Hotel Helios is a wonderful hotel. Minutes away from the beach and a short walk along the beach front to Can Pastilla, we really struck gold with this hotel. All staff were friendly and welcoming during our short family holiday. The hotel was convenient to get both from the airport and into Palma. The staff really make this hotel special. The welcoming smile and the willingness to assist with anything that was needed made our holiday just that extra special. The hotel is clean and inviting to a wide array of people, whether you be a couple, travelling solo, a family or a large tour. Highly recommend Hotel Helios and thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. We cannot wait to return

Steps from the beach, Helios is catered to bike tourists and sailing groups, but is a wonderful spot for exploring the south of the island. Very comfortable twin beds, quiet rooms, bike workshops and wash and storage room, and bike paths for miles either direction. It was a bit cold for the pool, but the setup is nice and the pizza and lunch options were good. Nice library and work spots, excellent buffet for breakfast and dinner (including honeycomb and a yogurt/muesli bar, wide seafood selection, and plenty of turf & vegetable options too). There are also markets nearby if you forget anything. The staff were wonderful and attentive to any needs, like a hot water kettle for tea I'm our room - we hope to come back soon!

We had an exceptional stay in Mallorca at Hotel Helios. Minutes from the sea front, we were greeted by Auriele at reception who was friendly and helpful in all ways possible. The food at breakfast was amazing, with lots of choice and options to cater for all of our party. What makes this place so special is the friendliness of the staff and the helpfulness of those behind the scenes. The maintenance team were very helpful and efficient when we had locked a passport in the safe. We cannot wait to return

Highly recommended hotel for cycling holidays. Free laundry service 3 times a week for road cyclists. Washing station, large storage room for bicycles, but it's also allowed to take them to the room. Pump, tools, everything available. Breakfast and dinner diverse and delicious! Staff extremely friendly and accommodating. Snacks can be ordered anytime at the bar. I will definitely come back. Good location, 2 minutes walk to the beach. Well-equipped rooms, comfortable bed, and very clean!

We had a wonderful time at Hotel Helios in Mallorca. The hotel is in prime location for the beach and was exceptionally clean. The staff are friendly from the initial greeting at reception from Auriele, to the house keeping team and maintenance team. All were at hand to make our stay such a pleasant one. The food at breakfast was delicious and there was such a large variety of options to cater for all of our party, many whom had intolerances. We cannot wait to return and will be sure to recommend the hotel to all our friends and family.
