Stayed at this resort recently and overall had a good experience. The rooms are comfortable but definitely in need of refurbishment—they could use a refresh. Housekeeping is excellent, keeping everything clean and well-stocked.
The food is outstanding—plenty of variety, always fresh, and far better than what you usually find in holiday resorts. Easily 5 stars for the food alone.
Staff are friendly and helpful, especially the ladies at reception who are lovely and professional. Unfortunately, the male reception staff could be more attentive—they sometimes act more like owners than employees.
One downside: no proper facilities for late check-out. If your flight is at night, there’s nowhere to shower or rest, which is a big letdown.
This place is perfect for families—lots of kids running around, playing, and making noise. If you’re after peace and quiet, this isn’t the place. But if you’re looking for a fun, family-oriented holiday, it’s a great choice.

Lovely relaxing holiday
Food and drinks brilliant, lovely friendly staff from the moment you arrive, we arrived late we had drinks and sandwiches in the room.
Husbands birthday whilst here and whilst sunbathing they put a cake, sparkling and red wine and fruit in the room.
Lovely all round stay would recommend.

Overall, this is a good hotel with friendly and attentive staff who provided excellent service throughout our stay.
While the hotel itself could benefit from some refurbishment—our room appeared a bit dated—it was clean and well-maintained.
The food was decent, but not as impressive as what I've experienced at other hotels in Greece.
The hotel is located about a 30-minute walk from the nearest village, which is pleasant if you enjoy walking. There's also a public bus that stops right in front of the hotel in the morning, offering a convenient way to explore the surrounding area.
The downside was the repetitive music played at the restaurant and bar near the pool. It felt like the same ten tracks were on a constant loop, which became quite frustrating over time.

The Facility of the Hotel is great. It has two pools, a bar, Restaurant and an theater and of course a beach. If the weather is good, you can have a perfect stay here. For diner there is an huge buffet which is included in the price. The breakfast is also really big and good. The only bad thing is the room. It basically just has beds and a bathroom + an television that is older then the ruins of Knossos. The wifi is also non existent in the room. We couldn’t even google something. If you need internet you need to go the lobby.

Excellent place for a holiday, Excellent friendly staff and great beach location. Great food and drink. Can not fault it.
Even sent a birthday cake to the room on my birthday with chilled preseco, red wine and fresh fruit.
