Super friendly family resort with well sized rooms that are comfy and modern. The resort is very green with lots of garden areas and small houses so it doesn‘t feel like one of these huge hotels. The beach is private and clean and there are 4 different pools with beach beds that never feel overly full and the atmosphere is super friendly.
The buffet-style food is very good and especially the service was excellent, first and foremost Christos at Symposium was super helpful with any special requests we had.
There is also an a la carte restaurant, Mosaic, where for an extra 15 Euros you can opt for a fine dining experience and get a 4-course dinner instead of the buffet option - absolutely worth it! They also serve nice drinks.
During the day there are different bars and tavernas that offer reasonably priced and good menus.
The hotel has a mini market where you can buy all necessary small items including diapers and baby food.
The only improvement needed is at reception - while staff everywhere else at the resort is super friendly they are a bit less so here and outdated information was displayed.
Overall highly recommended it you‘re looking for a resort-style family vacation! Good value for money!

Happiness may depend on where your room is located, e.g. with or without seaview. You will be charged for beach towels, sunbeds and even the safe in the room. Entertainment is very poor. You will need a car, although parking space is rare. Public transport is overcrowded. Good and Greec food. Quiet and quite clean rooms. Work in progress to double the number of rooms. We'd like to come back to relax.

What we really liked: Resort very well maintained and in good shape, beautiful gardens, rooms are very modern, claen (good housekeeping) and almost fresh renovated, bed comfortable, air condition not too noisy and all windows equipped with fly-net to keep Moskito outside. Food good variety and high hygienic standards. Fresh Fruits are delicious, had the best peach of the year here. 4 very nice pools. Empty fridge in the room and mini market in the Ressort. As water is limited in this part of the world: shower at min pressure, which is absolutely fine and enough to enjoy (just shows their ambition to use limited resources in a right way). Mini market gives bio degreadble bags instead of plastic.
Only a few things to improve (in my opinion): free coffee at breakfast is awful, never again. No coffee machine in the room. Even no still water complementary for dinner or in the room, guests need to pay (can't remember I have ever been in a hotel without at least one bottle of water complementary in the room). Safe: also to pay per day (€3, is this really needed for 4 stars?) Towels: only € 2,50 per entire stay with the right to change it up to 4 times but towel size is by far too small. Cocktails: expensive and honestly a disappointment (e.g. Pina Colada without cream, coconut only from syrup, more like a super sweet juice for € 7.50, normal price for 'fake" version....). Juices at breakfast: no real juices, tasted all artificial (made from syrup, too?), Fresh orange juice available but will be charged extra. Food is not spicy at all but at least you find some spices at the buffet to lift it up. Shower in the bathtub, you need to "climb" in. We had 2 separate beds, always moving apart.....king-size bed available? (would have been much better).
Overall, we would definitely recommend this Ressort, prices are fair and staff is very friendly and polite. Improvement comments, our recommendation: replace first the awfull free coffee and improve quality of Cocktails, reflecting better the ambition of this Ressort to be a 4 star rated one. We would have loved to sit in the evening at the bar enjoying our Cocktail but known quality kept us simply away.

Big, clean and modern room, silent, view to the sea. You can choose between two different restaurants (included in the price). Nice and clean hotel facility. Entertainment programm for everybody.
The hotel is located a little bit away from the next city but a supermarket is located in the hotel. Additionally in the opposite of the hotel there is supermarket too.
The beach from the hotel is nice and clean.

The experience was truly lovely. We arrived on June 22nd and the first days were amazing. With every day, the number of families with small children increased and by the last day, the 30th of June, we had grown very tired of the constant screaming of small children by the pool.
This is a beautiful resort, the beach is wonderful and the food is good. The service in the restaurant is dependent on who serves your table. Some of the servers are not very experienced, some are very good.
The room itself, superior room with beach view, is highly recommended, as the sunsets are gorgeous. Also the rooms were quiet and only in the bathroom you could hear the screaming of children again from the downstairs room.
I would recommend to come in the off season, late May/early June, or September, in the hopes that there are less families here. It’s a family resort first and if you’re not super fond of kids, or in fact, intense parents, this might not be the resort for you.
All in all, good experience but not perfect. Hence the 4 stars.
