It's actually not as bad as the reviews make it out to be.
Rooms are clean & beds are comfy, it does need a refresh but honestly what do you expect for the price.
Breakfast was a bit cold but plenty of choice & we always managed to get something.
Location is a bit out of the way, however it was perfectly manageable & we loved the bus back up, we had a great time at the hotel & a fantastic holiday.

Brang my mum and brother here for a 5 nights away, we have had a lovely time especially considering it’s end of Season now.
The hotel has good facilities a little shop on site, out door pool and bar, indoor pool, gym and Sauna which was unfortunately out of service. But due to end of season there was not much entertainment in the hotel, but there is so much to do and see around the area anyways.
The hotel it’s self is clean and very well put together but the the cleaners were abit of a down fall they came and made the beds and changed the towels but didn’t clean any mirrors whole time we were here and I think that’s a regular occurrence as the mirror had a small blonde hair that I spotted whilst getting ready for a night out. And the floor wasn’t swept or hoovered the whole time as we came back from the beach and had sand all over our feet which continued the whole during of our stay.
The breakfast is a hard no. The hot food I don’t recommend you touch it’s not good at-all but the coffees, fruit, pastries, yoghurts etc all good, plus they serve a beautiful bottle of Cava that you can help yourself too which makes the dry sausages go down a tad easier lol! But you better be up early as it starts from 7:30-10:30 and let’s be honest we’re in Benidorm so I missed it more times then I had it 🤣
Don’t bother when you can get a full English for 3-5€.
The hotel provides a free bus every 10 mins to the beach and back making it easier if you don’t wish to walk up and down killer hill. Time table is at reception. But if your fit you will enjoy the walk.
I would definitely come back to this hotel, beds are comfortable, baths clean, English tv shows on the tv, fridge in the room and lovely fitted wardrobes but no kettle, coffee or milk which is a let down and definitely needs to be put in considering it’s a 4 star hotel but overall I would say a very pleasant stay, staff are friendly, polite and very welcoming with many speaking a little bit of English which helps too.
Thanks for having us and I will recommend to anyone thinking about coming to Benidorm.
Forgot to mention they seem to be quite disability friendly with ramps available instead of use of stairs and a ramp in the indoor pool area also

I enjoyed my experience staying at this hotel. The fridge and bath in the room are a nice touch.
I especially liked the view from my balcony. The pool is a good size with a bar right next to it.
The staff where very helpful in calling taxis and information as needed. The breakfast is quite substantial. A great variety of options. I highly recommend the chocolate doughnuts.
Overall a great experience. My main criticism is the pillows are not the best quality.

Me and my partner stayed at this hotel for 5 days and had a fairly pleasant time. The rooms were cleaned daily to a decent extent (bins emptied, beds made etc) but there were many marks on walls, shower and lamps hanging very loose around our room. The balcony was nice, decent size and had a fantastic view of the surrounding area and above the pool (third floor). The guests either side of us unfortunately were extremely unpleasant, on our last night here a huge group of guests piled into the neighbouring apartment, heavily smoking and blasting music to the point it felt like I had headphones on! No sleep for me before my transfer!… another night we had 20 solid minutes of people hanging outside our door, trying to get into our room via the handle. Rather scary!
On a positive note, the breakfast service we paid for was pleasant and offered a decent selection every morning we ate there. The pool itself was clean and spacious, despite there seeming to be a lot of rubbish poolside and in the surrounding areas which wasn’t overly pretty.
The location of the hotel is on an extremely steep hill, so beware if you’re travelling with young children or elderly folk. It wasn’t too bad for us as we’re in our 20’s but we opted for a taxi back up the hill most nights. The hotel is fairly close to the main strip with a 10 min walk inbetween, full of bars, bistros and restaurants.
Overall for our first holiday it was fairly pleasant, we didn’t spend too much time in the hotel as a whole but the time we spent here was okay, definitely has its faults :(

We had a week here and upon arrival we were extremely impressed with the reception area and staff . Once we entered the room given to us the overpowering smell of cigarettes hit us and asked that we be moved . They did so immediately however we were disappointed as it was a room with a view of the reception roof rather than the pool terrace view in the Smokey room . The headboard was peeling and looked scabby , and there was a mouldy smell in the bathroom from the grout and silicone . The rooms were always cleaned very well and beds made with fresh towels whenever needed.
The restaurant was very clean and had a good choice of food however it could’ve done with being warmer food . The drinks in the bar area were extortionate in my opinion. €11.90 for a vodka and coke is ridiculous .
They had a shuttle bus that runs to the beach and returns every 20 mins which is fantastic . All in all , ok . But wouldn’t return.
