Had an amazing stay here, it was my first time. Everything was well maintained and exceptionally clean. Rooms were immaculate and the maid was respectful, kind and polite. The staff were brilliant- polite, helpful and friendly with good chat. The food was lovely, great variety and always something for everybody. Poolside was wonderful with plenty of sunbeds available. Evening entertainment was a good variety and very well suited for couples and families. Have great respect to the staff- Jorge, Sanchez, Peque and Roberto were outstanding and were given tips on the last day to show gratitude for they're service. Definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely return.

Stayed for one week, we had a 2 bed bungalow next to pool & check in was quick & easy although we arrived just before a load of peopleso there was a queue built up after us. Reception staff helpful, books u could borrow if u wanted a read. Really lovely staff, everyone smiling & friendly & all I spoke to communicated in English. main pool has a lift into pool for wheel chair bound people who wanted to swim but couldn't use steps. While I was there a couple people used the lift & the life guards were not only quick at getting them in & out the pool they were incredibly thoughtful & caring to the wheelchair users needs which was so lovely to see. The hotel is well suited if u have mobility issues as very few steps, 2 steps to bar but there is a ramp to patio, restaurant & bar area so getting around is pretty easy at this hotel. Bungalows are opened with a wristband key, this was amazing as it was so easy to access your bungalow without sharing a key, everyone got a wristband. Bathroom had a very large walk in shower with option on large & smaller shower head & great water pressure. bathrooms well equipped with shower gel, shampoo & conditioner, hand soap & hair dryer with large mirror. Kitchen had a kettle, coffee machine, toaster, fridge & cups, plates, glasses, cutlery. Air conditioning in front room & bedrooms so this was great & well used on hot days. Large tv in frontrrom & kids bedroom, ps3 in kids bedroom with games & remote available from reception. Safe in room with daily cost, we had for a week at 18 euros but overall not sure we needed it as hotel is very secure. Very well thought out bungalows, lots of space & wardrobe space, lots of lighting options. Front & back patio area in our bungalow, front patio had 1 sunbed, table, umbrella & 4 chairs, back patio had 1 sunbed, towel holder on wall for drying wet things. Shout out to the cleaning staff who tidied & cleaned room 6 days a week they worked hard, scrubbing the area surrounding the pool everyday. Was woken up early couple days as we were next to pool with the sunbeds being put out but that goes with a pool. Hotel was really clean. We stayed under fully inclusive but I believe there is a half board option as well. You can help yourself to coffee, tea, hot choc, capaccino, hot milk, water (still & sparkling) as well as lager, red, white & rose wine, & fizzy drink, coke, coke zero, orange fanta, lemon Fanta, sprite so good selection. As well as a menu of drinks u can order free from bar with fully inclusive. Restaurant is buffet, good selection of cereal, fruit, pastries, cheese, fruit juice, sausages, tomatoes, eggs, omelette, toast, bread etc for breakfast. Good selection of food served at lunch & diner but it did become a bit boring for my partner by mid week as he craved spice. They had a vegan selection of food, however I thought this was quite limited but clearly marked. Only down side to food was labelling of food could be better, I took some vegetable rice one night & found small pieces of beef in it, it wasn't in vegan section but sometimes u needed to check what was in something. lots of fish & seafood options although me & my husband dont eat it. Lots of deserts to choose from jelly, ice cream, cake, biscuits, mouse, fancy cakes. Dining staff really friendly & helpful ensuring ur party is seated quickly. Tables cleared & cleaned really quickly. Any spillage around serving area by guests was cleaned immediately I can't fault the service. Entertainment every night for an hour from acrobat, dancers, magicians, bingo so quite varied. Kids well catered for there was a kids club, gaming area, pool tables, enclosed football area & 2 x younger kids splash pools as well as a kids pool & adult pool in 2 different areas of hotel. Hotel is well positioned with lots of shops outside. Taxi rank right outside hotel, literally 4 mins walk to beach, the beach closest is very shingle/pebbly with quite steep slopes but a few more minutes to right is a large sandy beach which was better to hang out. All in all lots of shops close, beach close & hotel excellent 👌

Absolutely great resort, great bubgalows, nice and welcoming staff, waiters in the dining area are very service minded. Food is really great and has a great variety to choose from every day. Nice and relaxed pool area, not too crowded at all. Will recommend this resort to friends and family!

We had an amazing weeks stay here last week, the hotel is well situated and the rooms were clean and maintained to a high standard by the maids. The site was always really clean and quiet at nights in the rooms when going to bed. The food and drink was very good with plenty of variety each day and we loved the beautiful and tasty salads. This was backed up by the amazing waiting and bar staff who work incredibly hard, special mention for Alejandro who was great with us and taught us a bit of Spanish - chocala cinco✋ in between being everywhere at once! I would definitely recommend a stay here and would love to come back sometime soon

We went to this hotel in May 2025 for 2 weeks with our baby who was almost a year old. We booked a premier suit. It was fine, but there were some maintenance issues. The kitchen faucet was lose, the soaps didn't work properly so we had to dismount them to get shampoo. We also booked the ''baby kit''.... what a joke. They forgot all about it. Then when i asked the lady behind the desk looked confused. I has to ask for each item individually because she clearly didn't know what was included. I asked for the mixer but never got it. And to be fank everything was outdated. Better to rent outside of this hotel (which we also did and was way better). After a week we asked if we could book an upgrade, they said we could if no one else booked it in the meantime. Luckily for us nobody booked it and we went to de premier vila with jacuzzi. Let me tell you the difference was crazy. The maintance of this room was 10 times better and the service of the guy behind the counter aswell. The only downside is that the room didn't have a freezer, so i had to store my breastmilk in the freezer at the reception. We enjoyed the food! We chose halfboard and i think that's the best. We went for lunch one day, but i think its more fun to eat outside at the shops :)
