It's a dirty hotel - stairs you had to doge the hair balls blowing around. One of the guests threw up over the lifts at night. While this can happen, it was still there going to breakfast the next morning, still there coming back from breakfast and still there later while going out for the day, hours later. Despite repeated complaints to the reception they just left it there for adults & children to walk past. All the used glasses & half drunk drinks from the guests taking their drinks to their rooms end up around the lifts, which just isn't pleasant to walk past.
Rooms are tiny but clean. Sink is too small to wash things in. The very old sofa in the room was best to be avoided since it looked dirty.
A portion of the guests are just drinking to get drunk, even had to witness a violent fight between a couple due to alcohol. Not the best environment for children.
Rip off charges to use a safe in the room - still shocked to get charged for this normally free service. Average evening entertainment.
Restaurant is huge with many people using it - the air quality inside the restaurant is poor (hot, smelling of food and all the people) with very limited space to eat outside. Eating outside was pleasant for breakfast & dinner, when you could find a space. Food was good. Service staff were nice.
Location: the hotel is 3 parts of a square, which means you look directly onto the 4th part of the square which is a run down apartment block. It's located in a low quality area, with low level bars and shops. It is directly on the beach, with direct access, which is nice.
I was amazed at the people saying "oh, this is a quality hotel with quality entertainment" - maybe it's living in the past? The hotel is low quality, with low quality evening entertainment (the bingo was horrible) and not that pleasant a place to stay because of the high charges for nothing, dirt, small rooms, full restaurant, limited outside dining etc. etc.

Nice hotel in a good location. We were in Bed & Breakfast. Lots of breakfast options, good quality and plentiful.
Entertainers were good with the kids, even if they were a little old for it.
Marked down as the AC wasn't working in our room, we didn’t raise the issue as it was raining while we were there, so managed to keep the room cool enough by leaving the balcony door open.
Would stay here again, may even consider the All Inclusive as the food looked good.

We stayed at Hotel Condesa in Mallorca and were absolutely delighted! Our room was simply amazing — spacious, with a large balcony and a stunning sea view. The rooms are very clean, and the housekeeping is done daily and to a high standard.
The food was another highlight! A wide variety of dishes and drinks — everything was delicious and made with fresh ingredients. There’s something for everyone’s taste.
The animation team was fantastic! Every day there was something new and fun — evening shows and entertainment for children. The festive atmosphere never left for a moment.
A special thank you to all the hotel staff — waiters, cleaners, entertainers, and management. Everyone was very friendly, smiling, and always ready to help.👏
Huge thanks to the entire Condesa team for their excellent work!

Nice hotel. Clean, and well equipped. Food is excellent. Good choice of drinks. Staff very friendly. Just two bad points 1. Except for the Tanzanian acrobats and live Motown evening, much of the entertainment is of a poor standard. Mostly focused on kids. Boring bingo and quiz every night. The main act which follows only lasts an hour, and then nothing more from 10:30. Would be nice to have opportunity for dancing inside for an hour or so afterwards. 2. Once you check out at 11am, you lose all inclusive access to food or drink. This is extremely mean of the hotel because it wouldn't really cost them much and shows a lack of hospitality and care for their guests. For this reason, I've only given them 2 stars. Otherwise, I'd have given 4.

I found the hotel rather disappointing overall. Unfortunately, our rooms were in very poor condition — the toilet was moldy and leaking, and the cleaning staff used an air freshener with an extremely unpleasant odor, which led us to stop requesting room cleaning altogether. The only consolation was that our balcony offered a beautiful sea view.
According to the reviews, the breakfast was supposed to be excellent, but I personally did not find it so. There was very little fruit and vegetables, only two toasters, and mostly baguettes that guests had to cut with their bare hands, which I found unhygienic. On the positive side, there was a wide variety of cheese, cold cuts, and sweet pastries. The coffee and hot chocolate were particularly good.
Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth, and finding a parking spot was easy, even when arriving late at night.
