Located in Los Cancajos on the east coast of the island. Only 10 minutes from the airport. Lovely staff, very helpful. Excellent food in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Always a huge choice and varied each night. Great hiking nearby across the whole east side of the island.
5 minutes walk to Los Cancajos beach which is fabulous.
We really loved our time at this hotel and will definitely be back !

Big hotel in a great location. Rooms are clean and a good size. Ours had a fabulous sea view and we watched the sun rise over the ocean a few mornings.
The restaurant is busy but plentiful. It's self service but they seem to have taken previous criticism on board and now, it's different food every night. Tasty too.

On my last day after packing I left my trainers in the room and went on a boat trip as soon as I realized and got back to the hotel around 5 pm I checked my luggage to double check because I wanted to put my shoes on instead of sliders and this is when I realized I've left them in the room so I went back to the section they showed me the room and nowhere to be seen they also radio someone and no luck so some brand new trainers now gone and really pissed me off. I wouldn't even post this but even my friend had the same issue with some clothing going missing which put it down to the cleaners I'm assuming also I even left a tip for the cleaner which really annoys me modern anything. There is one good bar man outside during the day and one bar man at the night bar. 80% of the food wasn't good but I'm not that fussy. The drinks were ok cocktails were just full of sugar and sweetness it was sickling after a while. Beer was like water. Definitely wouldn't come to this island again and definitely not this hotel company.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel. The biggest issue was the unpleasant smell from the kitchen, which was strongly noticeable even inside our room. We had a room with an ocean view, but because of the smell we couldn’t even use the terrace, which is truly a shame. Moving to another room didn’t help either - the smell remained and significantly affected our stay.
Another disappointment was the inability to borrow an iron and ironing board. The hotel only offers ironing service for an extra fee, which I find inadequate for accommodation of this category.
There were also problems with poorly functioning doors - one day the cleaning lady even left them open for the entire day. This is not only unprofessional but also unsafe. Additionally, I encountered a cockroach in the hallway, which certainly didn’t add to the feeling of cleanliness.
The dining experience was underwhelming as well - very little fruit and vegetables. With half board, you also cannot even pour yourself water for free, which feels unnecessarily restrictive.
However, we didn’t let the hotel spoil our enthusiasm for the beautiful island of La Palma, which is definitely worth visiting - we will just choose different accommodation next time.
Overall, a rather negative experience with the hotel that did not meet our expectations.

Most of the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit dated but clean and
the mattresses were really good.
The food is a buffet, somewhat uninspired, and more often cold than hot; unfortunately, it lacks variety, so that needs improvement.
The pool area is nice and great.
The airplane noise isn't bothersome since the planes don't fly at night.
Excursions by public bus are only possible via Santa Cruz. A rental car is advantageous but also a challenge.
Overall, it's a nice hotel.
