My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for 11 days in October and had a wonderful time. It was exactly what we were looking for and perfect as a luxurious yet simple base. We had a studio with spacious beds, a kitchenette with a fridge and a balcony with beautiful views of both the ocean and the mountains. The location is somewhat touristy, but thanks to its perfect location on the bus route, you can get anywhere on the island in no time. We also enjoyed just hopping on the bus and looking out the window on our way to new destinations. The swimming pool is also nice and cool, more spacious than expected and, like the garden, well maintained.
The staff are very professional and friendly, service-oriented and neat. The room was tidied up every day. The breakfast was also perfect as a good start to the day (only the coffee was a little less so). I look forward to coming back to this hotel.
The only downside is the club opposite the hotel, which often plays loud music and makes a lot of noise. In a warm country, you often sleep with the windows open, but then the noise comes in. We didn't mind this too much, but if it bothers you, keep in mind.

A basic hotel with everything you need. Super clean with towels changed every day apart from Wednesday and Sunday. Excellent location with several bars and restaurants within easy walking distance as well as a shop underneath the hotel. Pool rules were quite strict with no balls or inflatables but the drinks were very cheap! Rooms on the pictures show a dividing wall between the bed and living area (sofa bed) but not many rooms have this wall so privacy is none existent! Hairdryer provided in the rooms as well as microwave and cooking utensils. The fridge is large enough for food and drinks and there is a table area and seats to eat in the room. The breakfast buffet is really good value for money. There is no other food served in the hotel for the rest of the day but eating out is so cheap for all meals with cafes, tapas, Italian, Indian, Mediterranean and English food within easy walking distance. The Apricot Bar underneath the hotel plays different sports channels including English football games. Taxis to the old town averaged at €6 for a six seater and the rank is outside so readily available. The hotel is rated 3* and this feels right. Staff are friendly and welcoming. We didn't raise any issues so didn't need anything resolving. Clean, tidy, simple, excellent location, great value for money. Nothing extra.

We were a bit worried before our stay as there were very mixed reviews but what can I say. It had exactly what was needed bar a couple of very small things.
Location fab - supermarket down the road, taxi rank outside should you need, we walked down and got taxi back just twice.
Pool lovely and quiet - no balls or floats which is understandable but the teenagers didn't approve. Lots of sunbeds although more orange ones please. The blue ones are not comfortable.
Staff - amazing, friendly and helpful
Rooms - could do with a chest of drawers for storage and shower dark but otherwise great. Could do with a spatcula for the frying pan but otherwise great.
For the money well worth it.

The staff were very lovely and super helpful at all hours of the day! The cleaners always did a fantastic job.
All I will say is it gets hottttt in the rooms and there is no a/c so it can be difficult to relax or sleep in the room.

rooms were good and big enough for what you’d expect from a 3 star hotel, however the pool was awful it had algae growing around it, a lot of the tiles were missing from the pool and i managed to cut myself on one, your also not allowed any pool floats or balls and the subbeds were definitely due a replacement soon. but plenty of places to eat nearby and a couple of bars but to get into the town was a good 15/20 minute walk down lots of steps.
