I have been visiting Hilton every year for the past ten years during my trips from the United States, and I have always appreciated the hotel’s consistency and high standards. However, this year something truly stood out ,the outstanding service provided by
Nefeli Charalambous, the new team member at the hotel.
Nefeli was exceptionally helpful, warm, and attentive from the moment I arrived. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed and supported throughout my stay. Her professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care for guests make her an incredible addition to the Hilton team.
It’s rare to come across someone who elevates the entire guest experience, but Nefeli certainly did. Hilton Nicosia has made an excellent choice bringing her onboard, and I look forward to seeing her again during my next visit.

This is a very good hotel with attentive staff. Nicky (sorry if misspelled) at reception was very helpful. She did her best and upgraded me to a desired room. Christian was also nice. The food at Executive Lounge was excellent in comparison to other Hiltons I have recently stayed. Breakfast was also awesome with a nice selection of food. You can use terrace for breakfast and enjoy fresh air and sun.
Overall, a great place to return.

This is a truly amazing place with a wonderful restaurant, delicious menu, friendly staff, and excellent service. I eat only a limited range of products, and the restaurant gladly adjusted to my preferences as well as to my child’s wishes — the team was always attentive and kind. The rooms were spotless every day thanks to excellent housekeeping.
I’ll definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and will happily return myself. I stayed here for over a month, so my feedback comes from consistent, daily experience — everything was great! I will truly miss the warm atmosphere and comfort this hotel gave me throughout my stay!

Celebrating our 22 anniversary. I was disappointed. The room was not what I expect for a 5 star hotel. The upholstery was scratched and aging see pic. At 8am a guest started playing really loudly at the piano and only when I called to complain did they stop it. We were still sleeping. Then on the last morning again at 8am the housekeeping staff entered to clean while we were still sleeping! We didn’t get the complimentary water every day. There was a proper winter duvet on the bed so we had to put the AC on full blast otherwise we were too hot. We asked for a lighter blanket but they just removed the duvet entirely which was then not enough…
The lobby is pretty and the pool is very nice. I didn’t have a 5-star experience at all.

Nucw6facilities at the Hilton. The gym was realky nice and the breakfast buffet was just right. Nefili was sweet and welcoming. The restaurant staff at the breakfast place were good.
The dining restaurants were also upto mark.
Cleaning services took some time to come after our first night even though we saw them for a couple of hours outside our room. But the next day it was better.
Yes overall we would come back to the Hilton.
