I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Climia Belroy in Benidorm from January 17th to January 20th and can honestly say everything exceeded my expectations.
The location is excellent : very central, close to the beach, shops and restaurants, yet quiet enough to relax. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Housekeeping was impeccable.
Breakfast was another highlight. A very good and varied selection, fresh products, and well organised even during busier moments. A perfect start to the day.
What really makes this hotel stand out is the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly, professional and helpful, always with a smile and genuinely focused on making guests feel welcome.
Overall, an excellent hotel with great value for money. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Benidorm.

A group of 9 of us in 3 rooms stayed recently for 4 nights. A great value hotel, close to the beach and the nightlife (both 3-5 min walk but not too close to the noise).
The rooms were spacious, clean and well equipt - the hotel was clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast options were good and tasty.
The lounge bar / disco area looked great although we didn't use it, and the bar attached/adjacent to the hotel was great for a drink and meeting location for the evening.
Would recommend and stay again.

Great Value Hotel in a Fantastic Location
The Belroy is in a perfect spot in the New Town, just a short walk to the Old Town and right by everything Benidorm has to offer.
We’ve stayed at both the Belroy and the Plaza over the years (both Climia hotels), and they’re very similar—great value for the quality. The Plaza maybe edges it slightly on food and bar, but the Belroy feels newer and better maintained.
Rooms are clean, fresh, and comfortable, with spacious balconies and nice views. Beds and pillows are good, though the lighting setup could be improved as too many lights are linked and bedside lights are awkwardly placed.
Staff are friendly, cleanliness is excellent, and the bar areas (including the sushi bar and Café Paris) have a really nice, modern, boutique feel.
Food is a highlight—breakfast is excellent and above average, while lunch and dinner are good but can be a bit repetitive. Pool area is clean and pleasant, though on the smaller side and sunbed reserving can be frustrating.
A few stag and hen groups caused some noise at times, but that’s fairly typical for Benidorm.
Overall, great value for money and a solid, reliable stay—we’d happily return

Fantastic location! Highly recommend it. All staff are so helpful and friendly. This is the 2nd time staying here. Can't wait to come back. Felt very relaxed as we came with are little dog. Best hotel if you're travelling with pet's.

recently stayed at the Hotel Belroy in Benidorm, and all I can say is it was a great hotel. The rooms are stunning and very clean, with good views and a great location close to the strip. The breakfast was amazing—10/10. The rooms are modern, and the shower is excellent as well.
The only thing that annoyed me was the €100 deposit, but despite that, it’s a very good hotel. 5 stars.
