We have stayed in a few 4 star hotels in Benidorm and this is the best so far. All the staff are so friendly and go out of their way to make your stay a great one. Hotel spotless, food was excellent so much choice, show cooking was great. Location was a few minutes walk to the town. Round the corner was a great supermarket not too expensive for drinks. Out the hotel first right and it's on the left. Some small supermarkets are very expensive. Have to mention the back bacon at breakfast was very nice and often you do not get this abroad. Just a two minute walk to the beach. I will definitely be staying here again I think it's the best in Benidorm.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Great location, right on the beach, close to everything (that we wanted, at least). Excellent staff, from checking in to waiters, to spa staff and everybody else, very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very nice, large size and well specced, very clean and modern. The shower is amazing, hot and powerful. Great pool and pool areas, comfy sun beds and parasols for each pair of beds. The main pool is lovely with a bar right next to it. Food was also good, a good variety each night and it was decent too. I also had a deep tissue massage at the spa which was very good and just what i needed!! Overall very very pleased we chose this hotel.

Decided to go to benidorm fir the first time after loads of family and friends suggested I go there! So before going i wanted to make sure I would be staying in a place I would he looked afer and Decided on h10 benidorm poniente beach! I got a junior suite sea view and oh my it did not disappoint! The layout was amazing loads of space and of course that sea view! Evey morning I would get up and have coffee on my balcony and watch the sun rise and watch the other early risers out jogging and walking their fur babies before it gets too warm! The staff at the h10 benidorm were so pleasant and professional to deal with! A big thank you to Randy on reception, he was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble to organise for your stay! Thanks Randy! Also Diane in house keeping would come by every morning to chatted towels and tidy the room up, not that there was much tidying to do! On the 5th floor there is a pool area with sun loungers for guest with restaurant and on the 7th floor there is a smaller area for adults only to relax with a small pool, more of a plunge pool to cool off! It's late October here and still very warm with the temperatures rising to the mid to late 20's during the day and cooling down to low 20' in the evening! Had a great time here at the h10 benidorm, so much so , I've booked another stay with h10 lanzarote soon! Well done h10! UN SALUDO

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel, and I can honestly say it exceeded all of our expectations. The breakfasts and dinners were exceptional – an incredible variety of delicious food, with special attention given to food allergies and dietary needs. Every single member of the staff was kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which made us feel so comfortable throughout our stay. The massage experience was also outstanding. Nika, the masseuse, was truly professional – she knew exactly how to work on the painful spots and was incredibly attentive and caring. The entire hotel was spotless, quiet, and filled with positive energy. Everywhere we went, we were greeted with smiles. The location could not be better: the moment we stepped outside, we were right on the stunning sandy beach. We also tried the rooftop pool, which was fantastic, and the breathtaking sea views from up there made it even more special. We have stayed at many hotels before, but this one truly stands out as the best experience we’ve ever had. Everything was perfect, and I honestly cannot think of a single negative point to mention. Highly recommended!

Wonderful clean and very friendly staff. Foods are excellent and so easy to walk into old town and beautiful view from of the sea in front of the hotel. Lovely to have a morning coffee at the front looking at the ocean. Highly recommend hotel and foods are excellent. Chief will catering for your need and they do go over and beyond to meet your need. Excellent management running this hotel. Will definitely come back here next year.
