Stayed a week here in a Junior Suite. The room itself was more like a large bedroom rather than a suite. Whilst perfectly functional, it was somewhat dated and in need of a renovation. The 2 chairs near the TV were hard, uncomfortable and very old. Despite being a 4* hotel we found it incomprehensible to have to pay to use the in-room safety deposit box.
The hotel is located in a quieter area of Costa Tequise, and easily walkable to bars, restaurants, shops, and bus stops. €1.40 to most places on the island with a frequent and reliable service.
Meals
Reasonable choice (albeit it almost non existent fresh cut/sliced fruit options) Things like strawberries and peaches were from a tin and all in syrup. The 2 biggest annoyances were 1) that there was a lack of staff walking the buffet area checking on what had run out and then replenishing it and 2) lack of an adults only area in the restaurant. It is certainly large enough to cater for this. Instead at times it resembled a crèche with babies and kids screaming and crying. Hardly relaxing.
The ‘Italian’ restaurant was a joke and wouldn’t recommend it at all. One member of staff covering the place and the food was nothing special.
The gym was quite well equipped but there was no water dispenser in the gym. There was a large demijohn of stale, warm water outside the gym near the overpriced spa, which never seemed to be replaced. Take your own bottle with you.
The public areas were definitely nicer and newer looking than the bedrooms, which do need a refurb. Lifts were tiny and painfully slow (even the faster ones).
Poor areas were vast with plenty of sun beds and massive pools. All were cleaned every morning. Pool towels are available from reception for €20 pp returnable deposit.
The biggest positive however are the staff; everyone we came into contact with were friendly, helpful and polite.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. Good location with a short walk into the town and beach promenade.
Clean spacious rooms. High tech room keys are in the form of a bracelet. Very clever.
Animation team and evening entertainment were average.
The only thing that I didn't like was that the big pool was on a higher floor and had no bar. So you had to climb up and down stairs or take an incredibly slow lift, if you wanted a drink. I understand that there is a refurb happening. Hopefully they will address this glaring error. Very wheelchair accessible. Lots of ramps next to stairs.

The staff were very friendly and the room was very nice. Lovely location. The food was AMAZING I loved the ice cream every night and how you could scoop it yourself and the soup was always a 10/10. They had a really nice bar and the pool was lovely. The lifeguard even gave me advice on my swimming! Overall, I had a great experience here.

Just returned home after a great holiday in Costa Teguise. This hotel enjoys a beautiful seafront setting, over a rocky beach. Beaches for swimming are a 5 minute stroll along the coast. The centre is 10-15 minutes on the road route and 15-20 minutes coastal route. Taxis are cheap, but we love a walk.
Check-in and check-out were very efficient and reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. The welcome glass of fizz was a nice touch. There’s a 20euro deposit for pool towels, refunded on return and 3 euro per day non refundable charge for safety deposit boxes.
The rooms are spacious, as are the balconies. Decor in the rooms is a little tired and due for a spruce up, however they were kept spotlessly clean. Huge shower and really comfortable beds. We had a nice view of the gardens. If you spend a lot of time chilling on the balcony, then an upgrade to sea view is definitely worth it (we don’t). We kept the water bottle left on arrival and refilled in the buffet restaurant, or bar each day to keep in the fridge for our room.
If eating in the Italian restaurant is important to you, book before you go, as there’s limited availability. We ate out most evenings, a decision made before our arrival as we love to enjoy local restaurants and experience the resort. All inclusive hotels are not, in my experience, fine dining. They should provide a varied selection where fresh food is fresh and hot food is hot and tasty, they definitely did. We had a fab breakfast and lunch in the buffet restaurant each day, the fresh fruit and salad bars had a good selection and there were always several choices on the hot and continental sections. The ice cream is REALLY good. On the evening we dined in, again there was a good choice. Staff were friendly, quick to clear empty plates and restock items on the buffet.
Both pool areas were lovely, although the top pool could do with it’s own bar. Views from the pool were beautiful. We always found free beds, even though people did the usual ‘reserve a bed with a towel then go elsewhere for an hour or two 🙄’.
The entertainment team were good fun. They encouraged guests to join in, but weren’t pushy or in your face. The bar in the evening could do with another staff member to avoid queues.
All in all a great holiday, we would definitely return.

Very nice hotel, room was spacious spotlessly clean but was a little tired.
Had an issue when I was checking in, nothing to do with the hotel, and shout out fot Tomasz, he was able to find a solution for me as well as providing a perfect room.
The food is a good standard with plenty of variety and the entertainment, was good.
Would definitely recommend.
