                                        This is a truly amazing place with a wonderful restaurant, delicious menu, friendly staff, and excellent service. I eat only a limited range of products, and the restaurant gladly adjusted to my preferences as well as to my child’s wishes — the team was always attentive and kind. The rooms were spotless every day thanks to excellent housekeeping.
I’ll definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and will happily return myself. I stayed here for over a month, so my feedback comes from consistent, daily experience — everything was great!                                         Celebrating our 22 anniversary. I was disappointed. The room was not what I expect for a 5 star hotel. The upholstery was scratched and aging see pic. At 8am a guest started playing really loudly at the piano and only when I called to complain did they stop it. We were still sleeping. Then on the last morning again at 8am the housekeeping staff entered to clean while we were still sleeping! We didn’t get the complimentary water every day. There was a proper winter duvet on the bed so we had to put the AC on full blast otherwise we were too hot. We asked for a lighter blanket but they just removed the duvet entirely which was then not enough…
The lobby is pretty and the pool is very nice.                                         Nucw6facilities at the Hilton. The gym was realky nice and the breakfast buffet was just right. Nefili was sweet and welcoming. The  restaurant staff at the breakfast place were good.
The dining restaurants were also upto mark.
Cleaning services took some time to come after our first night even though we saw them for a couple of hours outside our room. But the next day it was better.

                                        Rooms old but clean and kept in a good shape. Lounge has good food and nice staff. Reception staff is amazing and always friendly. Hotel could not extend even for a lifetime member also late check out was not possible. Diamond lifetime members are not really recognised well.                                         I had another amazing stay at the Hilton Hotel Nicosia, as always. The service, comfort, and overall experience of the hotel are excellent.
However, the hotel is seriously let down by the appalling condition of the external swimming pool changing rooms and shower facilities. The smell is horrendous, the level of cleanliness is very poor, and the space feels unhygienic to the point where I do not feel comfortable changing or showering my children there. It is dirty, unpleasant, and completely unacceptable for a five-star hotel. The soap dispensers are still hanging off the walls, exactly as they were on previous visits, showing a clear lack of maintenance.
The gym changing rooms are equally disappointing, with most of the lockers broken or unusable. Overall, the facilities in both sets of changing rooms are extremely rundown.
What is most frustrating is that nothing has improved over the last two years. These problems are well established and yet remain ignored. This year, the condition of the swimming pool changing rooms was so bad that it will put me off returning to the Hilton Nicosia in the future.
It’s a real shame, because the hotel itself and the staff are great but the changing facilities are more like a neglected public gym.
