just wanted to say what an amazing time we had at your hotel
Third visit - this time was 14 till 21st November,
Love the rooms , bar area and especially the indoor pool.
We have missed out on the roof pool, always closed when we have stayed, hopefully on our next visit we will be able to use it .
No 10 bus right outside ...
Staff are so friendly and special mention to bar man with funky glasses and restaurant female manager. But all staff are so professional and excellent customer service,
The restaurant is excellent quality food, great variety.
My only requests would be fresh orange juice at breakfast , with spain having excellent fruit, its a shame as the drink out of the machines is awful,
Also maybe in the winter months the indoor pool could open earlier.
Overall love your hotel and will definitely book again, we always book direct with you 😊

The hotel is located away from the beach, but everything you need is nearby. The food was delicious, but breakfast was the same every day. Most of the staff in the restaurant were friendly, but one older gentleman was rude. He didn't provide us with glasses for our drinks. Overall, we rate this hotel highly. The rooms were clean, and the cleaning staff were very nice.

All staff very good. Nice clean rooms, entertainment team great with kids, pool area good, especially kids pool.good selection of snacks at pool bar. only downside, breakfasts weren't hot, & food for kids was limited.The food was definitely aimed at the Spanish guests, Also 20 min walk to beach .overall good holiday.

🌟 Lovely, Clean & Family-Friendly Hotel 🏨
We stayed at Hotel Deloix at the end of July 2025 for 10 days as a family of three 👨👩👧, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish.
The staff were incredibly helpful 😊, and the hotel was spotless ✨. I loved that the pool 🏊♀️ was open from 10:00 to 20:00, and on my very first morning I saw the team cleaning it thoroughly before opening 🧹. Even better – there was never any rush for sunbeds 🌞.
Our room 🛏️ (3304) had a lovely view of the green hills 🌿. We stayed on a bed & breakfast basis 🍳, and the food was delicious every morning 😋.
Another highlight for me was the location 📍 – just a 20-minute walk to the beach 🏖️, perfect for getting my daily steps in 🚶♀️. For those who prefer not to walk, there are plenty of affordable taxis 🚖 and buses 🚌. The reception staff can call a taxi for you, and it arrives almost instantly ⏱️.
Overall, a wonderful stay 💖 – highly recommended! 👍

Disappointing stay for a 4 star sup. Air conditioning didn't work. When it rained the lobby ceiling leaked, the entertainment area has no atmosphere, the gym is tiny, outdoor pool was freezing and the indoor pool was too deep.
