Visited the hotel for a week whilst on holiday on the island in which I was using it as a chance to enjoy some sunshine and to explore the island on two wheels (bicycle)
The positives
The buffet style food for breakfast and dinner was absolutely fantastic, with wonderful staff who were really pleasant
The staff I spoke with (reception, bar, serving and cleaning) were really friendly and a real credit to the hotel.
The bicycle storage was great and incredibly secure with lots of equipment to help you do your own repairs on your bikes.
Now the negatives
On arriving, me and my parents who should've had two separate rooms were given a single room separated by a door. The bed which I had in that room was a pull out with no pillows or covers. Upon speaking with the reception staff they corrected it within a couple days so that we all had our own rooms with some fantastic views
The evening entertainment wasn't to my taste and occasionally very loud, but I would retreat to the hotel room and put a movie on

Her expert guidance on local events, tours, markets and hidden gems for sightseeing made our exploration the area are truly unforgettable.

This hotel is very close to the sea and good for families with children. They have a huge pool, but you have to be there early if you want to get the sunbeds.

We had an INCREDIBLE STAY at this hotel, which offers excellent value for money. The all-inclusive package exceeded our expectations, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious food, including local dishes that added an authentic touch. Every meal was a treat!
The location is unbeatable, right by the seaside, with a beautiful beach that’s perfect for a leisurely walk. The hotel itself is compact in the best way, offering a cozy and convenient layout while still packing in plenty of amenities and activities.
A standout feature was the animation team, whose shows were truly fantastic. Every performance was engaging, and we found ourselves eagerly looking forward to each one, never wanting to miss a moment.
This is a place we’re already planning to return to. It’s a gem for anyone seeking relaxation, entertainment, and quality service in a seaside setting. Highly recommended!

I can’t say enough good things about Hotel Condesa! The location is absolutely stunning—picture-perfect white sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were so warm, welcoming, and always ready with a smile. The restaurant team worked tirelessly, making sure everything was spotless and that we were never without a drink in hand. The entertainment was top-notch too! I loved that the entertainment team didn’t pressure anyone to join in, and the shows were just brilliant every night. As for the bar staff, they’re honestly the heart of the place—always cheerful, hardworking, and super efficient. They really help create such a fun and lively atmosphere. If you’re considering staying here, I highly recommend it—you won’t be disappointed!
