We had a wonderful 7-day stay and loved everything about this hotel. The meals were excellent, with different dinners each night and a fantastic breakfast every morning. The room was very comfortable, and the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful.

After our room was cleaned on July 14, I realized that my necklace which is valuable, had been stolen. I had left it in a plastic bag on the shelf next to the fridge. Later, I found the empty bag hidden behind my clothes. I politely informed the receptionist (a woman) — not to blame anyone, but simply to let them know what happened, even though I knew the necklace wouldn’t come back. Instead of showing any empathy, she was extremely rude, raised her voice, and angrily defended the staff. I felt disrespected and completely unsupported. I would not stay here again.

Great stay at Palma Eden Hotel! Perfect location, just steps from the beach. The food and drinks were really good with plenty of options. Everything was clean and well kept, and the staff was super friendly. Loved that its adults only sooo peaceful and relaxing! Special thanks to the lady at the bar, she was so kind and cheerful 🫶🏻 Highly recommendd 🙏

Me and my girlfriend stayed her for 5 night. We returned back this morning we had an amazing time. The staff we amazing especially the male receptionist (I think his name is huake) he is German. I don't know if I have spelt it correctly. But he extremely professional, funny, charasmatic, very knowledgeable, and an extremely valuable asset to the hotels team. All the receptionist were aswell but he is the one who stood out for me. If he reads this then he will know I am the one from Newcastle with the Italian girlfriend. The rooms were immaculate, the safe was easy to use. And the rental bikes were an amazing affordable price and you can't rent then them all day at a very low cost. We rode 20 miles that day and the bikes didn't fault once. The food was ok. But it was half board so I guess you get what you paid for. Food was alright. We didn't eat In the hotel. We went out most night. The dj was amazing the first night we were there. And the views from the rooftop are absalutely breathtaking. Will definitely be visiting again very soon. And if anyone is looking to go to palma I would highly recommend this hotel. Amazing experience! 5 stars!

We stayed at Hotel Eden Palma Playa for two nights. Our experience was a mix of positives and a few disappointments. Upon arrival, we were allocated the wrong room, which was frustrating after a long journey. The staff member that night was but didn't correct the issue. The morning shift person corrected the issue relatively quickly, but it did impact our first impression. The hotel itself is clean and well-located, just a short walk from the beach and local restaurants. The room we eventually received was comfortable, with a decent bed and a large wrap around balconyl. But we did notice movement on the roof terrace directly above the room at 6am which was a bit annoying. Breakfast was great with a reasonable variety. Overall, the atmosphere was relaxed and the area around the hotel felt safe and convenient. Hotel Eden Palma Playa is a decent choice for a short stay, but a few service improvements would make a big difference. For now, it earns a fair 3 stars.
