My honest review:
From day one, everything was great. Our room was ready earlier than expected and we were let in early.
The people who took care of us were very friendly and helpful at all times.
The pool is not very big, but it's fine. Unfortunately we could not enjoy it because the weather was not favorable and it was a bit cold, the water too.
As for the food, I have no complaints, you have 2 options, opt for breakfast included or breakfast and dinner included, if you can afford both, it is the best option, dinners are really very good and varied, breakfast is also good, but it is not as varied as dinner, each day of the week has a menu for dinner and each one was quite nice. Of course there will always be days that you like more than others. But in general everything is fine.
The room is very nice, but I must say that for the children, the beds were not the same I that brought a little conflict, if it is possible that they can correct that the smaller beds are as similar as possible would be very good.
The location of the hotel is really wonderful, walking distance to the beach, Tours and establishments selling beach items, food, restaurants, etc.
The cleanliness of the room was good, but sometimes I felt that they went too fast and did not spend much time cleaning the room, finding sand after it had already been cleaned.
The machines at the gym are not in the best conditions, it would be nice to upgrade.
In my experience the hotel deserves 5 stars, it is not a resort, it is a hotel and our stay was pleasant. I think I will be back.

Breakfast is where this hotel excells, there is a great range of options, from full English to continental and everything in between, you can easily fill up for the day ahead. The rooms were spacious and the upper floors have good views across the area. Unfortunately what let's it down is that there is little in the way of soundproofing and you can hear what's happening on your floor as well out outside on the street, fine if you're a deep sleeper, but not if you get disturbed easily or have kids. Parking needs to be reserved in advanced for an additional charge and is located on 2 underground levels, quite tight maneuvering around in a large vehicle. Staff were hit and miss, restaurant staff really pleasant whilst reception were a little more reserved.

We stopped over here and the rooms are large with balcony's which aren't massive but enough. The room was nice and there was a mini bar in the room which was quite expensive. You got a free bottle of water. I would say it was nice and modern but still needs some work. Friendly staff. The child's bed was tiny though, okay for a night but wouldn't want it for a week or more. They did do a very good breakfast the next morning. I would rate this hotel for a a couple of nights but not much longer. There was a lot of noise outside the building that kept waking us so not great sound proofing. Seemed to take ages to check in, we believe this was due to forgetting to make the child's bed up so they delayed us until this was done.

Bathroom extraction system didn't work. Hand wash dispenser didn't work, and there was not even a "sorry" from any staff member. However, they were sure to charge us €2.50 for a small bottle of water we had used from the fridge. The decent thing would have been to at least say sorry, have the bottle of water on us, but no, we had to pay.
Also all hotels have charging cables for guests to borrow, but their answer was no sorry, go and buy it at the shop outside.
It was ok overall but far from a 4-star service

Modern looking hotel on the corner of two roads (8 floors) Our suite was big, but missing table and chair to do makeup and showing signs of wear and even when all 6 lights were on, it still felt dark. Being a 4 star hotel you expect at least a complimentary water, tea and coffee selection, but here you only get 1 tea bag per person, nothing extra unless of course you pay. The bed is huge and comfortable, but you can hear people above you moving around and dragging furniture, which is only a problem if you want to have a lay in bed. It is right across from the beach with restaurants around, so the area is quite busy, even during off season. Breakfast provides a big variety of food, including cooked options and the quality is good. Overall not a bad place, but needs improvement as currently it feels overpriced especially as you need to fork out extra 10 a night if you want to keep your car close by and safe.
