also so many facilities indoor pool and sauna’s and jacuzzi.
The fitness was really amazing and was 24/7 open. We absolutely loved it……we are very much in to fitness……
The tennis court was also amazing.
And the hotel was super close to the beach we could easily walk there……
Also it was amazing how they seperate the outdoor pool area. Toddlers pool…. Family pool area….. and adult only pool areas where it’s nice and quiet….
Everything was just marvelous splendidly above our expectations….. we will definitely come back…..

The hotel has everything to offer - something for everyone. Food and service is very good, nice variety and great with gluten free menus. Juan Antonio in reception was amazing and very helpful and organised room service when I wasn’t feeling well.
The cleaning staff, bar staff and kitchen staff including waitresses and waiters were very friendly and helpful.
If you want a sunbed either at the splash pool or the adults only pools, you’ll need to start queuing from 8:30am if not before.
Didn’t visit the spa as it closes at 6pm which technically should be open later in the summer months.
Beaches are bit rocky but taxis are reasonable to various beaches.
