I cannot fault this place. Hotel is immaculate, staff are super efficient and friendly. Gina in particular was amazingly attentive and helpful. We had B & B and had few lunches round the pool and although little pricier than surrounding cafes bars - absolutely brilliant. Pool closes at 6 and bar closes quite early too so that would be my only observation. Would definitely come back here.

I love it and I’m highly recommended it.
Stuff is very nice and friendly, they are communicating very well on English language.
And drinks on the bar and the food is really really good. Gym is a bit pricey. €50 for a week is too much money.
But overall stuff is very friendly and equipment in the gym is really good.

A beautifully presented hotel in a great location, wonderful staff, spotlessly clean rooms and excellent food. This hotel neighbours another which is part of the same group just across the road which provides guests the option of using their pool facilities etc as well as the pool at this hotel itself. Great facilities for kids, the staff loved our little one and made her feel very special every time they saw her. Very polite staff, nothing to criticise or suggest any improvement. 5 Stars & Very Good Value For Money! Highly Recommend. Thank you for a fantastic week’s holiday :)

The hotel has a nice concept, and the rooms are very spacious. However, there are several areas that need improvement:
1. Cleanliness Issues – The hotel is not well-maintained. Room floors were never cleaned during my stay, and I had to request a sheet change after three days—otherwise, it seemed like they wouldn’t have done it at all during my six-day stay. The pool area is cleaned in the morning, but throughout the day, it becomes noticeably dirty.
2. Unreliable Shuttle Service – The hotel advertises a shuttle to the beach, but our experience was frustrating. When trying to return from the beach, I called reception for pickup instructions and was told to wait near some camels. We arrived 10 minutes early, but the shuttle never came. After multiple calls to reception—where they kept telling us to wait longer—they later claimed the bus had arrived and even had a photo as proof. However, we had been waiting for over 20 minutes, and there was no bus in sight. Instead of acknowledging the issue, the receptionist argued rather than offering an apology.
3. Noise Issues – The sound isolation is poor. In the mornings, noise from the streets is quite loud, making it difficult to sleep. Overall, the hotel is quite noisy.
4. Renovation Quality – While the hotel has been renovated, signs of wear and tear are already visible. Many elements from the old hotel seem to have been recycled, which affects the overall quality and appearance.
In summary, while the hotel has potential with its spacious rooms and concept, the lack of cleanliness, unreliable services, and noise issues make it difficult to recommend. Some improvements in housekeeping, service reliability, and soundproofing would make a big difference.

Amazing hotel with amazing facilities - pool has plenty of spaces and bar food/drinks are very generous for the price. Breakfast and dinner food is very good and lots of options - big shout-out to Juancho and Gian for making our evenings so special ❤️ a very good hotel with a very nice and calm vibe, with amazing rooms
