This place is close to beach/pubs/restaurants and small supermarket. The apartments are in safe location with a keypad lockable entry. Its 5 minute away from beach so much quieter as there are apartments within 1 minute of walk,

Good things. Clean and tidy rooms Food is good (Just get there early if you like your food hot) Very quite and peaceful (perfect couple break) Bed comfy Really comfy sofa which is rare. Hairdryer towels and toiletries provided (not enough shower gel or shampoo for a week) The staff where very friendly, especially the guys working in the dinning area. Good bike hire options at reception Nice little shop at reception (a little expensive but good if you have no other option) Coffee machine Fruit juice Bad things. Not enough beds around the pool area. Pool isn't heated The lady behind reception has no customer service skills. When we checked out there was no "thank you for staying with us, hope to see you again" nothing. Apart from that I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It's amazing value and have stayed in worse hotels with spending more money!

This is the worst apartment i have ever stayed at never be back. It was very basic. Beds only single beds .bed linen looked like it was out of a hospital no joke.but that's not the worst thing we booked all-inclusive that was a joke drink was served in a really small plastic cup. And drinks were very basic and not of good quality.the food was the biggest joke of all really poor quality of food. Not a good choice of food. And could not eat it. So had to eat out all the time.so big waste of money. Not be back..... good points staff are nice place was clean. Thats it.

The apartments are quite clean and looked after. Although we only had a maid service on one day out of five. Not really a good experiance if you are after all inclusive very little choice of food and spirits. Need to get in the dining room early if you want a sweet, or more than one night they had 'run out'..plus side ....Adel the waiter/bar man.....he can't do enough for you he is extremely good at his job...down side. The receptionist....she needs training in customer care, time keeping and keeping the reception open at the times stated.....

The best thing I can say about the place is the location is great despite the noise due to the proximity to the airport. Not far from the beach or bars & restaurants. I'd have liked to see more variety in the foods available for the all inclusive. It didn't seem like there was much change from lunch and dinner. Rooms we're nice and spacious (I say that as someone who had one to himself) the beds were hard and difficult to sleep on but I'm not sure I'm the kind of person who'll ever have a good night's sleep in any hotel bed (anyone who wants to get me a room in an expensive hotel to test that theory is welcome to lol) the room didn't have a bath, and the hot water ran out pretty quickly, so showers were short. The only other all inclusive I've stayed at had drought beer that you could self-serve at, while you could do that with coffee and juice at the Guacimeta, you had to wait for a server to give serve you a beer or soft drink. I'd have really appreciated the ability to just get up and get it myself. Overall not a bad place, I'm happy with the amount I paid for my stay and I wouldn't mind doing it again. If you can find a holiday at this place for a similar price (£300 for 4 night stay and flight) I'd call it a good deal. Just a thing about the island, the flies around there were determined to land on your skin and stay there. Swat them away, and they'll land on a different part of your skin and I cannot count how many times they flew into my ear, which was UNBELIEVABLY ANNOYING so I suggest travellers bring on ear headphones to stop them.
