We had a perfect stay at Condesa Htl. in Alcudia!
The rooms have been spacious enough and the view incredible.
Specially from the rooftop Sky Bar in the 6th. floor the view was kind of luxurious.
The food in both main Restaurants was excellent and even the Snack Bar with fast food offered a great selection.
We specially enjoyed the "quiet" breakfast at the "Jaime" Restaurant next to the beach and pool.
Even the hotel fas full, the service was fast enough and in great attitude. It was a great place to stay and we would love to come back to Condesa again.

Fantastic! This was our third visit, the first 28 years ago when it was the Condesa de la Bahia, the second 11 years ago and our 3rd time last week. The first 2 visits were excellent, our visit last week was even better. The new roof top sky bar is classy and the 360 degree views are superb! Every where is so clean, including every toilet. The food choice is amazing and caters for so many different people. The pool side snack bar is great too for burgers, wraps and cheesy tortillas if weather too nice to eat inside and the hotel room had everything including kettle and fridge. The shower was powerful and the staff just couldnt help you enough! The Condesa is 5 star quality with a 4 star price tag. Superb throughout! Thank you for a fab hols!

Excellent staff, all very helpful and pleasant. I’m a fussy eater but always found something to eat. Children’s menu should have been different from adults coz I know my kids wouldn’t have ate the same as me. Right by the beach. Sunbeds on the beach are now 18.20 euros for 2. Room 198 on first floor but a long walk but view from room made it worth it. We had sea and pool view. Not many bars near by but a few supermarkets close to. About 4km to the port we got the bus there and walked back. Rooms cleaned every day the reception staff extremely helpful and the restaurant staff very efficient. Only negative is the snack bar food I think the burger and sausages should be cooked on a hot plate not precooked and put in a machine for 1 minute then served. Hubby was sick and had diarrhoea after having one of the burgers.

I had mixed feelings about Hotel Condesa.
I stayed for 10 days on an All Inclusive Plus basis, outside of peak season. I requested a quiet room in advance because I wanted a calm and restful holiday.
At check-in, the woman at reception seemed unfriendly. I was first placed in a room next to the service area. It was very noisy at night and early in the morning due to garbage collection and staff moving equipment. The bathroom door also did not close properly. I immediately asked to change the room, but I was told they would first try to fix the issue. However, nobody came to repair anything.
After speaking with reception again, my room was eventually changed. The new room was much quieter and my stay became more comfortable, although there was still an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, likely coming from the drains or plumbing.
The hotel is located by the sea with direct access to the beach. Beach sunbeds are not included and must be paid for separately. Drinks can be taken from the bar to the beach. After returning from the beach, there is a convenient outdoor shower with warm water, which is very useful and pleasant.
The atmosphere is very family-oriented with many children, but it did not disturb my stay as the hotel was not fully occupied.
Food is standard for European hotels — nothing exceptional, but there is a reasonable choice.
Housekeeping was done daily, towels were changed every day, and bed linen was changed once during the 10-day stay.
Additional points:
* the safe in the room is paid;
* pool towels are provided via cards from reception, and replacement costs €1 per person;
* for early departures, a light breakfast is available (coffee, sandwiches, biscuits).
The staff overall are friendly. I would especially like to mention the Nikita bar — very pleasant and welcoming staff who create a good atmosphere.
Overall, I had mixed feelings about the stay, mainly because room location had such a big impact on comfort.

I stayed in this mass tourism hotel for few nights during May 2026.
Pros
• Good location to the beach
• Some friendly staff
Cons
• This is not a 4 stars hotel, the rooms and overall facilities are outdated. It could be a 3 stars hotel at the most.
• You need to pay extra to use the safe in the room, this is the first time that I’ve had such a request in my life.
• Awful sound insulation between rooms, we had to use earplugs to try to reduce the noise.
• The beachfront facilities do not belong to the hotel, and you need to pay extra to use them.
• Breakfast and dinner were repetitive after the second day, with a mid to poor quality food and products.
• Rooms are small and with an outdated decor, a tiny TV and without tea or coffee facilities. Same applies for the bathroom.
• Restaurant is huge, but it gets extremely crowded at breakfast making it difficult to find a free seat. I experienced this in the mid-season, so I don’t want to imagine what could happen during the high season.
• Our friends had a second room with sewage smell in the bathroom, and they didn’t get any response, despite several complaints.
• Mattress was too soft and uncomfortable to sleep.
• Heating in the room was not working.
Overall, a poor experience and I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.
