We just wrapped up 7 amazing days at Ocean Coral Turquesa (El Beso), and this resort absolutely exceeded our expectations.
The food was fantastic, consistently fresh, flavorful, and with plenty of variety. Whether it was the à la carte restaurants or the buffet, we were impressed every single day.
What truly stood out, though, was the staff. From maintenance and housekeeping to the servers and lifeguards, every single person we interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell they take pride in their work, and it really makes the experience feel special.
The resort grounds are beautiful and well maintained, and the atmosphere at El Beso is relaxed and perfect for adults looking to unwind.
Our only complaint, having to leave.
We’ll definitely be returning, and recommending it to friends and family.

The experience and Jorge the butler was great! Food was hit or miss depending on the restaurant. Bartenders were great, the drinks were always good. Pool staff were very attentive and friendly. Would definitely come back for the atmosphere. Pools were clean and very nice, alway chairs for us to sit at. Not much beach as the seaweed came up and took over the beach the second day we were here so we were not able to swim in the ocean. All in all a great place for a vacation and can’t thank Jorge or the staff enough!

Friends invited is to partake in their membership and we had a great time. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed, spectacular view from the roomy balcony which featured a jet tub.
The layout is great with the pools and beach just a few steps from the room. Four different pool areas provides family pools, a party pool, or a more laid back adult pool. We had a blast doing water aerobics with Yael, Rafael and Manuel (not sure I got all the names right)!
The restaurants are easy to get to and we had excellent meals. My wife especially loved the buffet with a huge daily selection. Prestige restaurant and the poolside bistro provided us with excellent service and very good food. We also had a spectacular meal at the Blue Moon, again with excellent service.
Jorge was our butler and he is a gem. He facilitated a room change, kept on top of our reservations and made sure we had everything we needed. One of our friends was very sick the first night (not from anything at the resort). Jorge immediately arranged for medical attention and stayed well after his work day to ensure that she was taken care of. The other staff were extremely pleasant and attentive, especially Ricardo and a new taller gent at the pool, Angel and the servers at the Prestige lounge.
All in all a great time.

We have been calling this our home away from home since 2009 and love it as much now as we did the first time. We come back for some key reasons. First. The resort is gorgeous! A true sprawling Spanish villa experience with gorgeous landscaping, pools, rooms, views and especially the privilege experience.
The staff here are incredible. Starting with our butler Alberto who orchestrates our curated experience. Days by the pool with our beach concierge Jose Lopez, our pool bartender Ricardo and Freddy with the big smiles and attentive service make each day special.
Our day begins with a leisurely and delicious breakfast at the Privilege lounge with a stand out staff including Susana, Emmanuel, Jeaus, Eduardo, Miguel, Vledefonso(Poncho) and Elias making the best cappuccino behind the bar.
Afternoons and evenings in the privilege lounge hosted by Adan, Yazmin, our waiter Angel, Jaime, Daniela, and the exceptional bartender Jesus and Vitalino are next level. The menu is prepared by Chef Socorro is exquisite as is the full experience of dining under the stars on the beautiful terrace or in a romantic corner depends on your mood.
We cannot wait to return to this beautiful paradise. Many thanks to all who make this such a truly beautiful experience year after year Absolutely 100/10. ❤️✨

My stay at Ocean Coral & Turquesa was absolutely unforgettable. We stayed for 10 days, and every single day was filled with amazing service, great food, and the best energy — but what truly made our trip special were the incredible staff members.
Juan quickly became our favorite bartender. From day one, he made us feel completely at home. It wasn’t just that his drinks were perfect every time — it was his personality. Even if we were just walking past and not stopping for anything, he would always smile and say hi. That small gesture meant so much and made the resort feel personal and welcoming. Juan has such genuine, positive energy, and you can tell he truly cares about the guests’ experience. He honestly felt like a friend by the end of our stay.
Antonio at the pool bar was equally amazing. He consistently went above and beyond, bringing drinks directly to us and making sure we were always taken care of. His hospitality was top-tier — so inviting, friendly, and full of life. He kept the pool vibes fun and exciting, surprising us with creative drinks and always maintaining the best energy. He truly elevated our pool days and made them unforgettable.
We also have to mention the Mexican restaurant — it was our absolute favorite! We didn’t catch the staff’s names, but every single person working there was incredible. The service was warm and attentive, and the food was so delicious that we genuinely could have eaten there every single night of our 10-day stay. It was hands-down our favorite dining experience at the resort.
Overall, the staff at Ocean Coral & Turquesa made this trip so special. The hospitality, kindness, and energy we experienced are the reason we would return in a heartbeat. Thank you to Juan, Antonio, and the amazing restaurant team for making our vacation one we’ll never forget! 💛🍹
