Just back from these apartments. Our room was a wee bit on the tired side but clean and had everything you would need. The pool area and food at the bar were brilliant. The women who served there were lovely. There is also a small mini mart in the complex. The reception was helpful and efficient. As the name suggests they sit atop a hill with good views of faliraki. Its about a 20 minute walk or 10 euro taxi ride into town. There is also a free bus from the apartments 3 times a day. The only downside is the plumbing. The noise of you or a neighbour flushing their toilet is akin to standing adjacent to an f-16 fighter jets afterburner. Overall though I'd recommend these apartments and we would return in the future.

We had a great time at this stay, there is everything you need on site here from the poolside restaurant to a little shop where you can get snacks and drinks. Room was clean and tidy and from the balcony you have a beautiful sea view. The staff here were fantastic with helping us with our stay and making sure we had everything we needed including helping to book taxis and recommendations for things to do. The restaurant has a great selection of food from traditional Greek food to hamburgers. I highly recommend the Greek stuff here though was delicious and homemade. Faliraki town is only around a 20 minute walk from this place so you can easily access the town and there are lots of things to do nearby. There is also a shuttle service into the town 3 times a day at 11, 5 and 8pm which is really handy. The pool area is very relaxing to have a swim or read a book and the music playing gives it a really good atmosphere all round. Thank you for a awesome holiday!

I am absolutely appalled with the customer service of this place. The receptionists are extremely rude. The only people which were nice were the people in the kitchen. The breakfast was poor, it was full of sweet things and hardly any savoury.
The room was absolutely disgusting, there was dead bugs everywhere, our bedsheets had stains on and smelt of old men. The room was very unhygienic and dirty. We even had to take pictures of our room and send it to our travel agent due to how bad it was. The shower curtain also did absolutely nothing, so once you’ve showered, water just goes everywhere.
Personally, i would not recommend to anyone. It is no where near worth the money. The people are rude and the place is dirty. I will never be going back again.

The family run studio appartments are clean, very friendly . There is a mini bus to take you down or back from the apartment to the beach and shops, 3 times a day. Also the family run 2 restaurants and an Ice cream parlor with a 10% discount off your order when you mention the apartment. Highly recommended

Rooms were not that great. Bathroom had a poor fitted shower with a shower curtain that does nothing to stop the floor from being soaking wet.
Bed and breakfast that was included in our holiday pack was terrible. Basically sweets and sugar and barely any savoury options. Although for dinner and lunch the (paid) food was good and worth the price.
Staff were okay. Kitchen staff were the nicest. Receptionist were alright. We asked how we could book a taxi as we were having trouble the night we arrived and because we were going to the water park later and they told us how. The language barrier caused this but they ended up booking the taxi when we only asked how and that led to us being charged extra euros by the taxi driver as they had to wait. Which is fine but when we came back and saw reception we explained to the receptionist that there was a miscommunication and reception basically told us off “When you book a taxi you don’t go off wandering to your room” It was our first day and I felt like they could’ve been nicer with their communication.
The rooms do have AC but you have to pay 10 euros a night. The housekeeper is nice and no items were stolen but the bathroom was terrible and assumed they would help but the rooms was not really cleaned and the only thing changed was the bed sheets and towels, would’ve been nice to have the bathroom dried.
Overall, I personally wouldn’t recommend but if you aren’t that bothered about what your hotel looks like or it’s just you and another person the hotel is.. fine.
