This hotel has been amazing and the service impeccable. I came here with my son and my mum and the experience has been the best we have had. The food quality is amazing and choices of places to eat that are all included is fab. All of the drinks options are premium and they are always so friendly. The rooms are lovely and the grounds are kept exceptionally well. A special shout out to Leyla Yasar and Oya Akkurt who cleaned our room daily. They made it feel brand new and were so kind to my son bringing him gifts and walking with him hand in hand. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Having a fantastic time at the gorgeous Hotel. It is a home from home for us. The staff are as so friendly and cannot do enough for you. This our 7th time at the hotel since 2009 which was our first visit.
We have the pleasure of Ayten cleaning our room number 2308. She is very pleasant, friendly and always does a thorough job of our room. She has made us lovely towel decorations for our bed which is so special.

This is our second time here at the Hilton, and we have been blown away yet again by the attention to detail from the staff.
The grounds are incredible, the quality of the food and drink is delicious, most notably the endless cocktails which are prepared and shaken infront of you every time, not some packet mix or a different coloured syrup with lemonade and a shot of gin, proper cocktails.
I feel the standout element though is the staff. Husayin Kotikeye has served us every breakfast and dinner he even remembered us from our last visit and ensures we are well catered for every mealtime, Highchairs, extra wipes, drinks. He is an incredible asset to the team. Ozer gun has checked in on us every day also, both are very good with our kids and surprised my little girl with a cake and sung happy birthday to her!
The house keeping staff were very good too, room was always spotless upon return. they noticed our celebration so we arrived back to a beautiful birthday flower arrangement on the bed and another cake!! 😂
The girls at the kids club were very good too. Very welcoming with my young son.
It’s noticeably quieter than when we last came here (early season right now) so yes, maybe not as vast range of offerings at dinner, Repairs being carried out on the jetty, weather being slightly cooler ( mid 20’s) But there is still something for everyone.
Will be coming back in 2028, maybe for a lake house!

I am usually very strict when writing hotel reviews. I always try to mention both the positive points and anything that could be improved, so hotels can improve their service and future guests can make a better choice. But honestly, I have to say from the beginning: this hotel is absolutely outstanding. I genuinely could not find any real weakness.
Hilton Dalaman has almost everything you could possibly expect from a luxury resort. The facilities are excellent, including a fantastic gym, a very professional spa and massage area, and highly skilled staff. We used the massage service twice, and both times it was excellent. Some of the staff were so friendly that they even offered us a few extra minutes of massage. I definitely recommend trying the spa and massage services here.
The drinks and cocktails are also amazing. Everything is all-inclusive, and the service is very professional. At almost any time of day or night, we were able to get drinks, alcohol, or food. Food was available until late at night, even around 2 AM, which was very convenient.
The evening entertainment is also on a very high level. Every night there are live music performances, theatre-style shows, live shows, dance performances, circus acts, and professional entertainment. The quality of the performances is genuinely impressive.
The pool and swimming areas are very clean and hygienic. The staff are constantly cleaning and maintaining the area, which makes the whole environment feel very safe, comfortable, and well looked after.
The food variety at breakfast, lunch, and dinner is extremely wide. The food is tasty, fresh, and high quality. There are options for almost every preference, including meat dishes, seafood, gluten-free options, and choices for people with food allergies or dietary requirements.
Another lovely part of the hotel is the small animal farm. It is a bit of a hidden gem and maybe not every guest will find it, but I definitely recommend visiting it. It is like a small, friendly petting zoo/farm inside the resort. Children will especially love it, and they can see the animals up close and take beautiful photos. It is a very cute and charming area that adds something special to the whole experience.
One of the best parts of our experience was the hotel’s flexibility and hospitality with check-in and check-out. Because our flight arrived early, we reached the hotel around 5 hours before the official check-in time, but they still gave us our room early. On the day of check-out, we had around 8 hours before our flight, and they allowed us to continue using the hotel facilities after checking out. We simply left our luggage in the luggage room, and they did not charge us anything extra.
Honestly, I tried to think of something negative to mention, but I could not find anything. From the staff, cleanliness, food, drinks, entertainment, facilities, spa, pool, animal farm, and overall service, everything was at a very high standard.
I highly recommend this hotel, and if I travel to this area again, I will very likely book Hilton Dalaman again.
