The hotel can be easily reached. Its own parking lot can only accommodate a few cars, additional parking is possible in the surrounding, crowded streets. During the Easter weekend, when the hotel was completely full, there was only one receptionist working at check-in, so it took a significant amount of time, but the queue was constant for the rest of the week spent there. The quality/equipment of the room can be described as average/poor for this price category. The AC and TV did not work in the small room, the bathroom is in dire need of renovation, the faucets are worn, and certain functions of the shower did not work. They charged an extra fee for the safe in the room. The cleanliness of the room and the frequency of cleaning were fine.
The breakfast included in the room price was varied, tasty and of impeccable quality. Although the dining room was chaotic due to the large crowd, the staff did an outstanding job.
The "gym" is a small room with a few machines, which was not very accessible.
The outdoor facilities were of a high standard: a large cold water pool, which is only suitable for swimming, and two children's pools with heated water and slides.
The hotel's greatest asset is its direct connection to the beach, which you can admire from the garden without having to go there.
We didn't have the opportunity to try the hotel's two restaurants, because they closed very early, at 9 pm. There was some kind of show in the lower bar almost every evening. The Sky-bar is also worth mentioning, where we enjoyed the bonus drinks offered upon arrival. From here, the view of the approximately 10km long, sandy beach in all directions is magnificent.
The overall impression: a very well-located, average hotel with direct beach access, very small rooms that need a lot of renovation.

Just bag from a fantastic week in Condesa. All in all this is a great hotel that I would be happy to visit again. We arrived very early in the morning and were exhausted but the welcome form Kyle on reception was brilliant. He was warm, welcoming and funny when getting us all sorted.
The hotel is right on the beach and so staying around the pool is fine with a short walk of a few metres to the sand and water. The rooms while a little small are well finished and if you opt for the pool/sea views offer a pretty view of the bay.
It would have been nice of they offered more bespoke packages as many other hotels to these days, such as a drinks package at a reasonable rate. We asked but the only options were room only, B&B, half board, full board and all inclusive. When we travel we like a few drinks around the pool during the day but to get out and experience different places for food and coffee the rest of the day, being able to tailor a package to your needs would therefore be very valuable.
The prices across the board were OK, not extortionate but perhaps not the cutting edge of competitive.
Food was good at breakfast and the ambience around the restaurant was always nice to come down to.
The hotel is further out of the town than many in Alcudia, so if shops are your thing this may nit be for you. However there is a good bus service that can run you up, or the 40 minute walk on the sand is pretty and enjoyable. Although there are fewer choices in this part of the town, what there is should cover all your needs and the food options in restaurants around here should please most as we found them to be very good.

Just left here after a week’s all inclusive…wow. Hotel is in a prime location (right on the beach) although slightly out of the main town but it’s easy enough to walk or get a taxi. Food and drinks, amazing. Something for everyone and always changed up not like most all inclusives that are the same food. The hotel and pool area were so clean, we watched it being cleaned daily and the pool area washed down every night/morning. The sky bar is amazing for watching the sunset. Lastly but certainly not least the staff are second to none. Every single staff member says hello, they’re so polite and nothing is too much bother for them. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable and we’ll 100% be back!

Visited the hotel for a week whilst on holiday on the island in which I was using it as a chance to enjoy some sunshine and to explore the island on two wheels (bicycle)
The positives
The buffet style food for breakfast and dinner was absolutely fantastic, with wonderful staff who were really pleasant
The staff I spoke with (reception, bar, serving and cleaning) were really friendly and a real credit to the hotel.
The bicycle storage was great and incredibly secure with lots of equipment to help you do your own repairs on your bikes.
Now the negatives
On arriving, me and my parents who should've had two separate rooms were given a single room separated by a door. The bed which I had in that room was a pull out with no pillows or covers. Upon speaking with the reception staff they corrected it within a couple days so that we all had our own rooms with some fantastic views
The evening entertainment wasn't to my taste and occasionally very loud, but I would retreat to the hotel room and put a movie on
