Having spent a whole week Easter holiday with 3 kids at this resort and having travelled with Jet2holiday, I can confirm that : 1- Jet2Holiday lived to my whole expectations in terms of travels. The drop your bag on your last day and enjoy your holiday really makes a difference. 2- the hotel staff are so courteous. The food is amazing. The check-in checkout has been with no fuss. Our room was cleaned everyday with no fuss. Actually this was an entire holiday with no fuss. 3- kids plus 8-8 and 11 is: ++ resort. Food. Drinks. 2 huge pools. Temp awesome. Close to beach (taxi). Breakfast pancakes the best. No minus point. 4- adult review : fantastic resort and room. Entertainment is poor. Only go if you a family that wants to spend time together OVERALL. THANKS TO JET2HOLIDAY AND HD CRISTOBAL FOR LIVING TO MY VERY HIGH EXPECTATIONS. A Londoner

We booked 3 rooms, all 3 were great quality poolside bungalows, Food has been great every mealtime with plenty of options even for our vegetarians I cannot thank the staff enough, all have been very helpful, polite and kind. The bar and food staff remember my family and remembered our drinks or were quick to guide us to the large table even before the whole family was there. Great with the kids and my disabled mother, Will be returning next year for sure

In summary, simply amazing! My wife and I stayed for week in December/January. The hotel comprises approximately 150 bungalows, each with a small patio and sun loungers. These patios are set back from the walkways that span the complex and some even offer amazing views up to Mount Teide (and one or two even have a slither of a sea view). There are also other sun loungers surrounding the two pools on the complex (one for young children and another for swimming). The rooms themselves are clean and well equipped - oven, hobs, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle etc. However, we didn't make great use of those facilities as we were all-inclusive. The meals were excellent. The dining room was well-sized meaning that there was never a scrum for tables or food. At breakfast, lunch and dinner, there was always a wide selection of food for different dietary requirements. As a vegetarian, before arriving I was apprehensive about my meal choices but I need not have been. There was a dedicated vegan section kept well away from non-vegan options - the physical distance between the vegan choices and the meats etc was really appreciated by myself and the food was always tasty. We stayed during the new year celebrations and an amazing dinner was put on for new year's eve - it even included vegan sushi. Wow! Without exception the staff were excellent - not fussing but attentive - for us that was the perfect balance. The hotel is centrally located in Las Americas. As such, when leaving the hotel of an evening if you turn right you quickly end up in party central. However, turn left and you're presented with a much calmer atmosphere. The choice is yours! There's a nice sandy beach about 10 minutes (flat!) walk away if you want to go swimming in the sea. I'm a keen cyclist and I rented a bike for the week we were there - that the hotel complex is flat meant it was easy to enter and exit the hotel with the bicycle. My wife and I were so impressed and happy we booked for next year during our stay. We can't wait to go back!

We stayed here for 10days with our family and a 6 year old child. Every minute was enjoyable, the whole park is charming, relaxing and well closed off. The Staff is super nice and they create fantastic admosphere for everyone. I can't think of a better place for families with children to stay at and I sertenly know where to stay the next time I visit Tenerife. I highly recommend to buy a full inclusive package, even if you drop out every now and then for meals.

The hotel well situated short walk from almost everything Maid service 6 days a week Rooms are good and clean and fairly modern our apartment was a 2 bedroom one with 2 singles TV and a PlayStation the other with a double bed. A reasonable size living room containing a pull-out bed surprisingly quite comfortable large tv with only 2 English channels Sky News and BBC news small kitchen with almost everything you will need Bathroom consisting of a good shower plus rain shower no issues with hot water but no bath Main pool a decent size however be aware no inflatables are allowed Animation team good and friendly Dining area nice and modern food is quite reasonable and cooked well with quite a few option snacks apart from meal times consisting of small bags of chips and a few cold sandwiches Drinks cold are serve yourself self at the bar same with the beer Wifi seemed to be good in the room and around the pool area first few days but seemed to have a few issues in the evening on the last few days Bad points not many Food although well-cooked is quite repetitive Coffee machines are quite poor often running out of milk Morning cold drinks are very watery The entertainment area needs a small revamp big fern plants in pots look nice and no issue whilst Dining however they do restrict the view for large areas of the stage for the evening shows Be aware that some apartments have tiled steps leading up to them which can be fairly slippy and tight walking up and down them especially when carrying suitcases they are lit up in the evening but did notice early morning lights had been switched off All in all holiday was enjoyed staff are great and helpful Would I stay there again Definitely a yes
