Absolute satisfaction. Top hotel with a great location directly at the beach. I don't remember if I have ever met such a great staff at any 5 star hotel. They do everything they can to help you with anything. We travelled with a 2-years old boy. Great taking care of kids as well (comfortable baby bed, specific kids food, potty on demand, program such as kids disco, small toys, etc.) We really liked our spacious room - perfect for travelling with kid. Breakfast - there is nothing you would miss there (local fruit from Mallorca is top). Thank you dear hotel staff!

Upon check in we were met with a front desk person who was extremely accommodating and kind. I was going to remember her name. But since then every...single...staff member has been amazing. And the food during breakfast and dinner has been wonderful. This place deserves their rating. I am in the middle of a wonderful stay.

We were here with a group to go cycling. The hotel, the service and the food were really very good. We really enjoyed the week.
The evening entertainment may not be everyone's cup of tea.
For cycling, all the facilities such as tools, water station for the bike bottles, bike racks were very good.

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in and I have booked to come again in April 2024. Restaurant service is first class. Adam was so helpful and friendly when we came each day. Waiters and waitresses would help in anyway. My elderly mum loved it too. She is 86.

A truly exceptional hotel. The staff make guests feel like they are at home with their relatives.How the staff are welcoming goes beyond all limits, as generally in my opinion Spaniards working in hotels or gastronomy are just not nice, but in this hotel the staff are simply wonderful. I have never felt better. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The whole hotel smells lovely. Water and chocolates are brought to the room every day. It's mega nice. As far as the food is concerned, it is simply a world championship. There is a 3-course menu to choose from every night, fish, meat and vegetarian. Obled all of them. Plus a hot buffet ( live cooking) AND cold starters. A huge selection of delicious desserts and fruit. For dinner you have to order extra chargeable Drinks, but practically every evening an aperitif was served as a greeting. How the food tastes is a test piece. Breakfast ditches wonderful and delicious juices and coffees. Everything at the highest level. The hotel is very intimate, peace and quiet. Virtually 0 children in spite of a large playground, a playroom, and a nurse who took individual children so that parents could eat meals or just lie down. Something amazing. The only downside is that you have to pay extra for the sun loungers on the beach. I think that if you pay for a day 450e, the hotel could try to have their own, but by the pool they are free, so you can use them as much as you want, also change towels as often as you want and take as many as you want. Highly recommended.Thank you for a wonderful time.
