I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Climia Belroy in Benidorm from January 17th to January 20th and can honestly say everything exceeded my expectations.
The location is excellent : very central, close to the beach, shops and restaurants, yet quiet enough to relax. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Housekeeping was impeccable.
Breakfast was another highlight. A very good and varied selection, fresh products, and well organised even during busier moments. A perfect start to the day.
What really makes this hotel stand out is the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly, professional and helpful, always with a smile and genuinely focused on making guests feel welcome.
Overall, an excellent hotel with great value for money. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Benidorm.

Spent 3 nights here for birthday celebrations with family and friends. Rooms were clean and tidy. Location is perfect. Staff were all friendly and pleasant. They even let us check in at 11 as all the rooms were ready.
They also have luggage room facility with toilets and showers to freshen up. Would highly recommend.

I had the most wonderful stay at the Belroy in Benidorm. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, the staff were so attentive, friendly, and always ready with a smile. My room was modern, spotless, and had a lovely balcony with views that made every morning feel special. The location couldn’t be better: just a short stroll to the beach, shops, and plenty of restaurants, yet still peaceful enough to truly relax. I especially loved the pool area and the variety at breakfast, it felt like there was something for everyone. Every detail was thought through, making my stay easy and enjoyable. I left feeling refreshed and already planning my return. Belroy is now my top choice whenever I come to Benidorm!

Stayed at the Belroy for 4 nights self catering, hotel is in a nice central location, between the main strip and the slightly quieter side, leading to the Old Town and only 2 minute stroll to the beach, Didn't get to use any of the hotel facilities due to it being December. Plus im not brave enough to get into the pool that time of year. All staff from check in to check out were polite and helpful. We had a room in building 2 which I assume is for self catering apartments. Had a room on the 9th floor. 2 lifts available and never waited long for it to arrive. Might be different during the busy periods. Room was clean and well equipped. With a decent size fridge and box freezer. Not really a negative but some of the equipment like the kettle and toaster were a bit old, and for some reason i couldn't seem to get the air-conditioning to get the room any cooler than 24°C so just left the door open as it was 17°C average outside temperatures. Had a great stay overall and would 100% stay here again at the right price. Again not a negative as it wasn't the hotels fault. But on the last nights at around 2am we had a very drunk lady banging and kicking on the door, demanding to get in. Obviously she'd got the wrong room. Which I eventually told her after 20mins. These things happen. But it could be quite worrying for some people. That said, rooms have a phone in so you could contact reception if you felt the need to. Only downside for us was that we had an early pick up that morning and struggled to get a decent sleep meaning our journey home was long and tiring.
