We absolutely loved it here! First time travelling to Gran Canaria and first time at an H10 hotel via Jet2 Holidays. I’d read some reviews saying the space at the pool isn’t very big. Honestly, it was all awesome. The pool area, rooftop, food was amazing, staff fab, and so was our room. Yes, the area is quiet, but that’s what we wanted. You can easily book activities and excursions via the hotel to see more of the island. We took a cab ride 20 minutes away to Puerto de Mogan which was amazing - about €20 each way. Hotel booked the taxi and it’s easy to find one back, and you can pay by card or cash. That’s an easy half or full day trip and the town is beautiful. First time here and it will not be my last. The staff were friendly, the room clean and spacious, the pool side had enough room to accommodate guests. As a treat to myself I paid for a days rent for the Riviera club where a bottle of cava was part of it. When you split the cost between two people it's not that bad. Entertainment was ok, some nights were better than others but didn't detract from the overall feeling. Location is beautiful with it being right by the beach. A lovely touch which was gratefully received was a light dinner which was left in the room as we had arrived way after 10pm. The food overall was ok. Buffet style and although I am a fussy eater I didn't have to put up with the same thing every day. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my week here and I look forward to being a guest again next year.

It was our first time in Gran Canaria, and we were very pleased with the hotel. The staff are welcoming and friendly. On arrival, we were told that our room had been upgraded, and we had a ground floor suite with a terrace. The rooftop terrace was our favourite place to relax and quieter than the pool area with very attentive bar staff. The food could have been hotter as most of the time the selection was only warm. The location was quiet, not much to do unless you use public transport or book the day trips. We would definitely recommend this hotel for out of high season holidays, and we will look to book with the hotel chain again.

Great hotel for a quiet, restful holiday. On the shore with a small sandy beach in front. Pool area very smart, plentiful sunbeds. Staff throughout welcoming and attentive. A varied buffet. Food at times less than piping hot. Perhaps the hotel could address this. Second visit in the past 7 months.

We are currently staying at this hotel, and overall, it’s a good experience. The hotel appears to be recently renovated, which is a big plus. The design is fresh and modern. The food is decent, and the quality of drinks included in the All-Inclusive package is quite good. However, there are a few important downsides: 1. The service at the pool bar is very disappointing. This is our second day here, and all three bartenders we’ve interacted with by the pool have been unfriendly and unwelcoming. They seem reluctant to serve drinks. For example, when I asked for a cappuccino, one of the bartenders pointed to the self-service machine and told me I needed to pay extra if I wanted a proper cappuccino from the bar — despite the fact that we have purchased the All-Inclusive package, which should cover all drinks and food options. 2. The cups provided at the pool bar are extremely low quality. We understand that glass is not allowed for safety reasons, but there should be a better alternative than these very cheap plastic cups. It really takes away from the experience. 3. The room with an ocean view that we booked did not match our expectations. Although we booked a room with a sea view, the room we were given is on a lower floor, and the ocean is barely visible. This was disappointing, as it was one of the reasons we chose this option. On the positive side, the animator at the pool area is very friendly and welcoming, which really adds a good energy to the atmosphere. Also, we really enjoyed the evening Spanish folk dance performance — it was beautiful and added a nice cultural touch to our stay. We are still staying at the hotel, and we hope some of these issues can be addressed. The hotel itself has potential, but the service and attention to detail could definitely be improved.
