Really lovely stay we stayed in a superior room with sea view a spacious room with large very comfortable bed. The Hotels Location is ideally placed just a small walk to lots of bars and restaurants but not a rowdy part of town.
Not the best H10 I’ve stayed at for food but it was plentiful had decent choices and fine.
Breakfast does need improvement fruit juices weak, and husband said omelettes not great.
But we will happily return

We stayed at this hotel for three days, and as soon as we arrived, the staff was able to resolve an unexpected issue in the shortest time possible. The staff was very kind and helpful at all times. The rooms were well-equipped and very clean. The hotel's location was very strategic, very close to the city center. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious.
We also had the opportunity to spend an afternoon at their pool, which was very clean, and we enjoyed a drink. The view was fabulous. I highly recommend it.

Starting to pack as it's nearly time to go home and we really don't want to.
The Hotel is stunning.
We're in a Superior Suite with Sea View and the room is gorgeous and the vista quite amazing
The Food in the Restaurant is simply amazing with a real wide variety to suit all tastes.
Didn't really use the Roof top pool and terrace as the beach is right across the road.
What really makes this Hotel shine are the staff.
They are so warm and welcoming and always with a smile..
A couple of things that I think could do with attention are 1/ Would be nice if the Hotel enforced their dress code of 'no shorts' in the restaurant at evening meal. The web site does request long trousers. 2/ Please implement a Smoking ban on room Balconies and at the outdoor seating area.
There's nothing worse than having smoke wafting in your face when relaxing.
Despite these 2 minor gripes my wife and I have thoroughly enjoyed our stay in what we feel is the best Hotel in Benidorm.

Lovely hotel.
We wanted somewhere that was comfortable, and calm. If you want to be in the middle of everything this may not be the hotel for you, but it's not so far out that you can't access everything you want.
The rooms are well-proportioned and clean. The restaurant is as good as it can be with a buffet system.
It's just a few minutes walk from old town. There's a taxi rank on the way, and a cab from there to the strip is around 8 Euros.
I think you'll struggle to find a hotel that's much better than this one in Benidorm.

We stayed 4 nights here with my family. Very nice hotel, fantastic sea view. Breakfast is good, dinner is perfect! Good with children as well. Nyka was very kind to us at Spa area. Thanks for hosting!
