Best Hilton out of my 5 hilton stays in Egypt. Amazing staff and beautiful property. Right in front of its private beach. Friendly staff and wonderful entertainment team who remembered my name throughout my 5-day stay made a huge difference. Great housekeeping, too. Good breakfast & happy hours for gold & diamond members. Had ‘no disturb’ sign, which was helpful not to be constantly disturbed by sales people on the beach. You can’t swim without tour in the ocean unfortunately, and no good transportation option in the area, with everything overpriced. But well.. that’s Marsa Alam. Dugong & Dolphins still made my trip worth it. I didn’t use their tours. Highly recommend if you come to Marsa Alam.

I had really enjoyed my Honey-Moon in this place. startin from everyday having a cool surpise from the House-Keeping as you see in the images to the very great hospitiality.
Place advatages:
- Entrance to AbuDabab for free (usually its like 15 euros)
- Ability to have a private dinner in 3 diffrent resturants (when on all inclusive), the options are Itlaian (do not reccomend), Orinetal (Om Ali is a must try) and SeaFood (and it was more then perfect!)
Mr. Ismail was very plesent and chearful and paved everything we needed!
Mena was more than amazing in orgnizing our dinner appotiments for us.
Aside for that the open buffet is very good for what you pay, do not expect high end food but expect to be full all day long with unlimited Egyptian booze and food ;).
I do not think such a deal can be found anywhere else in the world.

The Hilton is a beautiful property offering spacious and very clean rooms, which make for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The hotel features several lovely pools, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun.
However, guests should note that the beach is located a bit further away from the hotel, which may be inconvenient for those looking for direct beach access. The buffet offers a wide variety of options, but the overall quality of the food could be improved.
While the hotel still retains its charm, some areas would benefit from renovation or a modern touch to better reflect the Hilton standard. Overall, a nice stay with great comfort, but some aspects could be refreshed to enhance the experience.

My experience with this resort has been mixed, so I will try to list the facts I experienced.
Pros:
- Large rooms with terrace. The hotel landscape is generally quite pretty.
- Comfortable beds
- Several large pools with nice lounging areas
- Snacks between meals; fresh pita bread from the oven at the restaurant terrace during dinner
- Dive center on site
- Beach in very good condition
- Good cleaning service in the rooms
Cons:
- The beach is quite a walk away from the rooms (up to 10 mins) and once you reach it, you are not allowed to swim there (it's a protected reef), you need to walk a few hundred meters more to Abu Dabbab beach to do so. It's also not a sheltered beach so on windy days (which are quite a few in Marsa Alam) it's often too windy to swim.
- The food is terrible. Most of what is served at the buffet is bland or feels like it was cooked two days ago, especially the bread. The Baklava is hard and dry - a total disappointment. There is a good selection of cakes but they are tasteless. Some of the cookies are okay... the dude making eggs barely speaks English and you have to bring him the butter for your scrambled eggs (blew my mind). This might be a common experience in all inclusive resorts but in Sharm El Sheik my experience with food was a lot better
- The main dining hall or restaurant if you can call it that is very ugly and feels like a cheap loud canteen inside. It can get very crowded depending on the time, which might mean you have to wait to get a table outside (the only nice option)
- There are no drinks in the mini bar but you get two big water bottles every day for free when they make the room, which is nice as the tap water is not safe to drink in Egypt.
- There are a lot of sales people (some third parties allowed by the hotel, some direct employees of the Hilton) approaching you every day at the pool or beach or during meals to sell you spa, massages, shows or tours while all you want to do is relax in peace.
- There are a few shops and a hair salon on site which are managed by third parties, selling everything from snacks to sun cream at ridiculous prices, but this seems to be the case elsewhere in Marsa Alam too (inc. Port Ghalib).
- Loud entertainment during the day at the main pool which you can hear all over the hotel. This is common across resorts in the red sea and aimed mostly at children and teenagers, so best to choose an adults-only resort if you don't want this.
- Large number of Russians and other Eastern Europeans, who tend to be loud.
-The towel guys at the pools never have cards to give you back when you return your towel, and tell you that if you need one, you should go to the next pool to see if they have one, all while he has done nothing but sit there the whole day watching videos on his phone (which we could hear from our chairs and had to tell him to turn down).
- When leaving, we call reception from our room to ask for help moving our luggage, but after 20 minutes no-one had showed up, spy we just did it ourselves.
All in all, this place does not meet the quality of a 5-star resort and the expectation of the Hilton brand.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Marsa Alam Nubian Resort.
The food was definitely the highlight - plenty of variety, fresh, and delicious every day. The staff also deserves a big compliment; everyone was friendly, professional, and always greeted us with a smile, which made us feel really welcome throughout our stay.
A special mention goes to the animation team - they did a fantastic job keeping the atmosphere lively and fun, organizing activities and entertainment that made the evenings even more enjoyable.
While the beach in front of the hotel is closed due to the reef, just a short walk away you can access the sea and swim right next to the reef, which is beautiful and absolutely worth it.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Marsa Alam!
