A very family friendly hotel that's close to the airport and is close to shops and the beach. There are lots of activities for kids like the disco, 2 playgrounds and many more outdoor activities. The staff all around the hotel were all very friendly...probably the friendliest I've seen at any hotel so far.
The restaurant food was decent on the whole. The roast pork was probably the best I've ever tasted, and other dishes like the paella and risotto were superior to other all inclusive hotels. Not all food was great for me though like some of the desserts and pastries, but there will definitely be something to your liking. The restaurant is also really good if you have any allergies and the chef will tell you which foods to avoid. I also did not spot any cockroaches which I did at a hotel on a neighbouring island.
The rooms were OK but seemed like they need more general maintenance. For example locks weren't working, our shower button broke off, and some touch up paint would be good. Although it seems they are prioritising refurbishing entire blocks as I noticed some work happening nearby. You can hear some music play at night but it's not too bad.
Overall I had a good stay and would visit again.

The pools are freezing. Do not expect to be able to actually go in the kids pool at 21 degrees! Couldn’t get my kids to go in after the first time. The baby pool was apparently 27 and felt too cold at times for my toddler who was blue and shivering in there. Because only one pool is actually heated everyone is in there so you won’t find an adults only pool and it’s crammed full of people. The photos for this place really are deceptive - they should just leave out the kids pool with slides to avoid disappointment. Judge your holiday based on having just the one adults pool and know you won’t be able to swim all day as too cold. If that’s fine with you you’ll have a good time! Adult pool is 1.45m deep so the little kids cannot stand in it.
The kids club was excellent and kids entertainment around the pool and evening.
Food was fairly good. Our room had a terrace out onto the main pool which was lovely.
hotel in general is a little tired.
Warning to those coming with a baby or young kids who don’t like showers - no bath!
We queued a lot at the restaurant and bar. Never enough plates, bowls, cups etc. You also have to book and most nights we didn't get in early enough to get the kids to the mini disco. So dinner always felt chaotic and rushed.
Great location by the beach and bus stop. Overall we did have a good time but really let down by the pool temperature.

Clean and tidy, well looked after hotel by the staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Good food selection. Staff is quite thoughtful at dinner separating young children families in a separate section. Only negative really was coughing children around the dining hall but what can you do.
Best thing: the hotel cat 😺

We stayed in this hotel for a week in March, all inclusive. We were in a family suite, two adults and one infant aged one. I would note this hotel is primary geared for families, and if you're staying as a couple I would reconsider. I'll start with the positives.
The great
All the staff are fantastic, friendly, helpful and approachable. From the cleaners, waiters and bar staff etc. They were all great with our child. The pool bar drinks were great, with plenty to choose from.
The good
The grounds were kept tidy and neat. The facilities for the kids are good and numerous, including shared toys to take to beach/pool. With the buffet there was a wide selection to choose from which does change each meal time and allows you to give several options for the kids. The rooms were a good size, with a small kitchen tucked into a cupboard, the bed was huge and comfortable. Our room was on the ground floor which meant no stairs for the buggy and we could hop the wall to get more drinks from the bar in the evenings when our baby was asleep. The bathroom was not ensuite, and as our little one slept in the living room we had to nip to the public toliets while we chilled on the patio. The hotel is well located, a short walk to the beach, other shops and restaurants. The splash pool, for infants, was great and our baby loved it.
The mildly annoying
While there is plenty to choose from the buffet the quality of the food varies, from mediocre to poor. While I appreciate it is difficult to provide food in these volumes the majority of the meat was overcooked and basically all the desserts are tasteless bar the basic level of sweetness. While some of the food is labelled, others are not, which makes it difficult if you have dietary requirements. The vegetarian and vegan options were limited. The shower was inconsistent with temperature and pressure. As others have mentioned the pool temperatures can be quite cold for small children, especially the big pool, but that is to be expected in March. The curtains in the room block about 70% of light, but if you need more darkness for day time naps I suggest you bring black out blinds to stick up or tape to stick up towels. Bar snacks, nuts and crisps, are not included in the all inclusive package and seem to be the only thing not reasonably priced. The crisps are €2!
The bad
The WiFi was slow and inconsistent. It didn't work for half of our room. Our room flooded on the first day, from the bathroom, covering the hall and part of the living area. The staff sorted the issue within an hour, but the hotel didn't issue an apology or offer anything, which was a missed opportunity to make amends.
The dreadful
The pool bar food is quite frankly dreadful, the majority of it appears to be inedible. The chips appear to be cooked weeks in advance and are generally cold and soggy once served. We had a wrap that was partly cooked and was still frozen in places. The chicken ceasar salad was something else, I'm not sure what year that chicken was cooked in. I would not recommend eating there and if you do check before eating or providing to your kids. Our room was right next to the construction site, where they are working on one of the blocks. We were not warned about this by the hotel or our travel agent, TUI. From the hours of 8am to 5pm, noisy works were being conducted, from drilling to cutting blocks, which blow dust onto our patio. The contractors themselves were swearing in Spanish, spitting and smoking most of the time which made the use of our patio somewhat unusable as they were ten or so meters away. We did not complain to the hotel directly as our child fortunately slept through it.
In consideration of this we mainly enjoyed our stay at H10, and if it for wasn't because of these issues it would of been an excellent stay. The only reason I am not marking the hotel lower was because of the fantastic staff.
If you are going to stay at this hotel I strongly recommend you become a member via their website, its free, you get some treats and points. We used our points to get overpriced crisps.

Excellent hotel. Service was great from everyone we spoke to. Wonderfully accommodating for families. There are loads of written reviews on here which go into alot of detail, so I'll just add some photos and leave it at that. It's definitely worth 5 stars given how low cost it is.
