First time here and it will not be my last. The staff were friendly, the room clean and spacious, the pool side had enough room to accommodate guests. As a treat to myself I paid for a days rent for the Riviera club where a bottle of cava was part of it. When you split the cost between two people it's not that bad. Entertainment was ok, some nights were better than others but didn't detract from the overall feeling. Location is beautiful with it being right by the beach. A lovely touch which was gratefully received was a light dinner which was left in the room as we had arrived way after 10pm. The food overall was ok. Buffet style and although I am a fussy eater I didn't have to put up with the same thing every day. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my week here and I look forward to being a guest again next year.

Lovely all inclusive break away! There was lots of food and drink to choose from even for a veggie. One of the mornings they even had a Sax player. The staff were always really friendly and happy to help. Lots of sun loungers and space in the pool. We loved the room too. The only downside to our stay was the drilling most mornings it was deafening especially on our last morning as they were replacing some decking. Looking forward to coming back!

The Hotel itself is extremely nice, Nice sized rooms , very clean and mostly very friendly staff, shout out to Gabriele and Christian from the animation team.
What lacked for us was lack of management presence, maybe the hotel is going for a more laid back feel, but for instance there was no one in the restaurant to organise seating, or management asking how things were, even when leaving the hotel, no "How was your stay " just little things but things that go that extra mile.
Food was quite good but if you went later in the evening, you did not get some of the options available to earlier people, Everyone should get the same choices no matter what time you go.
All in all we had a very nice stay , and we did enjoy ourselves. we do like H10 hotels.

We absolutely loved it here! First time travelling to Gran Canaria and first time at an H10 hotel via Jet2 Holidays. I’d read some reviews saying the space at the pool isn’t very big. Honestly, it was all awesome. The pool area, rooftop, food was amazing, staff fab, and so was our room. Yes, the area is quiet, but that’s what we wanted. You can easily book activities and excursions via the hotel to see more of the island. We took a cab ride 20 minutes away to Puerto de Mogan which was amazing - about €20 each way. Hotel booked the taxi and it’s easy to find one back, and you can pay by card or cash. That’s an easy half or full day trip and the town is beautiful. Fantastic service, staff, room, menu options and activities. We had such a brilliant stay in this hotel. Recommend getting the suite with the hot tub and view. The loungers in the private section are excellent too. Christian and all the staff kept us entertained with activities and drinks all day long. Saxophone player at breakfast one morning was a fun surprise too! Gym is well equipped and spotless. Loads of Vegan options from the buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner 👌🏻
